SBBC Responsibilities. The SBBC shall furnish a legal description, as-built site drawings and a certified land survey of the site. When possible, the SBBC shall supply the certified land survey in hardcopy and electronic media formats. The certified land survey shall provide boundary dimensions, locations of existing structures and/or trees, the grade and line of street, pavement and adjoining properties, the rights, restrictions, easements, boundaries, topographic data and information relative to sewer, water, gas and electrical services. SBBC shall furnish a Construction Budget which is the portion of the Project Budget allocated for the construction cost of a project in the program. The SBBC will assign a team consisting of project management staff and professional consultants that will serve in the capacity of the District’s Program Manager to provide oversight of the program, logistical support, existing site information, interface with other District departments, and facilitate the TPM activities.
SBBC Responsibilities. (a) SBBC shall identify a main point-of-contact to partner with VENDOR during the implementation and onboarding process, who shall be responsible for collaborating with VENDOR’s staff to implement the software across SBBC schools.

SBBC Responsibilities. The responsibilities of SBBC include attendance for a mandatory training session with an additional data coaching session. This date will be set by the administrators of the district for a 90-minute training session before program implementation. Administrators are also encouraged to attend their training sessions along with two (2) report meetings throughout the year. This will include an overview of the program and results along with a summary performance of the mid-semester report and an exit report.
SBBC Responsibilities. The identified school will recruit qualified students each year (students who maintain a 2.5 GPA, who are a rising junior or senior, in good standing with no behavioral issues), to interview for the positions that are open in the Florida Blue office. Routine maintenance and housekeeping is proved by SBBC personnel. The school will coordinate necessary personnel needed to open the school on non-normal school days/hours. The Principal will have the ability to close the facility due to emergency or extenuating circumstances (such as, but not limited to severe weather and utility service interruption).
SBBC Responsibilities. (a) Program implementation will be managed by SBBC’s Applied Learning department, and the team will ensure that all program deliverables outlined in the grant proposal are met. The award is made in support of Technology Empowered Agriculture School Garden (TEA Garden). The TEA Garden project will serve as an in-depth model to instruct teachers, students, and their community on how and why they can sustainably grow edible food together in their neighborhood.
SBBC Responsibilities. SBBC emergency management leadership will remain available to VENDOR via email and phone during implementation timeline. Within 10 (ten) business days of the contract start date SBBC will provide VENDOR the site names and addresses to all three hundred forty-four (344) locations to be added within ERIP.
