SBBC Responsibilities. The SBBC shall furnish a legal description, as-built site drawings and a certified land survey of the site. When possible, the SBBC shall supply the certified land survey in hardcopy and electronic media formats. The certified land survey shall provide boundary dimensions, locations of existing structures and/or trees, the grade and line of street, pavement and adjoining properties, the rights, restrictions, easements, boundaries, topographic data and information relative to sewer, water, gas and electrical services. SBBC shall furnish a Construction Budget which is the portion of the Project Budget allocated for the construction cost of a project in the program. The SBBC will assign a team consisting of project management staff and professional consultants that will serve in the capacity of the District’s Program Manager to provide oversight of the program, logistical support, existing site information, interface with other District departments, and facilitate the TPM activities.

SBBC Responsibilities. As part of the Dual Enrollment Articulation Agreement, SBBC shall implement the following: a) Identify district school(s) with low dual enrollment participation rates. b) Identify qualified instructors to teach student success courses at district schools with low dual enrollment participation rates. c) Identify and provide required dual enrollment paperwork for district school students who will enroll in student success courses. d) Identify individual school counseling team from identified district school(s) with low dual enrollment participation rates to work with BC enrollment services to provide enrollment assistance, thereby, providing a clear path from high school to college enrollment.
SBBC Responsibilities. SBBC shall: 1) Select teachers from the preapproved list of schools with NFTE program manager/lead associate (no later than August 30th each year), who fit the CET profile, and fully commit to teach the NFTE curriculum and the experiential activities/PBL components that are part of the NFTE experience for the students. 2) Offer NFTE as a semester/year-long stand-alone class or year-long class infused in Economics, business or other preapproved class only during the day unless otherwise approved. 3) Ensure that each NFTE CET teaches a minimum of at least one NFTE class each year. 4) Provide requested student-level data to NFTE for participants in NFTE curriculum (e.g., graduation rates, attendance, test scores, infraction rates, as needed). 5) Commit to a minimum of two (2) years of program implementation when possible to assure instructional quality and consistency; each CET agrees to teach the program to fidelity for a minimum of tow (2) consecutive years when circumstances do not necessitate a change in the teaching role (i.e. teacher transfer to a new school, subject area or a program closes). 6) Meet with NFTE staff as requested during the year as reasonably agreed upon between BCPS CTACE and NFTE staff. 7) Provide on-site logistical support to the CET, as needed. 8) Encourage and support each CET to collaborate with NFTE, which includes professional development opportunities provided by NFTE. 9) Seek pre-approval from NFTE for all press releases and grant reports that mention NFTE 10) Inform NFTE immediately of changes to NFTE classes at its site including staff changes and discontinuation of NFTE program. 11) Adhere to NFTE requirements for financial accountability. 12) Encourage each CET to deliver the agreed upon NFTE student experience, inclusive of performance tasks and assessments.
SBBC Responsibilities. The identified school will recruit qualified students each year (students who maintain a 2.5 GPA, who are a rising junior or senior, in good standing with no behavioral issues), to interview for the positions that are open in the Florida Blue office. Routine maintenance and housekeeping is proved by SBBC personnel. The school will coordinate necessary personnel needed to open the school on non-normal school days/hours. The Principal will have the ability to close the facility due to emergency or extenuating circumstances (such as, but not limited to severe weather and utility service interruption).

SBBC Responsibilities. 2.03.1 SBBC shall be responsible for the conduct of its operations, supervision of its staff and the education of its students. UNIVERSITY shall not control any of SBBC’s property or operations. 2.03.2 SBBC shall provide forms for UNIVERSITY to use as student teacher applications. 2.03.3 SBBC shall determine, in consultation with UNIVERSITY, the UNIVERSITY students who will be placed at SBBC schools and which schools. 2.03.4 SBBC shall provide to UNIVERSITY students a security background information form to be completed by UNIVERSITY students and provide a process for fingerprinting and criminal records background check to be performed by SBBC or at its direction. SBBC shall determine whether a UNIVERSITY student has satisfactorily cleared the security screening. 2.03.5 SBBC shall, in consultation with UNIVERSITY, assign its teachers to serve as supervising teachers for the evaluation of the UNIVERSITY students. SBBC supervising teachers shall complete evaluation forms provided by UNIVERSITY. Site supervisors selected by SBBC will a) assist in orienting students to the school, the classroom and the pupils; b) Explain all school and district policies, rules, and regulations to students; c) provide prompt and substantive feedback to students regarding performance activities and interactions with SBBC personnel, pupils and parents; d) complete evaluations of student progress and submit them to UNIVERSITY after reviewing them with applicable students; e) immediately inform the UNIVERSITY faculty supervisor of any concerns regarding a student; f) establish a time to meet and discuss with students their activities, impressions, reflections, and suggestions for goals and areas of improvement; g) (For Student Teaching) supervise students on a daily basis if the site supervisor is absent from the classroom, under no circumstance can a student even if he/she is certified, serve as the substitute of record during the student teaching experience unless a separate agreement has been negotiated by SBBC and the UNIVERSITY. 2.03.6 SBBC shall provide the UNIVERSITY with written performance evaluation feedback about the University student and completion logs based on the Florida Educator Accomplished Practices (FEAPS) with prior the written consent of the UNIVERSITY student. 2.03.7 UNIVERSITY students shall not be deemed to be employees of SBBC for purposes of compensation, fringe benefits, worker’s compensation, unemployment compensation, minimum wage laws, income tax with...
