Assignment Differential Pay. Assignment Differential Pay is temporary monetary compensation paid to commissioned personnel who are working in the assignment categories listed below. Reimbursable overtime scheduled outside the ADP assignment shall be paid at the employee’s overtime rate not including ADP except that in the situation where an employee normally receives ADP and is working an overtime assignment that is the same function for which he receives ADP, the overtime shall be paid at the employee’s overtime rate including ADP. Members transferring for the first time to the Traffic Section or any investigative unit will receive four percent (4%) increase in pay for the first year and another four percent (4%) increase in pay thereafter while so assigned. Members who are transferring from one ADP assignment to another ADP assignment, regardless of bureau, will maintain their eight percent (8%) increase. Within six (6) months of the assignment, new officers assigned to these areas must establish residence in a location that will allow a 30-minute response time to the resident area of responsibility to retain the 20%.
Assignment Differential Pay. 13.12.1 Effective with the adoption of this Memorandum of Understanding by the Board of Supervisors, any supervisor who, on a regular basis, directly supervises twelve (12) or more subordinates, shall be compensated an additional five percent (5%) above the base salary for his/her classification during such assignment. Subordinates shall include limited term or extra help employees who are filling an authorized position. Where more than one employee is filling one position, it shall be counted as one. Where one employee is filling a full- time position on a part-time basis, it shall be counted as one. 13.12.2 Those employees assigned to the Ombudsperson Program at the Child Support Office prior to November 1, 2010 shall receive a seven percent (7%) differential above their base salary during the term of such assignment.

Assignment Differential Pay (ADP) is temporary monetary compensation to be paid to employees in the following categories and at the listed percentage rates of the employee’s wages (hourly base wages) for actual time worked within a designated assignment. B. Assignment Differential Pay assignments are not promotional and therefore no property rights exist. Additionally, employees shall only be paid assignment differential pay for the duration of their assignment. C. ADP for Instruction and Training Officer Duties, including Field Training Officer Duties: Any individual who is acting as a Field Training Officer (FTO) or assigned to lead a required instruction and/or training shall receive ADP in addition to their regular pay for all approved time spent training/instructing in accordance with this provision. ADP will be paid in an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the individual’s base rate of pay for the time actually worked in the instruction and training of other officers. The Chief may require substantiation of participation in said training and/or instruction before the individual becomes eligible to receive ADP. The Chief at his/her discretion may assign instruction/training courses for individuals to lead. While individual may occupy more than one ADP eligible assignment, employees in multiple ADP eligible assignments may only receive ADP for one assignment at a time.
Assignment Differential Pay. A. Employees who are utilized as Field Training Officers or Range Masters shall receive a five percent (5%) differential while assigned duties specifically related to the Field Training and Evaluation Program/Range Program. Such differential shall be paid for an entire day in which the special duties were performed during any part of said day. This differential will be in addition to any other compensation provided in this Agreement, except for temporary supervisor pay. B. Crime Scene Investigators Differential: Employees assigned as Crime Scene Investigators shall receive five percent (5%) differential during the period of such assignment. Employees not assigned as a Crime Scene Investigator, but who otherwise possess the necessary qualifications, which are assigned on a case-by-case basis to perform crime scene investigations shall receive five percent (5%) differential during the actual period of such assignment. Such differential shall be paid for an entire shift during which the crime scene investigation duties were performed. This differential will be in addition to any other compensation provided in this agreement except for temporary supervisor pay. C. Deputy Sheriffs assigned to the Detective Division, Narcotics Division, and Forensic Investigation Section and Deputies assigned to the R.A.V.E.N. Program or Extradition Unit who are piloting aircraft shall receive a salary increase of approximately ten percent (10%) during the period of such assignment. D. The following assignments shall also qualify for a five percent (5%) incentive differential during the time period a deputy is so assigned: 1. Armorer 2. Training Section Deputy 3. Background Deputy 4. Motors 5. Administrative Deputy 6. Inmate Assistance Program Deputy 7. MAIT E. Deputy Sheriffs assigned a canine or assigned to canine duties will be compensated an additional seven (7) hours per week at their assigned rate of pay to account for canine maintenance, etc. (Revised 1-1-04) F. Deputy Sheriffs who are assigned by the Sheriff to work in the Special Needs/Mental Health Unit, who have been certified as qualified through training and approval of the Sheriff’s Office, shall receive a five percent (5%) differential during the time period the Deputy is so assigned. Nothing contained in this provision shall be interpreted to restrict the Sheriff’s Office from assigning any deputy to work in the Special Needs/Mental Health Unit. (Added 7-01-05)

A GREAT Officer, when funded by the annual CITY budget, and only while actively teaching the GREAT program, will receive a five percent (5%) increase in base pay. E. An employee assigned to more than one assignment eligible for ADP shall receive no more than eight percent (8%) total assignment differential pay.

  • Shift Differential Pay SECTION 1: In addition to compensation provided by the wage schedule, employees working between the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. shall be paid a shift differential premium of $.45 (forty-five cents) per hour in addition to the regular pay for those hours. SECTION 2: Employees must work a minimum of 3 (three) hours in order for shift differential to apply.

  • Differential Pay Section 1( A). Geographic Area Pay. Classifications C4115, C4116, C4207, C4209, C4211, C4213, C4215, C4221, C4223, C4225: Prevailing basic rates in specific geographical areas for employment of limited duration less than one hundred twenty (120) days will be approved. Employees paid at such rates will not be eligible for vacation, sick leave or holiday benefits. Such rates will be paid only for construction work.

  • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration.   • Shift Differentials 18.1 Employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 1400 and 2159 hours shall receive a shift differential of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour, and employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of eighty cents (80¢) per hour. Effective January 1, 2005, for employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of one dollar ($1) per hour. Overtime shall not be calculated on the shift differential nor shall the shift differential be paid for paid absence from duty such as vacations, general holidays, etc.

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • Price Differential a. On each Business Day that a Transaction is outstanding, the Pricing Rate shall be reset and, unless otherwise agreed, the accrued and unpaid Price Differential shall be settled in cash on each related Price Differential Payment Date. Two (2) Business Days prior to the Price Differential Payment Date, Buyer shall give Seller written or electronic notice of the amount of the Price Differential due on such Price Differential Payment Date. Seller may remit to Buyer funds in an amount up to the outstanding Purchase Price of the Purchased Mortgage Loans, to be held as unsegregated cash margin and collateral for all Obligations under this Agreement (such amount, to the extent not applied to Obligations under this Agreement, the “Buydown Amount”). The Buydown Amount shall be used by Buyer in order to calculate the aggregate Price Differential, which will accrue on the aggregate Purchase Price then outstanding minus the Buydown Amount, applied to Transactions involving the lowest Pricing Rate. The Seller shall be entitled to request a drawdown of the Buydown Amount or remit additional funds to be added to the Buydown Amount no more than one time per week. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event that a Margin Call or other Default exists, the Buyer shall be entitled to use any or all of the Buydown Amount to cure such circumstance or otherwise exercise remedies available to the Buyer without prior notice to, or consent from, the Seller. Within two (2) Business Days’ receipt of written request from Seller, and provided no Margin Call or other Default exists, Buyer shall remit any portion of such Buydown Amount back to Seller.

  • Supervisory Differential Adjustment The Appointing Officer shall adjust the compensation of a supervisory employee whose compensation grade is set herein subject to the following conditions:

  • Reduction of Servicing Compensation in Connection with Prepayment Interest Shortfalls In the event that any Mortgage Loan is the subject of a Prepayment Interest Shortfall, the Servicer shall, from amounts in respect of the Servicing Fee for such Distribution Date, deposit into the Collection Account, as a reduction of the Servicing Fee for such Distribution Date, no later than the Servicer Remittance Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date, an amount up to the Prepayment Interest Shortfall; provided that the amount so deposited shall not exceed the Compensating Interest for such Distribution Date. In case of such deposit, the Servicer shall not be entitled to any recovery or reimbursement from the Depositor, the Trustee, the Issuing Entity or the Certificateholders. With respect to any Distribution Date, to the extent that the Prepayment Interest Shortfall exceeds Compensating Interest (such excess, a "Non-Supported Interest Shortfall"), such Non-Supported Interest Shortfall shall reduce the Current Interest with respect to each Class of Certificates, pro rata based upon the amount of interest each such Class would otherwise be entitled to receive on such Distribution Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there shall be no reduction of the Servicing Fee in connection with Prepayment Interest Shortfalls related to the Relief Act or bankruptcy proceedings and the Servicer shall not be obligated to pay Compensating Interest with respect to Prepayment Interest Shortfalls related to the Relief Act or bankruptcy proceedings.
