Sign-up Process. At the commencement of each shift, full and part time employees prepared to work overtime at the end of the shift must sign an overtime sign-up sheet. The sign-up sheet will be kept at the supervisor's desk and must be signed at the commencement of the employee's shift. If overtime is required, the supervisor will first go to the overtime sign-up sheet and distribute overtime in accordance with sections (1) and (ii) of the Additional Shift Hours provision. Employees who have signed up and who are required to perform overtime must work the overtime. If the volunteers on the sign-up sheet do not fill the needs of the business for overtime, the supervisor will move to section (iii) of the Additional Shift Hours provision. Shifts Day Shift: Commences between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Afternoon Shift: Commences between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Night Shift: Commences between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Sign-up Process. (1) The Vacation and Statutory Schedule will be posted and remain available for viewing throughout the entire sign-up process. The schedule will be continuously updated after each vacation pick is added. (2) The Employer will ensure that employees are informed when it's their turn to sign up. (3) Permanent employees within each classification will select their preferred Vacation and Statutory Holiday Schedule slot based on Service Seniority.
Sign-up Process. (i) Employees shall sign up in seniority order at sign up time by their designated time. It is agreed that employees will be designated a day and time to call in to exercise their seniority in an effort to expedite the sign up process. (ii) Employees who are on any leave as provided for in this agreement shall indicate to the Employer in writing their choice for the work they would like to perform, should it be available. (iii) Abstracts will be provided to the Employer twice per year by each employee.

Sign-up Process. As funds are avail- able, the Chief will solicit project pro- posals from the State Conservationist. The State Conservationist may consult with other agencies at the State, Fed- eral, and local levels to develop pro- posals. The State Conservationist will submit the proposal(s) to the Chief for funding selection. Upon selection for funding, the State Conservationist will issue a public sign-up notice which will announce and explain the rationale for decisions based on the following infor- mation: (1) The geographic scope of the sign- up; (2) Any additional program eligi- bility criteria that are not specifically listed in this part; (3) Any additional requirements that participants must include in their HFRP applications that are not specifi- cally identified in this part; (4) Information on the priority order of enrollment for funding; (5) An estimate of the total funds NRCS expects to obligate during a given sign-up; and (6) The schedule for the sign-up proc- ess, including the deadline(s) for apply- ing.
Sign-up Process. (a) Customer shall establish an Account by completing the registration process on the Website and provide Supplier with accurate and complete information, including accurate and complete information on the Target Sites, the Inventory, and accurate and complete VAT Information. (b) Customer is solely responsible for activating or deactivating filters and other options and for applying various blacklisting and tagging features available on the dashboard in its Account. (c) CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ACCURATE AND COMPLETE VAT INFORMATION DURING REGISTRATION AND FOR KEEPING THE VAT INFORMATION IN ITS ACCOUNT UP- TO-DATE AT ALL TIMES. Customer will similarly keep all other Account information up-to-date and shall promptly notify Supplier of any changes of its Account information by email. Account access is provided on a password-protected basis. (d) Customer agrees to keep access data, such as login data, passwords, and other data required in order to access the Services, strictly confidential and not to disclose such data to any third party without Supplier’s prior written (email suffices) approval. (e) Customer shall not allow, enable, or participate in any unauthorized use of the Account. If a Third Party uses the Account after having gained possession of the access data due to insufficient security exercised by Customer, the use by that Third Party shall be deemed as being performed by Customer. (f) The Customer must inform Supplier immediately upon becoming aware of the fact that an unauthorized Third Party has gained access data or that an unauthorized Third Party uses Customer’s equipment, property, and/or system. (g) In case of a justifiable suspicion that access data are known to an unauthorized Third Party or that Customer’s equipment, property and/or systems are or were used by an unauthorized Third Party, then, for security reasons, Supplier reserves the right at its sole discretion to either change the access data at its own discretion without prior notification, or to block the Account. In such cases, Supplier will inform the Customer without undue delay and provide the new access data upon request within a reasonable time. Customer has no claim that the original access data must be restored. (h) Customer will comply at all times with all contract terms, policies, guidelines, rules and standards of third-party platforms supported by the Services that apply to the marketing of its Inventory on the applicable third-party platforms.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Completion of Improvements Within 90 days of completion of any construction herein permitted, Company will cause to be prepared and delivered to Authority record documents as required under the Tenant Work Permit process, including but not limited to as-builts, legal descriptions, boundary surveys, and certified final cost of construction. The submission of record document electronic media will be in accordance with Authority’s Standard Procedure for computer aided design and drafting and drawings, as may be revised from time to time.

  • Schematic Design Phase 1.2.1 Based on the mutually agreed upon Program of Requirements, Amount Available for the Construction Contract and the Project Schedule, the Architect/Engineer shall prepare sufficient alternative approaches utilizing BIM for design and construction of the Project to satisfy Owner’s project requirements and shall, at completion of this phase, submit Schematic Design Documents derived from the model in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan, “Facility Design Guidelines” and any additional requirements set forth in Article 15. The Architect/Engineer shall review alternative approaches to design and construction for the Project as they are being modeled at intervals appropriate to the progress of the Project with the Owner and Construction Manager at the Project site or other location specified by the Owner within the State of Texas. The Architect/Engineer shall utilize the model(s) to support the review process during Schematic Design. The Architect/Engineer shall provide the Construction Manager with a compact disc containing documents and data files derived from the model to assist the Construction Manager in fulfilling its responsibilities to the Owner. 1.2.2 Architect/Engineer shall provide all services necessary to perform the services of this phase (preparation of model(s), relevant data, decision support model views and Schematic Design Documents) including, without limitation, unless otherwise approved by Owner, the preparation and prompt delivery of all items specified in the BIM Execution Plan and “Facility Design Guidelines”. 1.2.3 Architect/Engineer shall work closely with Owner in preparation of schematic drawings and shall specifically conform to Owner’s requirements regarding aesthetic design issues. 1.2.4 The Architect/Engineer shall review the Estimated Construction Cost prepared by the Construction Manager, and shall provide written comments. 1.2.5 Before proceeding into the Design Development Phase, the Architect/Engineer shall obtain Owner’s written acceptance of the Schematic Design documents and approval of the Architect/Engineer’s preliminary Estimated Construction Cost and schedule. 1.2.6 The Architect/Engineer shall participate in a final review of the Schematic Design Documents and model(s) with the Owner and Construction Manager at the Project site or other location specified by Owner in the State of Texas. Prior to the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, the Architect/Engineer shall incorporate such changes as are necessary to satisfy the Owner’s review comments, any of which may be appealed for good cause.

Prepare Preliminary Design Phase documents consisting of final design criteria, preliminary drawings, outline specifications, and written descriptions of the Project. 2. Include on plans, property lines, structure locations, ownership names and contact information. 3. In preparing the Preliminary Design Phase documents, use any specific applicable Project Strategies, Technologies, and Techniques authorized by Owner during or following the Study and Conceptual Phase, and include sustainable features, as appropriate, pursuant to Owner’s instructions. 4. Provide necessary field surveys, topographic and utility mapping for Engineer’s design purposes. Comply with the scope of work and procedure for the identification and mapping of existing utilities as defined by Section A1.03 “Utility Requirements” and Section A1.04 “Survey Services” 5. Visit the Site as needed to prepare the Preliminary Design Phase documents. 6. Advise Owner if additional reports, data, information, or services of the types described are necessary and assist Owner in obtaining such reports, data, information, or services. 7. Continue to assist Owner with Project Strategies, Technologies, and Techniques that Owner has chosen to implement. 8. Based on the information contained in the Preliminary Design Phase documents, prepare a revised opinion of probable Construction Cost, and assist Owner in tabulating the various cost categories which comprise Total Project Costs. 9. Obtain and review Owner’s instructions regarding Owner’s procurement of construction services (including instructions regarding advertisements for bids, instructions to bidders, and requests for proposals, as applicable), Owner’s construction contract practices and requirements, insurance and bonding requirements, electronic transmittals during construction, and other information necessary for the finalization of Owner’s bidding-related documents (or requests for proposals or other construction procurement documents), and Construction Contract Documents. Also obtain and review copies of Owner’s design and construction standards, Owner’s standard forms, general conditions, supplementary conditions, text, and related documents or content for Engineer to include in the draft bidding-related documents (or requests for proposals or other construction procurement documents), and in the draft Construction Contract Documents, when applicable. 10. Development communication plan for project: considering the use of door hangers, letters, public meetings, changeable message boards. 11. Furnish 6 review copies of the Preliminary Design Phase documents, opinion of probable Construction Cost, and any other Preliminary Design Phase deliverables to Owner by established due date, and review them with Owner. Owner shall submit to Engineer any comments regarding the furnished items. 12. Revise the Preliminary Design Phase documents, opinion of probable Construction Cost, and any other Preliminary Design Phase deliverables in response to Owner’s comments, as appropriate, and furnish to Owner 6 copies of the revised Preliminary Design Phase documents, revised opinion of probable Construction Cost, and any other deliverables by the specified due date. 13. Engineer’s services under the Preliminary Design Phase will be considered complete on the date when Engineer has delivered to Owner the revised Preliminary Design Phase documents, revised opinion of probable Construction Cost, and any other Preliminary Design Phase deliverables.

  • The Performance Improvement Process (a) The Performance Improvement Process will focus on the risks of non- performance and problem-solving. It may include one or more of the following actions: (1) a requirement that the HSP develop and implement an improvement plan that is acceptable to the LHIN; (2) the conduct of a Review; (3) a revision and amendment of the HSP’s obligations; and (4) an in-year, or year end, adjustment to the Funding, among other possible means of responding to the Performance Factor or improving performance. (b) Any performance improvement process begun under a prior service accountability agreement that was not completed under the prior agreement will continue under this Agreement. Any performance improvement required by a LHIN under a prior service accountability agreement will be deemed to be a requirement of this Agreement until fulfilled or waived by the LHIN.

  • Design Development Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE 1.1.6.1. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare from the approved Schematic Design Studies, the Design Development Documents consisting of drawings (including at least architectural, landscaping, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical plans, building sections; and finish schedule), outline specifications following the Construction Specification Institute "CSI" Format and other necessary documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project as to its site, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials and other such essentials as may be appropriate, for and until approved by the State. 1.1.6.2. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct meetings with the State, Efficiency Vermont, and relevant members of the design team, to review the Design Development Documents for the purposes of furthering the energy efficiency objectives of the Project. 1.1.6.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project is responding to LEED criteria. 1.1.6.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Final Design Phase A. After acceptance by Owner of the Preliminary Design Phase documents, revised opinion of probable Construction Cost as determined in the Preliminary Design Phase, and/or any other Right of Way plan documents, subject to any Owner-directed modifications or changes in the scope, extent, character, or design requirements of or for the Project, and upon written authorization from Owner, Engineer shall: 1. Prepare final Drawings and Specifications indicating the scope, extent, and character of the Work to be performed and furnished by Contractor. 2. Visit the Site as needed to assist in preparing the final Drawings and Specifications. 3. Provide technical criteria, written descriptions, and design data for Owner’s use in filing applications for permits from or approvals of governmental authorities having jurisdiction to review or approve the final design; assist Owner in consultations with such authorities; and revise the Drawings and Specifications in response to directives from such authorities, as appropriate. 4. Advise Owner of any recommended adjustments to the opinion of probable Construction Cost. 5. After consultation with Owner, include in the Construction Contract Documents any specific protocols for the transmittal of Project-related correspondence, documents, text, data, drawings, information, and graphics, in electronic media or digital format, either directly, or through access to a secure Project website. Any such protocols shall be applicable to transmittals between and among Owner, Engineer, and Contractor during the Construction Phase and Post- Construction Phase, and unless agreed otherwise shall supersede any conflicting protocols previously established for transmittals between Owner and Engineer. 6. Assist Owner in assembling known reports and drawings of Site conditions, and in identifying the technical data contained in such reports and drawings upon which bidders or other prospective contractors may rely. 7. In addition to preparing the final Drawings and Specifications, assemble drafts of other Construction Contract Documents based on specific instructions and contract forms, text, or content received from Owner. 8. Prepare or assemble draft bidding-related documents (or requests for proposals or other construction procurement documents), based on the specific bidding or procurement-related instructions and forms, text, or content received from Owner. 9. Contract shall include contractor provided changeable message signs to communication construction information. 10. Furnish for review by Owner, its legal counsel, and other advisors, 6 copies of the final drawings and Specifications, assembled drafts of other construction Contract Documents, the draft bidding-related documents (or requests for proposals or other construction procurement documents), and any other final design Phase deliverables, by the established due date, with the Final Design Phase, and review them with Owner. Owner shall submit to Engineer any comments regarding the furnished items, and any instructions for revisions. B. Engineer’s services under the Final Design Phase will be considered complete on the date when Engineer has delivered to Owner the final Drawings and Specifications, other assembled Construction Contract Documents, bidding-related documents (or requests for proposals or other construction procurement documents), and any other Final Design Phase deliverables. C. In the event that the Work designed or specified by Engineer is to be performed or furnished under more than one prime contract, or if Engineer’s services are to be separately sequenced with the work of one or more prime Contractors (such as in the case of fast- tracking), Owner and Engineer shall, prior to commencement of the Final Design Phase, develop a schedule for performance of Engineer’s services during the Final Design, Bidding or Negotiating, Construction, and Post-Construction Phases in order to sequence and coordinate properly such services as are applicable to the work under such separate prime contracts.
