The lesson plan for the upcoming week will be turned in to the principal on Friday. The location of plans will be made known to the principal.

Xxxx Leave Allowance. Every permanent employee covered by this Agreement shall be credited with four hours of sick leave with pay for each completed 80 hours in a biweekly work period, or to a pro-rated amount if paid service is less than 80 hours in the pay period. Paid service in excess of 80 hours shall not be counted. Sick leave shall be credited at the end of the biweekly work period. Sick leave shall be considered as available for use only in the pay period subsequent to the biweekly work period in which it is earned. When paid service does not total 80 hours in a biweekly work period, the employee shall be credited with a pro-rated amount of leave for that work period based on the number of hours in pay status divided by 80 hours multiplied by four hours.

Unused Sick Leave Account An account in which sick leave credits earned and not used in previous years are accumulated, maintained, and used as needed. Upon retirement or death, employees are paid 50% of their unused sick leave credits. Also upon retirement or death, any employee eligible for this will have one half of their current regular sick leave placed in the unused sick leave account and paid out as defined in this section.

Xxxx Leave Allowance. At the beginning of the year each employee shall be granted yearly sick leave allowance of twelve (12) days. Employees contracted for more than the regular school year shall earn one (1) additional sick day for each four (4) weeks contracted, or major portion thereof, to be used during the extended contract year. During the extended school year an employee may use up to four (4) extended year days from his/her accumulated sick time; except in an authorized medical emergency. Unused sick days shall be allowed to accumulate without limit for use as sick days.
Xxxx Leave Allowance. Part-time employees Half-time employees as defined in this MOU must complete a period of six consecutive months of service and have been compensated for at least 500 hours before qualifying for sick leave, unless said employees had already completed six consecutive months of service and were compensated for at least 500 hours as an intermittent employee prior to becoming half-time, in which case they will become eligible immediately upon designation to half-time status to accrue and use sick leave at the appropriate pro-rated amount. An intermittent employee who becomes a full-time or half-time employee, who has not previously qualified for sick leave benefits as a full or half-time employee, or who has not completed six months of City service and been compensated for 500 hours as an intermittent employee, shall be required to compete the six- month qualifying period and to have been compensated for at least 500 hours in accordance with this article. Upon completion of said qualifying period, a half- time employee will be allowed sick leave prorated on the basis of total number of hours scheduled in relationship to the total number of hours required for full-time employment. Intermittent employees as defined in this MOU shall not be entitled to accrue or use sick leave benefits. When a full-time or half-time employee becomes an intermittent employee, all accrued and accumulated sick leave for which he/she has been credited shall remain credited to the employee but frozen in the amounts so accrued and accumulated without increase or decrease because of the change in work schedule. Such benefits may only be used if the employee becomes a half-time or full-time employee.
Xxxx Leave Allowance. 1. At the beginning of the school year, each tenure teacher shall be credited with fifteen (15) days and each non-tenure teacher with twelve (12) days for use as annual sick leave allowance which shall be used for absences caused by illness or physical disability of the teacher not covered by Worker’s Compensation. However, in the event a probationary teacher terminates employment in the system at the end of the first semester, payment for all sick days used beyond a maximum allowance of six (6) days will be deducted from the final pay settlement.
