Translation Arrangements a. These translation arrangements are a reference to that which applied immediately prior to the commencement of operation of this classification structure for Medical Physicist. The new Medical Physics structure will apply from the first full pay period (FFPP) after 1 October 2014.
b. The new increment date for current SA Health employees who translate to the Medical Physicists structure will be the date the new structure takes effect (FFPP after 1 October 2014).
c. Non-Certified* DIMPS and ROMPS, who are employed by SA Health as at 20 October 2014, will transition to the new structure in the same manner as those enrolled in TEAP or with ACPSEM certification, but will not be eligible for promotion or reclassification to a higher level until they achieve ACPSEM certification.
d. Translation Arrangements. Pursuant to this Agreement, in the period from the first full Pay Period on or after 3 April 2024 to the first full Pay Period on or after 30 April 2024 (relevant period), Employees will receive a 3% increase to the rates of pay they were paid under the 2019 Agreement (3% Payment). Workplace Trainers will translate to the experience increment in Table B commensurate with their skills and years of service as a Workplace Trainer; Team Leaders who hold the Diploma of Management will translate to the minimum experience increment of the Senior Team Leader classification level. These Senior Team Leaders will not be required to undertake a further qualification to maintain the classification of Senior Team Leader, even if a new qualification is introduced. Senior Team Leaders are still required to undertake any specific training introduced for their role; All TLs and all ATLs (this includes Senior Team Leaders and Multi-skill ATLs) will translate to the minimum experience increment in Table B on translation. In addition: from 30 October 2024, all TLs and all ATLs who have one year or more of service as a TL or ATL respectively on 30 April 2024, will move to the year 1 of service experience increment in Table B; from 30 April 2025, all TL’s and all ATLs who have two or more years of service as a TL or ATL respectively on 30 April 2024, will move to the year 2 of service experience increment in Table B on 30 April 2025; and all TL’s and all ATLs who become TL and ATL after 30 April 2024 or who have with less than 12 months service as a TL or ATL as at 30 April 2024, will commence at the minimum experience increment and progress according to the arrangements contained in Table B. (a) An existing Enrolled Nurse as at 11 September 2012 who does not hold a NMBA approved qualification in administration of medicines will translate to EN1 at the same increment, or where this no longer exists, the increment immediately above their current rate (prior to the wage increase applicable on 31 May 2012) and on completion of each year of experience thereafter progress to the next increment up to and including EN1.6.
(b) An existing Enrolled Nurse as at 11 September 2012 who holds a NMBA approved qualification in administration of medicines with an Administration of Medication Scope of up to four routes will translate to EN2 at the increment immediately above their current rate (prior to the wage increase applicable on 31 May 2012) and on completion of each year of experience thereafter progress to the next increment up to and including EN2.6.

Translation Arrangements. 23.3.1 Those pilots employed by the Company at 1 July 2002 moved up one service increment at that date unless they were at the maximum increment at the time. Incremental advancement will continue to be in accordance with the previously applied anniversary date for each individual pilot.

Translation Arrangements. The Transport Workers Union (Qantas Airways Limited) Enterprise Agreement 7 (EBA 7) provided for a new classification structure for employees engaged as Airline Service Operators on or before 1 December 2008. See Appendix C –Arrangements for Employees Employed on or before 1 December 2008 for rules including promotion and higher duties that apply as a consequence of the classification structure under EBA 7.
Translation Arrangements a. Each teacher will have their sick leave entitlement calculated based on the following:
i. Nine days entitlement for each completed year of full-time employment as a teacher, head teacher or senior teacher in a free kindergarten; and
ii. Nine days entitlement proportionately reduced for each year of part- time employment as a teacher, head teacher or senior teacher in a free kindergarten, provided that not less than five days entitlement is granted for each year of part-time employment; and
iii. Nine days entitlement for each equivalent year of employment as teacher in a licensed early childhood centre, as a senior teacher with a kindergarten association, service in a teaching capacity in the Early Childhood Service of Xx Xxx o Xx Xxxx Pounamu, in a teaching capacity elsewhere in the education service, or as an officer in the state services as defined in the State Sector Act 1988 that has been recognised by the employer.
b. Where the teacher’s current sick leave entitlement is lower than the entitlement under (a) above, the teacher’s entitlement shall be the entitlement calculated under (a) above.
c. Where the teacher’s current sick leave entitlement is higher than the entitlement under (a) above, the difference shall be held for the teacher to use until such time that the entitlement calculated under (a) is the equal to or higher than the teacher’s current entitlement.
d. The employer will provide the teacher with a copy of the calculation to affirm the details, including the number of sick leave days recorded as taken up to the effective date of the change in entitlement. Note: The parties have agreed that clause 4.3.16 Translation arrangements will be deleted in the next Collective Agreement.
