RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT. 1. The student is obliged to comply with all rules that are derived from Statue Law, WSEI Statue and Regulation, the Project as well as inner WSEI regulations. 2. The student is obliged to take part in: - program course lectures; - International Summer School. 3. Without prejudice to point 14 the total cost of study for each participants is equal to 4. The Student is obliged to regularly participate in all learning activities derived from the learning program and Project activities (min 90 % threshold of attendance is required). 5. The Student has the obligation to take exams and participate in exam sessions during the Summer and Winter Semester in a timely manner. 6. The Student is obliged to participate in the creation of Project documentation by filling in and signing tendered Project documents. 7. The Student is obliged to participate in tests, exams and to fill in surveys and questioners linked to Project implementation. 8. The Student is obliged to take part in monitoring and evaluating activities conducted by the University and by the authorized institutions. 9. The Student is obliged to inform the University in regards to all issues that could disrupt his/hers participation in the Project. 10. In the event of an unjustified absence exceeding the 10% threshold, or in the event described in § 2 point 7, or in the event of resigning the Project the Student is obliged to return the received scholarship funding and refund the cost of the studies. 11. The University reserves the right to strike the Student from the participants list in the event of the Student being in breach of the Project Recruitment Regulation. 12. The student entrusts the processing of personal data contained in the Application form to the University and declares that the data declared is accurate and consistent. The student Shall inform the University about any and all changes by mail or in writing. 13. The Student/Participant of the project by signing the Project Participant Declaration agrees to the processing of the personal data by the University for the purpose of this project. The student is obliged to inform the University without undue delay about any and all changes in his/hers data contained in this in particular changes in the address. Any issues linked to the implementation of this agreement derived from lack of such information will burden the Student. 14. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT. In compliance with the regulations in force for the educational service and in accordance with the purpose of the present Contract, the Student has the following rights:
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT. 4.1 The Student is entitled to participate in regular studies in accordance with section 3.1, in particular that every effort is made to teach the relevant subjects of the curriculum as defined subject to any necessary adaptations. 4.2 The Student undertakes to use any email addresses provided by FH JOANNEUM in his/her communications with FH JOANNEUM and in particular with its lecturers and to regularly check his/her inbox and make every reasonable effort to ensure that emails can be received (e.g. by clearing his/her inbox). Any notice delivered to the Student’s postal address made known to FH JOANNEUM or sent to the email address provided by FH JOANNEUM shall be considered to have been served on the Student according to civil law provisions; this shall apply in particular to the notification of dates for (board) examinations. 4.3 The Student bears sole responsibility for obtaining a residence permit or other relevant permit, authorisation and/or the like required to study at FH JOANNEUM and also bears sole responsibility for maintaining and renewing such a residence permit, authorisation and/or the like. He/She will notify FH JOANNEUM immediately without being requested to do so and answer any enquiries FH JOANNEUM may have in this respect. 4.4 The Student shall meet all requirements for admission, including but not limited to mandatory immunisation, if applicable. The Student must meet all relevant requirements throughout the period of study and is obliged to check his/her immunisation status and obtain a booster vaccination on a regular basis or according to FH JOANNEUM’s specifications in order to ensure seamless and comprehensive protection. If no evidence can be provided FH JOANNEUM shall be entitled to exclude him/her from studies and terminate the Student Agreement without notice. Any admission requirements specified must be met prior to the specified deadline. If the Student fails to meet the requirements FH JOANNEUM shall be entitled to exclude him/her from studies and terminate the Student Agreement without notice.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT. The Student is expected to actively participate in every course (especially in those courses where attendance is mandatory) and take every examination as defined by the study programme. The Student must adhere to current University and Faculty regulations.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT. The Student undertakes: To perform the assigned tasks of the internship, in case of absence immediately inform the internship supervisor in the organisation and provide a reason, in case of illness – provide a doctor’s note; To follow the regulations and rules of procedure of the organisation, to not reveal any commercial and otherwise confidential information of the organisation, in case the student receives any sensitive data and technical documentation; To protect property of the Host Organisation and to take responsibility for inflicted material damage as prescribed by the law; To follow the requirements of workplace safety, health protection and fire safety rules; Additional obligations of the student –  . RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT. 6.1. When signing the educational contract, the student submits a legally binding registration and is obliged to pay the tuition fee. 6.2. The Student undertakes to attend lectures in person and to participate actively in her/his studies. For more detailed attendance provisions, please refer to the examination regulations (statute part II). 6.3. She/He is obliged to comply with the exam and submission dates laid down in the examination regulations and by the Study Programme Administration. 6.4. The Student undertakes to inform herself/himself on events and notifications in an independent manner. The reading of e-mails at regular intervals is mandatory (also during lecture-free periods) and the Student has to comply with the provisions laid down in the respective current version of the net guide. 6.5. The Student acknowledges that it is forbidden to pass on the student account password. 6.6. It is mandatory for the Student to secure herself/himself the necessary internships in consultation with the Academic Director. More detailed provisions concerning internships are regulated in the statute. It should be pointed out that proof of immunisation (vaccination status) is a requirement for many internship placements in the healthcare sector. The Student alone is responsible for providing this proof in a timely manner. 6.7. During the internship, the Student is obliged to refrain from any activities that may have any kind of harmful effect for the Provider or contradict the image of the University of Applied Sciences as an educational institution. 6.8. The Student is obliged to cover her/his own expenses for necessary personal teaching materials (e.g. scientific literature, food etc.) as well as supplementary study events (e.g. excursions, study trips, conference visits, etc.). 6.9. It is mandatory for the Student to inform the respective Programme Administration of any changes regarding her/his personal data, especially the place of residence and/or the delivery address, in a timely manner. 6.10. The Student is obliged to report any accidents which happened in connection with her/his studies, either at the place of study or on the way to/from this place. The notification has to be sent to the Provider within 3 days after the accident. 6.11. The Student has to participate in the course evaluation. 6.12. The Student is to maintain confidentiality with regard to research and development activities and results as well as company and business secrets of the Provider...
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT. (1) The Student is expected to actively participate in every course (especially in those courses where attendance is mandatory) and take every examination as defined by the study programme. The Student must adhere to current University and Faculty regulations. (2) The Student is expected to provide up-to-date contact information and be reachable thereunder. The Student is also expected to check his or her University e-mail account regularly. (3) The Student shall pay the tuition fees in accordance with § 5 of this contract. (4) The Student is required to follow the principles of good research practice when undertaking any assignment or research activity within the context of the study programme. Proven misconduct may be punished at any given time with dismissal from the study programme or with withdrawal of the awarded degree; such a decision involves the Rectorate. Any legal consequences remain unaffected by the decision. (5) For research papers where the Student is listed among the authors, the Student must indicate his or her affiliation with the University if the research is conducted within the context of the study programme and/or under the supervision of a researcher affiliated with the University. For all other publications, the Student needs to obtain permission before publication and before final submission to the publisher if he or she wishes to indicate his affiliation with the University. Request for permission must be submitted to the Xxxx’x office in written form. (6) The Student must maintain confidentiality with regard to all documents, materials, and confidential information to which he or she receives access as part of the programme, including login information for online platforms. Sharing with third parties is prohibited. The University reserves the right to claim damages resulting from the violation of this clause. (7) The Student must maintain confidentiality with regard to any personal data or any data related to organisations to which he or she receives access during his or her studies or during an internship. The Student must observe data secrecy in accordance with the Federal Act Concerning the Protection of Personal Data (Datenschutzgesetz – DSG), the GDPR, and any University regulations on data security and privacy. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT. 1) The University students, who are sent to the Clinical Database within the framework of the present Agreement, shall be entitled to study in accordance with the educational criteria of the University based on the clinical (medical) practice (experience) applied in the Clinical Database. 2) The University students, who are sent to the Clinical Database within the framework of the present Agreement, shall be entitled to participate in xxxx rounds, as per educational needs, in patients’ surgeries and in the process of other medical interventions and events provided by the educational program under the supervision of a senior paramedic. 3) The University students, who are sent to the Clinical Database within the framework of the present Agreement, shall be obliged to maintain confidentiality of the relevant medical and other secret information (known to him/her) of the RA Law. 4) The duty of notifying students about their rights and obligations defined in the present Clause is the responsibility of the relevant division of the University.
