ALLOCATION OF HOURS OF WORK. Part-time employees who have no interest in obtaining full-time status shall have no claim for hours over those part-time employees who are working toward the establishment of full-time status.
ALLOCATION OF HOURS OF WORK. All hourly work performed on Saturday will be paid at the rate of time and one-half the regular rate of pay. All hourly work performed on Sunday will be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 the regular rate of pay. ALLOCATION OF HOURS OF WORK. When more hours of work are needed or where an emoployee cannot arrange a swap in scheduled hours per article 21.02(a), these “additional” hours shall be offered to the most senior person in the classification until he/she reaches the maximum of 44 hours in a week. The hours then will be offered to the next senior person and so on. An employee shall have the opportunity to accept or decline such hours without any penalty and when and if additional hours are again added the Employer shall go back to the senior person again in the classification if nobody in the classification accepts the call ins/additional hours, these shall be offered on the same above basis within the Department as defined in the Collective Agreement. If nobody in the Department accepts these opportunities, then it shall be offered in the workplace based on seniority and bona fide qualifications to do the job.
