Full-time Scheduling. Full-time employees will be given the choice of working permanent shifts according to seniority and will be scheduled accordingly.

Full-time Scheduling. (a) Full-time employees will be given the choice of working permanent shifts according to seniority and will be scheduled accordingly.
(b) Employees on permanent shift will have 30 days notice of any change to the shift unless mutually agreed otherwise.
(a) The day shift shall be the first shift of the day.
(b) The standard day for all employees covered by this Agreement shall be defined as a twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at: 0700 - 1500 Day Shift 1500 - 2300 Evening Shift 2300 - 0700 Night Shift Note: Current practice is the night shift starts at 2300 hours with the majority of the hours worked on the date in the schedule
Full-time Scheduling. Employees will not be scheduled to work more than seven (7) consecutive days unless mutually agreed between the Hospital and the employee.
Full-time Scheduling. Regular Full Time Employees will be scheduled according to the following:
i. Where full time employees are required to rotate on the day, evening, and/or night shifts, the Employer will arrange shifts such that there will be a minimum of sixteen (16) hours between the end of one shift and the start of the following shift. Premium pay in this Article will not apply where an employee requests a change of shift.
ii. Full time positions shall be comprised of thirty-seven and one-half (37 ½) scheduled hours per week or, in the case of Extended Tours, an average of thirty- seven and one-half (37 ½) hours as described in Article 13.11.
iii. Full time employees shall not be scheduled for more than one (1) weekend in two (2).
iv. It shall be the responsibility of the Employer to notify an employee of any change in their schedule. Any change made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice shall mean the employee concerned will receive time and one half (1 ½) their normal rate of pay for all hours worked on the changed shift.
v. The Employer will notify and discuss with the Union any impending changes to the Master Rotations.
Full-time Scheduling. (a) Employees will not be scheduled to work more than seven (7) consecutive days unless mutually agreed between the Hospital and the employee.
(b) Employees shall be available to work either the Christmas period (includes Christmas Eve, Christmas and Boxing Day) or New Year’s period (including New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day) on alternate years.
Full-time Scheduling. Full time employees are those scheduled to work forty (40) hours in a seven (7) day period on an ongoing basis.
Full-time Scheduling. (a) Work schedules shall be posted four (4) weeks in advance of the day being worked.
(b) The Employer will schedule two (2) consecutive days off per week.
(c) There will be eleven (11) hours off between scheduled shifts.
(d) Overnight assignments will be discussed with the nurse(s) prior to posting.
(e) Full-time nurses who are required to work weekends will not be scheduled to work more than four (4) weekends in three (3) pay periods. Nurses who have indicated a preference to work on Saturdays will be scheduled first to perform the available weekend work and will be exempt from this provision. Scheduling will be done with an interest to minimize consecutive weekends worked, and no more than three (3) consecutive weekends shall be scheduled, unless mutually agreed otherwise. The three (3) pay period term will commence with the first schedule posted following the date of ratification.
Full-time Scheduling. The Employer shall post the work schedule covering a thirty (30) day time frame and the schedule shall be posted a minimum of thirty (30) days in advance of its commencement. Upon request each employee will receive a master/perpetual work schedule for the year. Changes arising to an employee’s schedule from the application of Article 15.02 with respect to Temporary Positions shall not be subject to this article.
Full-time Scheduling. (Full time only) The Hospital agrees that it will not require a nurse to work a schedule of more than seven (7) consecutive calendar days without her consent. (Full time only) Shift schedules shall be posted except in cases of emergency, two (2) weeks in advance and shall cover a four (4) week period. Requests for specific days off are to be submitted in writing at least two (2) weeks in advance of posting, with a written reply given to the nurse within a week of the submission, or sooner, if possible. (Full time only) In any two (2) week period at least two (2) consecutive days off will be scheduled. The remaining two (2) days off may be split by mutual consent. (Full time only) The Hospital shall ensure each nurse every other weekend off. Should a nurse be required to work three (3) or more weekends in succession, she shall be paid premium pay as set out in Article for all hours worked on the third (3rd) and E-I E-I E-I E-I E-I E-I subsequent consecutive weekend until a weekend off is scheduled. This shall apply save and except where: such weekend has been worked by the nurse to satisfy specific days off requested by such nurse; or such nurse has requested weekend work; or such weekend is worked as a result of exchanging shifts with another nurse. (Full time only) A nurse who rotates shall not be scheduled to work more than two (2) consecutive weeks on evenings or night shifts at one time. Nurses presently employed on permanent evenings or night shifts shall not be required to rotate. (Full time only) The Hospital will endeavour, in the case of nurses required to rotate, to schedule as far as reasonably possible, so that fifty percent (50%) of the working time is on day shift, over three (3) nursing schedules. (Full time only) When in the opinion of the Hospital, circumstances are such that the regular schedule cannot be adhered to, the Clinical Unit Leader and the nurses concerned shall attempt to arrange a mutually satisfactory time table. In the event of a disagreement regarding schedule of working hours in such cases, the Clinical Unit Leader shall make the final decision, subject to an individual nurse's right to grieve. (Full time only) No graduate nurse shall be in a charge position over an Ontario Registered Nurse. (Full time only) Registered nurses can request to work either
