UNION REPRESENTATION AND STEWARDS. Section 1. Authorized representatives of the Union shall have access to the Project, provided that such representatives fully comply with posted visitor, security and safety rules and the environmental compliance requirements of the Project. It is understood that because of the geographical scope of the Project, and the type of work being undertaken on the Project site, visitors may be limited to certain times, or areas, or to being accompanied at all times while on the Project site; with this in mind, however, the Contractor recognizes the right of access set forth in this Section and such access will not be unreasonably withheld from an authorized representative of the Union.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND STEWARDS. Section 1: The City recognizes and will deal with all the accredited representatives of the I.A.M. & A.W., the Shop Committee, the Local President and all area stewards. A written list of the Shop Committee members and stewards will be furnished to the City immediately after their designation and the Union shall notify the City promptly of any change in Shop Committee members or Stewards.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND STEWARDS. 8.1 Authorized Union representatives shall have access to the Project site at all times when work is being performed, provided that they do not interfere with the work of the employees and they comply with applicable rules and regulations including posted visitor, security and safety rules. Authorized Union representatives shall also complete the TJPA’s designated health and safety training program prior to accessing the Project site. Union representatives shall not be charged for this training program.
UNION REPRESENTATION AND STEWARDS. 6.01 No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without the proper authorization of the Union.

This Section is not intended to interfere with the Unions' right to administer this Agreement, or engage in lawful Union activity, or interfere with the Union’s responsibility to provide representation to employees.

Union representatives will be allowed access to Hospital premises to meet with employees, Stewards, or Hospital representatives, in the course of investigating and processing grievances with the understanding that reasonable advance notice will be given to the Human Resources Site Manager or designee.
