Each party is responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances that apply to employment status or employment relationship with its employees. Neither The COMET nor Contractor shall be obligated in any way to pay any wage claims or other claims made against the other by any such employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors, or any other person resulting from performance of this Agreement.
