(a) The Employer shall supply: - pipe wrenches, vices, taps and dies - electrical tools - electric measuring instruments - machinist measuring instruments - air and gas measuring devices - gas containers - welding equipment, including wearing apparel and safety accessories - specialty tools - vacuum pumps - power tools - refrigerant recovery units - wrenches over 1"
(b) If the Employer requires electronic devices such as pagers, cell phones, wireless devices, notebooks etc., the Employer will be responsible for the costs of supply, operation and maintenance of same. The employee will maintain this equipment as directed by the Employer and take all reasonable steps to ensure the equipment is secure at all times.
26:02 Each Journeyman and Apprentice after completion of his or her first year shall have and maintain a complete set of hand tools necessary to install air conditioning and/or refrigeration equipment. Employees will not supply tools listed in Article 26:01.
26:03 The employee will provide the Employer at the time of employment a list of personal tools as mentioned in Article 26:02. This list shall be itemized and completely priced by item. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to keep this list up to date, and as a minimum, must be done annually. When this list has been reviewed and accepted by the Employer as to items and value, and the Employer accepts liability for replacement as outlined in Article 26:09.
26:04 Those tools supplied by the Employer will be maintained by the Employer. If these tools are lost or damaged through the negligence of the Employer or other employees, then the Employer is responsible for the repair or replacing same.

26:06 The Employer agrees to supply non durable items used on Employer's work, i.e.: files, cutter wheels, reactor plates, gauges, hoses drill bits, thermometers, etc.
26:07 Uniforms (where mandated by the Employer) will be supplied by the Employer at no cost to the Employee and the Employee must wear the uniform. The following list is the minimum annual requirement of an Employer supplied uniform:

32.1 Policy Mechanics are expected to provide a "basic mechanic's hand set" of tools necessary to satisfactorily perform their work. The parties agree that the term "basic mechanic's hand set" is a term of art within the mechanic craft that defines the minimum tools required to perform successfully as a mechanic. If the Employer finds that employees are not providing adequate tools within the meaning of this term of art, the Employer and the Union will enter into negotiations to establish a minimum tool list. The Employer will also provide a tool allowance for mechanics to compensate the replacement of tools, including tool boxes, in the following circumstances: loss, disappearance, breakage without warranty, wear and tear, obsolescence, and/or innovation in design.

TOOLS AND UNIFORMS. 8.6.1 The District agrees to provide tools, equipment and supplies necessary for unit members to perform employment duties (including hair nets, aprons, gloves, personal tools, etc.

The department head or his/her designee will provide these employees a list of tools required for their positions. The department head shall notify, by December 31, Xxxxx County Human Resources and the Union of these employees required to provide tools and the list of tools they are required to provide.
2. All departments that currently supply tools to employees not serving in classifications in Section 1 shall continue to provide tools at no cost to the employee. Pneumatic equipment (and all related accessories) required by the County for Auto & Equipment Specialists shall be purchased by the County.
3. The County reserves the right to determine the employees who are required to wear uniforms and to designate the uniform to be worn. The County will either provide a sufficient number of uniforms or provide for a uniform allowance for the departments and classifications as listed below. Uniforms provided by the County must be returned to the County upon the employee's separation from the County.

1. Employees, in order to qualify for the annual uniform allowance, shall wear the prescribed uniform while performing their duties during normal working hours and scheduled overtime. Employees are responsible for keeping their uniforms neat and clean. Footwear must conform to common industry safety standards.
2. CUSTODIAL: Light blue shirt/blouse (with collar) and dark blue pants (no denim) or dress.
3. GENERAL SERVICES (where applicable): Light blue shirt/blouse (with collar) and dark blue pants or dress.
TOOLS AND UNIFORMS. Employees who are required by the Borough Manager, in writing, to furnish their own tools will receive a tool allowance of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per pay period. The Borough Manager, in consultation with Department Heads, will determine necessary uniforms. The Borough will furnish all employer required safety clothing and supplies. Safety clothing and supplies must be worn as directed. Uniforms, safety clothing and supplies issued by the Employer remain the property of the Employer and shall be used only in the course of said employment. In the event employees are allowed to keep uniforms, all official badges, patches and similar decals shall be returned to the borough.
TOOLS AND UNIFORMS. The Company will furnish, without cost to the employees, all tools necessary for the performance of their duties. Employees who are furnished tools will be held responsible for them. Tool replacement will be made in accordance with the following:

The Borough will furnish uniforms to all employees who are required by the Employer to wear uniforms or part of a uniform, including cold weather boots and gear (hats, gloves, underclothes, etc.). The Borough will also furnish all employer required safety clothing and supplies. Uniforms, safety clothing and supplies issued by the Employer remain the property of the Employer and shall be used only in the course of said employment. Employees shall return all issued items to the Employer at the termination of employment, or reimburse the Employer for the replacement cost of such issued items.
TOOLS AND UNIFORMS. The Employer shall not require bargaining unit members to furnish their own tools or work implements in order to perform their duties. The Employer shall provide uniforms to all bargaining unit members required to wear prescribed apparel.
