Employees’ Representatives. 16.01 The Union will select and designate from the employees such representative(s) as may be necessary for the purpose of representing the employees under the terms of the Agreement.
16.02 The Union shall notify the Company in writing of the names of its accredited representatives and the General Chairpersons, and of any changes in the personnel thereof. The Company shall inform the Union in writing of the supervisor's position with whom said accredited representatives and the General Chairpersons shall deal and of any changes in the personnel thereof.
16.03 The Company will not discriminate against any employees, stewards or other Union representatives who from time to time represent other employees.
16.04 A Xxxxxxx or any member of the executive is a representative of the Union when dealing with the Company unless she specifically states that she is unable to act as such in a particular situation.
16.05 The Company agrees to provide the Secretary Treasurer of the District, every three (3) months, with a list of employees covered by this Agreement showing name, base and classification.
16.06 The Company shall provide a list of names of all new hires by status to all Chief Shop Stewards once each month.
16.07 The Company will continue to pay the monthly normal straight time salaries of three (3) designated members of the IAM&AW Negotiating Committee while engaged in direct negotiations with the Company. Further membership on the committee will require agreement between the parties and will be at the full cost of the Union.
(a) The Company recognizes the importance of prompt handling of Union business such as the handling of grievances throughout the process, negotiations of agreements, and the attendance at Union meetings at various locations. The Company further recognizes the importance of the role of Union representatives in carrying out the functions of the Union.
(b) It is therefore agreed that Union representatives will be granted reasonable time off for the purpose of carrying out such functions. This time will be allowed as promptly as possible consistent with service pressures. In order to facilitate this process, it shall be the responsibility of the Union to afford as much notice as possible of such needs to the respective supervisors.
(c) The Company agrees to provide transportation for Union representatives for Company and/or Union business in accordance with Company policy.
16.09 No employee shall suffer any loss of pay as a result of attend...
Employees’ Representatives. Employee represents and warrants that he/she is free to enter into this Agreement and to perform each of the terms and covenants in it. Employee represents and warrants that he/she is not restricted or prohibited, contractually or otherwise, from entering into and performing this Agreement, and that his/her execution and performance of this Agreement is not a violation or breach of any other agreement between Employee and any other person or entity.
Employees’ Representatives. For the purposes of discussing and conferring with respect to any matter which concerns the employer-employee relationship, duly authorized representatives of the Commission shall meet at any reasonable time with the regularly elected Officers of the Union who must be active members thereof, or a duly appointed committee of members of the Union who may be accompanied by technical advisers.

Employees’ Representatives. 3.26.1 Schedule contains a complete and accurate list of the following information for each officer or director of the Company: (a) name; (b) date of hire, (c) job title; (d) current compensation and bonus paid or payable; and (e) all other unpaid compensation, bonus and overtime pay, accrued or payable for any period prior to the Closing.
3.26.2 No employee, officer or director of the Company is a party to, or is otherwise bound by, any agreement or arrangement, including any confidentiality, noncompetition, or proprietary rights agreement, between such employee, officer or director and any other Person.
3.26.3 Schedule lists each current sales representative, commissioned salesperson, consultant or other agent or representative of the Company (“Representatives”) and all former Representatives terminated within the last 3 years or to which the Company owes any Liability, along with a complete description of the compensation or Liability payable to such Representatives and all Contracts relating thereto, and the Company has delivered to Buyer a true and complete copy of each such Contract and/or all amendments thereto.
3.26.4 To Company’s Knowledge, no Representative, director, officer, or other employee of the Company intends to terminate or materially alter his employment or other business relationship with the Company.
Employees’ Representatives. For the purposes of discussing and conferring with respect to any mat- ter which concerns the employer-employee relationship, duly author- ized representatives of the TTC shall meet at any reasonable time with the regularly elected and active Union Representatives. The Union must apply in writing to the Head – Transit Enforcement Unit five (5) working days in advance when such a meeting and/or any union busi- ness leave is requested by them. The TTC will permit up to a maximum of two (2) Union Representa- tives who are required during their normal working hours to meet with representatives of the TTC concerning a grievance, to attend any joint committee meetings in which Local 5089 representatives partici- pates in, and any meetings requested by Management. The TTC shall bill Local 5089 for all union business leave for such wages and all applicable benefits and the contributions by the TTC to the Pension Fund Society for such wages, save and except for the items as outlined in paragraph two and leave to negotiate the renewal of the Collective Agreement. The TTC will permit up to four (4) Union Representatives with nor- mal pay to negotiate the renewal of the Collective Agreement at meet- ing times and locations mutually agreed upon by the parties. The Union shall have the right to have the assistance of representa- tives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees or any other advis- ors when dealing or negotiating with the TTC. Such representative(s)/ advisor(s), with prior approval from the TTC, shall have access to the employer’s premises in order to deal with any matters arising out of this collective agreement. Approval will not be unreasonably denied.
Employees’ Representatives. The Buyer may, but shall be under no obligation to hire or retain the services of any of Seller's employees, agents or representatives following the execution of this Agreement. The Buyer shall have no liabilities arising out of any termination of Seller's employees, agents or representatives, nor shall Buyer have any liabilities arising out of any Employee Benefit Plans, severance or other agreements or arrangements with respect to any such Persons, and Seller shall fully pay and discharge all such liabilities.
Employees’ Representatives. The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority hereinafter the “GCRTA”, recognizes the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc. hereinafter the “FOP/OLC, Inc.”, as the exclusive bargaining representative for all employees classified as Security Officer, Dispatcher, Transit Police Officers, and Transit Police Sergeants, now and hereafter employed by GCRTA for the duration of this Agreement. For the purpose of discussing and conferring with respect to any matter which concerns the employer-employee relationship but subject to such other conditions, rules, and provisions of law as may be properly applicable thereto, the Board of Trustees, or its representatives duly authorized in the premises, will meet with such persons associated with the FOP/OLC, Inc., as may be duly designated by such Union to act upon behalf of those employees of the GCRTA who have completed the probationary period.

Employees’ Representatives. 55.1 RACV shall recognise duly elected/appointed employee representatives. Subject to notifying their Area Coordinator, employee representatives shall be allowed the necessary time during working hours to meet Patrols, RACV or its representative on matters affecting Patrols whom they represent.
55.2 By prior agreement, employee representatives may also be given paid time to attend Commission or Court hearings that involve the parties.
