Employees’ Representatives. 16.01 The Union will select and designate from the employees such representative(s) as may be necessary for the purpose of representing the employees under the terms of the Agreement.
Employees’ Representatives. For the purpose of discussing and conferring with respect to any matter which concerns the employer-employee relationship, duly authorized representatives of the TTC shall meet at any reasonable time with the regularly elected officers of the Union, who must be active members thereof, or a duly appointed committee of members of the Union, who may be accompanied by technical advisers. The Union must apply in writing to the Manager five (5) working days in advance when such a meeting is requested by them. In order to promote and maintain a co-operative relationship, and to explore union ideas to enhance and maintain an efficient operation, management and union agree to work together in the operation of the Union-Management Consultation Committee and the Senior Union/ Management Labour Relations Committee. Up to two representatives from the Union who are required during their normal working hours to meet with representatives of the TTC concerning a grievance or union business, other than negotiation of a new Agreement, shall not suffer any loss of pay. In meetings dealing with serious issues, requests for a third or fourth representative from the Union shall not be unreasonably withheld by the TTC. The TTC shall provide up to a maximum of twenty (20) paid days per year for Local 2 Executive Representatives absent on leave to participate in Union business. For all additional days, with the sole exception of attending at negotiations with the TTC for the renewal of the Collective Agreement, the TTC agrees to continue the normal pay of Local 2 representatives for such leave and will bill Local 2 for such wages and all applicable benefits and the contributions by the TTC to the Pension Fund Society for such wages. In addition to the 20 days set out above, the TTC will provide up to five (5) Union Executive Representatives with normal pay to negotiate the renewal of the Collective Agreement while at the hotel. In all cases of such leave, the Union must provide written request to the Department Head, five (5) business days in advance other than emergencies. The TTC will also provide a similar pay/billing arrangement when members are granted leave without pay for four hours or more for other union business. Whenever practical, the President, Vice President and Health & Safety Designate will be classed as day workers with weekends off during their entire term of office, so long as all three are not employees from the same cost centre.

Employees’ Representatives. Employee represents and warrants that he/she is free to enter into this Agreement and to perform each of the terms and covenants in it. Employee represents and warrants that he/she is not restricted or prohibited, contractually or otherwise, from entering into and performing this Agreement, and that his/her execution and performance of this Agreement is not a violation or breach of any other agreement between Employee and any other person or entity.

Employees’ Representatives. 3.26.1 Schedule contains a complete and accurate list of the following information for each officer or director of the Company: (a) name; (b) date of hire, (c) job title; (d) current compensation and bonus paid or payable; and (e) all other unpaid compensation, bonus and overtime pay, accrued or payable for any period prior to the Closing.
Employees’ Representatives. The Buyer may, but shall be under no obligation to, hire or retain the services of any of Seller's employees, agents or representatives following the execution of this Agreement. The Buyer shall have no liabilities arising out of any termination of Seller's employees, agents or representatives, nor shall Buyer have any liabilities arising out of any employee benefit plans, severance or other agreements or arrangements with respect to any such Persons, and Seller shall fully pay and discharge all such liabilities.
Employees’ Representatives. 1. The Employees' Representatives who are to participate in the Forum meetings shall be nominated and/or elected in accordance with applicable legislation and customs in the country, which they represent, also taking into account local circumstances, and aiming at a fair representation of the employees of the Philips Group companies in the pertaining country. Employees’ Representatives will be nominated and/or elected in accordance with the applicable legislation and practices in their own countries. However, taking into account these legislation and practices, the Employees’ Representatives shall aim to be member of the Forum for a period of at least 4 years. The Employees’ Representative is expected to be a true representative of all employees in the country concerned. In the Rules of Procedure a specification or profile on an Employees’ Representative is given.
Employees’ Representatives. 2.26.1 Schedule 2.26.1 contains a complete and accurate list of the following information for each employee, officer or director of any Acquired Company, including each employee on leave of absence or layoff status: (a) name; (b) date of hire, (c) job title; (d) current compensation and bonus paid or payable; (e) vacation accrued; (f) service credited for purposes of vesting and eligibility to participate under any Employee Benefit Plan and (g) all other unpaid compensation, bonus and overtime pay, accrued or payable for any period prior to the Closing.
Employees’ Representatives. 4.1 For the purposes of discussing and conferring with respect to any matter which concerns the employer-employee relation- ship, duly authorized representatives of the TTC shall meet at any reasonable time with the regularly elected and active Union Representatives. The Union must apply in writing to the Head – Transit Enforcement Unit five (5) working days in ad- xxxxx when such a meeting and/or any Union business leave is requested by them.
