The job sharing plan shall include, but not be limited to, communication plans regarding academic, behavioral, emotional and social needs of individual students, division of teaching responsibilities, schedule of work hours and/or days, shared planning times, substitution procedures, attendance at meetings, institute days, in-service days, open houses, parent conferences, field trips, and other teaching responsibilities.

Requests for Job Sharing. The County will consider Job Sharing requests submitted by employees. The request shall include a comprehensive plan of how the work would be accomplished. Management may modify or terminate job sharing arrangements upon two weeksnotice to the employee(s). Wherever practicable the department will provide a sixty (60) day notice. Unless it is specifically stated otherwise, Job Sharing employees will receive benefits based on their part time status.

Requests for Job Sharing. Requests for job sharing shall be submitted in writing to the Associate Superintendent for Human Resources with a copy of the request to the President of the Education Association. Requests shall be submitted no later than February 1 of the year prior to the beginning of the year for which the request is made. Requests must clearly indicate:  The names, licensure and endorsements of the two applicants;  A description of the job to be shared;  The teaching arrangement desired;  The percent of time each participant will work;  Any special provisions different from the normal full-time contract. All job share assignments will be limited to one full year duration. Requests for renewal must be submitted annually to the Associate Superintendent for Human Resources by February 1. An employee will be allowed to participate in a job share for no more than six (6) consecutive years. After the sixth consecutive year the teachers will be assigned by administration to open full-time positions in the District and must serve in those positions at least one year before becoming eligible to apply for another job share opportunity. Each job share will be evaluated by the administration and recommendations will be submitted to the School Board. The Board of Education will make the final decision on all renewals. The Board’s decision to approve or deny the job share request shall be final and will not be subject to the grievance and arbitration provisions of this Agreement. The Board’s decision will be communicated to both teachers and the Education Association in writing within five (5) days of the date of the decision. If the request is approved the applicants will be notified of the conditions and terms of the approval. Such notice shall include a description of the job to be shared, the percentage of time each participant will work, provisions controlling salary and benefits, and any unique or unusual conditions. Each request will be considered by the Board on its individual merits. Job sharing requests will be considered for the following reasons:  Child-rearing;  Health (personal or family member);  Continuance of education. The Job-Sharing Plan shall include, but is not limited to, communication of plans regarding academic, behavioral, emotional, and social needs of individual students; information related to division of teaching responsibilities; schedule of work hours and/or days; shared planning times; substitute procedures; attendance at meetings; institute days; in-service days; open houses; parent conferences; field trips and other teaching responsibilities. Teachers approved for a job-sharing position shall be fully responsible and accountable for ensuring that all teaching, supervisory, and District responsibilities for the job-sharing position are met and for covering all scheduled faculty and staff meetings, in-services, parent meetings and conferences, Open Houses, and other contractual and professional obligations.
Requests for Job Sharing. Teachers requesting a job share position must fill out a Job Share Plan Approval Form. The plan must be submitted to the Principal and Superintendent by February 15 of the preceding school year for which the job-sharing is requested. The Superintendent will inform the participants by March 10 whether or not the plan will be recommended to the Board for approval. The Superintendent, after consultation with the teachers and the Principal, will establish guidelines for the implementation of the plan. Participants in job sharing positions will receive benefits on a pro-rated basis. Seniority is gained on a pro-rated basis. Job sharing plans shall be considered and approved on a yearly basis.

  • REQUESTS FOR FLEXIBLE WORKING ARRANGEMENTS 49.1 Employee may request change in working arrangements s.65 of the Act. Note 1: Section 65 of the Act provides for certain Employees to request a change in their working arrangements because of their circumstances, as set out in s.65(1A).

The Request should specify the following: a. a description of the subject matter of the request and the purpose for which the information is sought and the reasons why this information will be of assistance; b. a description of the specific information requested by the Requesting Authority; c. a description of the facts that constitute the grounds for the suspicion that the offence that is the subject of the request has been committed, and of the connection between these facts and the assistance requested; d. a short description of the relevant provisions that may have been violated and, if known to the Requesting Authority, a list of the persons or institutions believed by the Requesting Authority to possess the information sought or the places where such information may be obtained and the details that support this belief, to the best of the Requesting Authority’s knowledge; e. in so far as the request concerns information relating to transactions in specific securities • a description of the securities in question as precise as possible (including e.g. the securities code), • the names of those firms with whose dealings in the securities the Requesting Authority is concerned, • the dates between which transactions in the securities are considered relevant for the purposes of the request, • the names of any persons on whose behalf relevant transactions in the securities are believed or suspected to have been entered into; f. in so far as the request relates to information concerning the business or activities of any person, such precise information as the Requesting Authority is able to provide so as to enable such persons to be identified; g. an indication of the sensitivity of the information contained in the request and whether the Requesting Authority agrees that the request shall be disclosed to persons whom the Requested Authority may need to approach for information; h. whether the Requesting Authority is or has been in contact with any other authority or law enforcement agency in the State of the Requested Authority in relation to the subject matter of the request; i. any other securities authority of another state whom the Requesting Authority is aware has an active interest in the subject matter of the request; j. an indication of the urgency of the request, or the desired time period for the reply. x. a declaration that any information or document transferred to the Requesting authority pursuant to the request shall be used solely for the purpose for which it was delivered;

  • Requests for Leave Except as provided under Section B.3., Family Care/Medical Leave Notification, requests for leaves of absence and extensions, with or without pay, shall be submitted in writing to the University. Such requests shall be submitted sufficiently in advance of the requested leave date to provide the University time to assess the operational impact of granting the request. All requests for leaves of absence shall contain the requested beginning and end date of the leave, and any additional information as required.

  • Requests for Extension The Borrower may, by notice to the Administrative Agent (who shall promptly notify the Lenders) not earlier than 90 days and not later than 35 days prior to an anniversary of the Closing Date (each, an “Applicable Anniversary Date”), request that each Lender extend such Lender’s Maturity Date for an additional year from the Maturity Date then in effect for such Lender hereunder (such Lender’s “Existing Maturity Date”). The Borrower may request such an extension no more than two times.

  • Matters Applicable to All Requests for Compensation (a) Any Agent or any Lender claiming compensation under this Article III shall deliver a certificate to the Borrower setting forth the additional amount or amounts to be paid to it hereunder which shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error. In determining such amount, such Agent or such Lender may use any reasonable averaging and attribution methods. (b) With respect to any Lender’s claim for compensation under Sections 3.01, 3.02, 3.03 or 3.04, the Borrower shall not be required to compensate such Lender for any amount incurred more than one hundred and eighty (180) days prior to the date that such Lender notifies the Borrower of the event that gives rise to such claim; provided that if the circumstance giving rise to such claim is retroactive, then such 180-day period referred to above shall be extended to include the period of retroactive effect thereof. If any Lender requests compensation by the Borrower under Section 3.04, the Borrower may, by notice to such Lender (with a copy to the Administrative Agent), suspend the obligation of such Lender to make or continue from one Interest Period to another applicable Eurocurrency Rate Loan, or, if applicable, to convert Base Rate Loans into Eurocurrency Rate Loans, until the event or condition giving rise to such request ceases to be in effect (in which case the provisions of Section 3.06(c) shall be applicable); provided that such suspension shall not affect the right of such Lender to receive the compensation so requested. (c) If the obligation of any Lender to make or continue any Eurocurrency Rate Loan, or to convert Base Rate Loans into Eurocurrency Rate Loans shall be suspended pursuant to Section 3.06(b) hereof, such Lender’s applicable Eurocurrency Rate Loans shall be automatically converted into Base Rate Loans (or, if such conversion is not possible, repaid) on the last day(s) of the then current Interest Period(s) for such Eurocurrency Rate Loans (or, in the case of an immediate conversion required by Section 3.02, on such earlier date as required by Law) and, unless and until such Lender gives notice as provided below that the circumstances specified in Sections 3.02, 3.03 or 3.04 hereof that gave rise to such conversion no longer exist: (i) to the extent that such Lender’s Eurocurrency Rate Loans have been so converted, all payments and prepayments of principal that would otherwise be applied to such Lender’s applicable Eurocurrency Rate Loans shall be applied instead to its Base Rate Loans; and (ii) all Loans that would otherwise be made or continued from one Interest Period to another by such Lender as Eurocurrency Rate Loans shall be made or continued instead as Base Rate Loans (if possible), and all Base Rate Loans of such Lender that would otherwise be converted into Eurocurrency Rate Loans shall remain as Base Rate Loans. (d) If any Lender gives notice to the Borrower (with a copy to the Administrative Agent) that the circumstances specified in Sections 3.02, 3.03 or 3.04 hereof that gave rise to the conversion of any of such Lender’s Eurocurrency Rate Loans pursuant to this Section 3.06 no longer exist (which such Lender agrees to do promptly upon such circumstances ceasing to exist) at a time when Eurocurrency Rate Loans made by other Lenders under the applicable Facility are outstanding, if applicable, such Lender’s Base Rate Loans shall be automatically converted, on the first day(s) of the next succeeding Interest Period(s) for such outstanding Eurocurrency Rate Loans, to the extent necessary so that, after giving effect thereto, all Loans held by the Lenders holding Eurocurrency Rate Loans under such Facility and by such Lender are held pro rata (as to principal amounts, interest rate basis, and Interest Periods) in accordance with their respective Commitments for the applicable Facility.

  • Requests for Approval If the Administrative Agent requests in writing the consent or approval of a Lender, such Lender shall respond and either approve or disapprove definitively in writing to the Administrative Agent within ten Business Days (or sooner if such notice specifies a shorter period for responses based on Administrative Agent’s good faith determination that circumstances exist warranting its request for an earlier response) after such written request from the Administrative Agent. If the Lender does not so respond, that Lender shall be deemed to have approved the request.

  • Requests for Borrowing The Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent irrevocable prior written notice substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (a "Notice of Borrowing") not later than 12:00 noon (Charlotte time) (i) at least one Business Day before each Base Rate Loan and (ii) at least three (3) Business Days before each LIBOR Rate Loan, of its intention to borrow, specifying (A) the date of such borrowing, which shall be a Business Day, (B) the amount of such borrowing, which shall be with respect to Base Rate Loans in an aggregate principal amount of $2,500,000 or a whole multiple of $500,000 in excess thereof and with respect to LIBOR Rate Loans in an aggregate principal amount of $5,000,000 or a whole multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof, (C) whether the Loans are to be LIBOR Rate Loans or Base Rate Loans or a combination thereof and, if a combination thereof, the amount allocable to each and (D) in the case of a LIBOR Rate Loan, the duration of the Interest Period applicable thereto. Notices received after 12:00 noon (Charlotte time) shall be deemed received on the next Business Day. The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify and furnish each Lender with a copy of each Notice of Borrowing.

  • Requests for Exclusion 9.1 The provisions of this section shall apply to any request by a Class Member for exclusion from the Class. 9.2 Any Class Member may make a request for exclusion by submitting such request in writing as set forth in the Notice. 9.3 Any request for exclusion must be submitted no later than the date specified in the Court’s preliminary approval order. 9.4 Any request for exclusion shall (i) state the Class Member’s full name and current address, (ii) provide the model year and Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”) of his/her/its Class Vehicle(s) and the approximate date(s) of purchase or lease, and (iii) specifically and clearly state his/her/its desire to be excluded from the Settlement and from the Class. 9.5 Failure to comply with these requirements and to timely submit the request for exclusion will result in the Class Member being bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 9.6 Any Class Member who submits a timely request for exclusion may not file an objection to the Settlement and shall be deemed to have waived any rights or benefits under this Settlement Agreement. 9.7 The Settlement Administrator shall report the names of all Class Members who have submitted a request for exclusion to the Parties on a weekly basis, beginning 30 days after the Notice Date. 9.8 Co-Lead Class Counsel represent and warrant that they have no other agreements with other counsel respecting Class Members, including any agreements with respect to referring, soliciting, or encouraging any Class Members to request to be excluded (or “opt out”) from this agreement. 9.9 Upon certification of the Class in connection with the Preliminary Approval of this agreement, Co-Lead Class Counsel agree to seek in the Preliminary Approval Order from the Court a provision encouraging all written communications to multiple Class Members with respect to this Agreement to be reviewed and approved by Co-Lead Class Counsel and the Court, and Co- Lead Class Counsel agree to abide by that provision as may be required by the Court.

  • Requests for Advances Except as hereinafter provided, Borrower may request a Revolving Loan by submitting to Bank a Request for Advance by an authorized officer or other representative of Borrower, subject to the following: (a) each such Request for Advance shall include, without limitation, the proposed amount of such Revolving Loan and the proposed Disbursement Date, which date must be a Business Day; (b) each such Request for Advance shall be communicated to Bank within the time periods set forth in the Note; (c) a Request for Advance, once communicated to Bank, shall not be revocable by Borrower; (d) each Request for Advance, once communicated to Bank, shall constitute a representation, warranty and certification by Borrower as of the date thereof that: (i) both before and after the making of such Revolving Loan, the obligations set forth in the Loan Documents are and shall be valid, binding and enforceable obligations of each Loan Party, as applicable; (ii) all terms and conditions precedent to the making of such Revolving Loan have been satisfied or waived by Bank in accordance with this Agreement, and shall remain satisfied through the date of such Revolving Loan; (iii) the making of such Revolving Loan will not cause the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Revolving Loans plus the Letter of Credit Liabilities to exceed the Revolving Credit Maximum Amount; (iv) no Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and is continuing, and none will exist or arise upon the making of such Revolving Loan; (v) the representations and warranties contained in the Loan Documents are true and correct in all material respects and shall be true and correct in all material respects as of the making of such Revolving Loan, except to the extent such representations and warranties specifically refer to an earlier date, in which case they shall be true and correct in all material respects as of such earlier date; and (vi) the Request for Advance will not violate the terms or conditions of any contract, indenture, agreement or other borrowing of Borrower, except to the extent that such terms or conditions have been waived or that failure to comply with any such terms or conditions would not have a Material Adverse Effect. Bank may elect (but without any obligation to do so) to make a Revolving Loan upon the telephonic or facsimile request of Borrower, provided that Borrower has first executed and delivered to Bank a Telephone Notice Authorization. If any such Revolving Loan based upon a telephonic or facsimile request is made by Borrower, Bank may require Borrower to confirm said telephonic or facsimile request in writing by delivering to Bank, on or before 11:00 a.m. (Dallas, Texas time) on the next Business Day following the Disbursement Date of such Revolving Loan, a duly executed written Request for Advance, and all other provisions of this Section 1 shall be applicable with respect to such Revolving Loan. In addition, Borrower may authorize the Bank to automatically make Revolving Loans pursuant to such other written agreements as may be entered into by Bank and Borrower.

  • Benefits for Part-Time Employees ‌ A part-time employee shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an employee, paid in whole or part by the Hospital, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, including holiday pay, save and except salary, vacation pay, standby pay, call back pay, reporting pay, responsibility allowance, jury and witness duty, bereavement pay, and maternity supplemental unemployment benefits) an amount equal to 14% of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid.
