Obligations of the Contracting Authority. 9.1 The Contracting Authority shall supply the Contractor promptly with any information and/or documentation at its disposal which may be relevant to the performance of the contract. Such documents shall be returned to the Contracting Authority at the end of the period of implementation of the tasks. 9.2 The Contracting Authority shall co-operate with the Contractor to provide information that the latter may reasonably request in order to perform the contract.

Obligations of the Contracting Authority controller 6.1. The contracting authority will provide all necessary assistance and cooperate in good faith with the contractor to ensure that any processing of personal data is in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation, including the principles relating to the processing of personal data. 6.2. The contracting authority will agree with the contractor on the appropriate channels of communication to ensure that instructions, guidance and other communications regarding personal data that are processed by the contractor on behalf of the contracting authority are well received between the Parties. The contracting authority notifies the contractor of the identity of the single point of contact of the awarding authority that the contractor is required to contact under this Agreement. Unwritten instructions (e.g. oral instructions by telephone or in person) must always be confirmed in writing. The point of contact of the contracting authority is: xxx@xxxxxx.xx 6.3. The contracting authority guarantees that it will not issue any instructions, guidance or requests to the contractor who does not comply with the provisions of the Regulation. 6.4. The contracting authority provides the necessary assistance to the contractor and/or his or her subsequent subcontractors to comply with a request, order, investigation or subpoena addressed to the contractor or his subsequent subcontractor(s) by a competent government or judicial authority. 6.5. The contracting authority guarantees that it will not instruct, guide or ask the contractor to compel the contractor and/or his subsequent subcontractor(s) to violate any obligation imposed by the applicable mandatory national legislation to which the contractor and/or his subcontractor(s) are subject. 6.6. The contracting authority ensures that it will cooperate in good faith with the contractor in order to mitigate the negative effects of a security incident affecting the personal data processed by the contractor and/or his subsequent contractor(s) on behalf of the contracting authority.
Obligations of the Contracting Authority. 6.1.1 The Contracting Authority shall, and with the support, financial or otherwise, of other relevant government entities or agencies where relevant, undertake, comply with and perform all its obligations set out in this Agreement or arising hereunder. 6.1.2 The Contracting Authority agrees to provide support to the Service Provider and undertakes to observe, comply with and perform, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Applicable Laws, the following: (a) upon written request from the Service Provider, and subject to the Service Provider complying with Applicable Laws, provide reasonable support and assistance to the Service Provider in procuring Applicable Permits required from any Government Instrumentality for implementation and operation of the Project, provided that the Service Provider shall have complied with the conditions set out in law for obtaining the relevant Applicable Permits; (b) upon written request from the Service Provider, provide reasonable assistance to the Service Provider in obtaining access to all necessary infrastructure facilities and utilities, including water and electricity at rates and on terms no less favourable to the Service Provider than those generally available to commercial customers receiving substantially equivalent services; (c) make reasonable endeavours to procure that no barriers are erected or placed on or about the Project Network by any Government Instrumentality or persons claiming through or under it, except for reasons of Emergency, national security, law and order or collection of national or county taxes; (d) subject to (including any restrictions contained therein) and in accordance with any Applicable Laws (i) grant to the Service Provider the authority to regulate traffic and (ii) use all reasonable endeavours (which includes liaising with the relevant enforcement agency) to enforce the Applicable Law regarding maximum Gross Vehicle Weights and Axle Loads on the Project Network; (e) assist the Service Provider in procuring police assistance for regulation of traffic, removal of trespassers and security on or at the Project Network; (f) not do or omit to do any act, deed or thing which may in any manner contravene any of the provisions of this Agreement; (g) support, cooperate with and facilitate the Service Provider in the implementation and operation of the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (h) upon written request from Lenders’ Rep...
Obligations of the Contracting Authority. 7.1 The Contracting Authority shall ensure that the terms and financial arrangements regarding PEG access in the Renewal License are executed and implemented in a timely manner. (a) The Access Provider shall receive funding support provided in the License Agreement between the Contracting Authority and Comcast of Massachusetts III, Inc effective April 22, 2004. (b) It is the intent of the Contracting Authority to retain the franchise fee of $.050/subscriber received under the terms of the License Agreement between the Town and Comcast of Massachusetts III, Inc for the use of the Contracting Authority in enforcing the provisions of the License Agreement. It is further the intent of the Contracting Authority to make this money available to the Access Provider if unused or uncommitted by the Contracting Authority by March 1 of each year. Action to accomplish and necessary transfer shall be taken at the annual Town Meeting. 7.2 The Contracting Authority shall be responsible for advising CCTV on policies, guidelines and programming the governmental access channel. 7.3 The Contracting Authority will assume responsibility for providing property insurance for the replacement value of equipment used to meet the needs of the PEG channels. 7.4 The Contracting Authority may designate an individual to serve on the Board of Directors of CCTV. 7.5 The Town is a governmental entity that is subject to the Public Records Law of the Commonwealth. The Town will comply with that law and will honor all public records requests submitted to it relating to all aspects of this Agreement. 7.6 The Contracting Authority retains the right to audit CCTV’s financial affairs at the Town’s expense. CCTV shall cooperate in the preparation of such audit. 7.7 The Town shall not consider the content of public access programming, including the producer’s choice of subject matter and the point of view expressed, in making any decisions regarding the allocation or appropriation of funds for CCTV, or the termination of this contract. 7.8 The Town shall, at its sole cost and expense, but only the extent lawful for local governments, indemnify and hold harmless CCTV against any claims arising out of the Town’s breach of this contract. Indemnified expenses shall include but not be limited to all out-of-pocket expenses such as attorney’s fees. 7.9 CCTV shall consult with the Contracting Authority before making any purchases of capital equipment to be used for PEG access. 7.10 CCTV may at any time file...

Designate an officer (or officers) to coordinate and supervise the Contractor's management and contractor personnel and to request and inspect all documents required by the regulations. 2. The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, through the Heads of the Industrial Safety section and Production Activity Control section, as well as departments with controlling functions, shall supervise the work performed by the CONTRACTOR to provide health and safety at work, and shall take measures in case of violation of the norms and requirements by the CONTRACTOR. Also, the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY shall have the right to suspend the work in case of identified violations of the requirements of industrial safety, safety in case of fire or emergency, and environmental protection. 6. The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY shall not allow persons to work if they do not hold a qualification group on health and safety at work for the activity to be performed, as confirmed by a valid certificate. 7. The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY has the right to remove from the site workers who, by their actions and/or inactions, endanger their own safety and the safety of the other workers. 8. Familiarise the external organisation personnel with Kozloduy NPP EAD Emergency Plan in order to coordinate actions in case of emergency situations.

The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY shall have the right to remove from the site workers who, by their actions and/or inactions, endanger their own safety and the safety of the other workers.

The Contracting Authority shall provide to the Contractor as soon as possible any information and/or documentation at its disposal which may be relevant to the execution of the Contract. If this information is contained in documents, such documents shall be returned to the Contracting Authority at the end of the period of execution of the Contract. 2. In discharging their duties, the Project Manager and all persons authorised by him or by the Contracting Authority must not divulge to any person other than those entitled to know, any information which they have obtained in the course and on occasion of the execution of the Contract and which refers to technical or commercial matters or to work or production methods of the Contractor. 4. The Contracting Authority shall inform its employees, agents and representatives of all such instructions or information as may be necessary or appropriate to facilitate prompt and effective performance of the services by the Contractor. 5. The Contracting Authority shall provide to the Contractor, if the latter so requests, information in connection with securing copies of laws, regulations and information on personnel insurance and the protection of employees, on local customs, taxation, orders or by-laws of the Republic of Cyprus, which may affect the Contractor in the performance of its obligations under the Contract. 6.
