The Student undertakes: To perform the assigned tasks of the internship, in case of absence immediately inform the internship supervisor in the organisation and provide a reason, in case of illness – provide a document from the doctor. To follow the regulations and rules of procedure of the organisation, to not reveal any commercial and otherwise confidential information of the organisation, in case the Student receives any sensitive data and technical documentation during the internship. To protect the property of the Host Organisation and to take responsibility for inflicted material damage as prescribed by the law. To follow the requirements of workplace safety, health protection and fire safety rules. To prepare the Internship report. The Student is entitled to: Receiving the internship programme from the HEI, as well as all information that is relevant to the internship. Receiving the internship task (tasks) from the Host Organisation, workplace safety and health equipment necessary for the internship. FINAL PROVISIONS The agreement may be amended only by a written agreement of all the Parties. All amendments to the agreement are deemed as an integral part of the agreement. The agreement may be terminated in the following cases: When a Student is expelled from the HEI, terminates or temporarily suspends studies (including the Students who take an academic leave). When a Student violates the regulations and rules of procedure of the organisation. Upon mutual agreement of the Parties. A Party shall notify the other Parties hereto about termination of the agreement no later than 5 days prior to its termination. Any disputes which the Parties cannot resolve in good faith shall be settled in the manner prescribed by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. This agreement shall come into effect on the 4th of February 2022 and shall remain in effect until completion of the Internship and full satisfaction of all other obligations set out herein. Rights and Obligations of the Student. 1. The student is obliged to comply with all rules that are derived from Statue Law, WSEI Statue and Regulation, the Project as well as inner WSEI regulations.
Rights and Obligations of the Student. (1) The Student is expected to actively participate in every course (especially in those courses where attendance is mandatory) and take every examination as defined by the study programme. The Student must adhere to current University and Faculty regulations.
Rights and Obligations of the Student. 3.1 The rights and obligations of the student are described in more detail in the Student Rights, Rules, and Academic Regulations. The student must comply with all of his/her obligations therein.
Rights and Obligations of the Student. 1) The student undertakes to ensure proper academic performance as required by the FH degree programme within the scope of applicable study and examination regulations including all other applicable guidelines. The student will be informed about said regulations at the beginning of the academic year in each case. The student further undertakes to ensure proper academic performance abroad if this is mandatorily provided for in the curriculum of the respective degree programme (internship, special seminar weeks etc.).
Rights and Obligations of the Student. 2.1 The Registration Deposit is not an additional fee; it will be credited towards the tuition fee payable to WVPU according to the tuition and fees schedule of the respective academic year. 2.3 Should the student defer to the next semester, the paid Registration Deposit may be carried over and credited towards the next semester’s tuition fees. However, the payment may not be carried over to the next academic year unless approved by the Head of Finance. 2.4 If a student drops all classes by the semester’s drop deadline (first Friday of the semester or term), WVPU’s Finance Office will only refund paid tuition fees minus the paid deposit (EUR 1000). 2.5 If a student paid the Registration Deposit but does not show up for any class in the first week, the student will be dropped from all classes and the paid deposit (EUR 1000) will not be refunded. 3.
Rights and Obligations of the Student. 4.1 The Student is entitled to participate in regular studies in accordance with section 3.1, in particular that every effort is made to teach the relevant subjects of the curriculum as defined subject to any necessary adaptations.
