Duty rosters Clause Samples
The 'Duty rosters' clause establishes the requirement for organizing and maintaining schedules that assign specific duties or shifts to personnel. Typically, this clause outlines how and when duty rosters should be prepared, who is responsible for their creation, and how updates or changes are communicated to relevant staff. For example, it may require weekly publication of work schedules or designate a supervisor to manage shift assignments. The core function of this clause is to ensure clear allocation of responsibilities and coverage, thereby promoting operational efficiency and minimizing confusion or staffing gaps.
