GROUP RESPONSIBILITIES. 5.1 Diagnosis, Treatment Planning, Specific Patient Education and ------------------------------------------------------------- Consultation. GROUP RESPONSIBILITIES. The Group agrees that it shall undertake the responsibilities below.
14.1. Handle and distribute enrollment materials in a timely manner and promptly provide to SHP the information necessary to administer this Contract. There is an understanding and agreement that the Group’s failure to provide information in a timely manner may substantially delay and/or jeopardize the enrollment of eligible Members.
14.2. Restrict enrollment and payment of premiums through the Group to eligible Members.
14.3. Make payroll deductions for and verify with SHP the eligibility of any Member on a temporary leave of absence.
14.4. Remit premiums for a terminating Member through the end of the monthly coverage period in which the Member terminates, unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing.
14.5. Notify SHP of any Member terminations, loss of eligibility, or dis-enrollments within 30 days and as part of the administrative record-keeping process that occurs in the normal course of business. The Group further agrees that any refund shall be made only if claims have not been paid, and only where Group incorrectly paid those amounts for an ineligible individual. SHP will refund the premium less any paid claims.
14.6. Provide each Member 30 days prior written notice of termination of this Contract, including any termination due to the Group’s failure to pay premiums.
14.7. Notify each Member of any rights that may exist to continue coverage upon termination, as provided by any applicable law or as otherwise described under the Plan, and collect and forward associated timely enrollment forms and premiums, unless otherwise agreed on between SHP and the Group.
14.8. Provide notices and disclosures, in a timely manner, that a group health plan is required by law to provide (e.g. special enrollment rights provisions), unless otherwise agreed on between SHP and the Group. The Group agrees to indemnify and hold SHP harmless from and against any damages, loss, action, claim or suit (including court costs and attorney’s fees) arising from or related to its failure to provide such legally required notices.
14.9. Report monthly the names of new Members, cancelled Members and Members electing any statutory continuance of coverage by the 10th day of the month, and as required by applicable law.

GROUP RESPONSIBILITIES. The Group will immediately assume: all risks; all financial obligations, including but not limited to Amounts Billed, court costs, and attorney's fees and all other liabilities BCN may assume or which might otherwise attach with respect to processing HRA Coverage pursuant to this Contract. The Group will make full payment and satisfaction to BCN for all amounts resulting from such risks, financial obligations and liabilities. Group responsibility will not, however, include amounts resulting directly from any negligent processing/payment of claims by BCN.
GROUP RESPONSIBILITIES a. To participate in joint evaluation of the effectiveness of the clinical experiences through meetings and/or written evaluations of the students and faculty.
b. To provide the necessary supplies, facilities (including lockers when available), use of the library, and supervision as may be required to ensure quality education for the students without impairing quality patient care.
c. To provide an orientation of its facilities, policies, and procedures for the School’s faculty and students.
d. To provide emergency care for students in case of illness or accident. However, the Group shall not be responsible for any further care. In no event shall the Group be responsible for a greater amount or degree of care or assistance than it would reasonably provide for its paid employees. The School shall be promptly be notified of any such occurrence. The student shall be responsible for payment of any medical expenses incurred.
e. To allow students and faculty to use the dining facilities, if available, but the cost of meals will be paid by the individual at established rates.
f. The Group will inform the School of any withdrawal of accreditation status.
GROUP RESPONSIBILITIES. The Group must identify a Group Leader prior to the start of a project who will be responsible for the safety and well-being of all Group members. The Group Leader agrees to:
A. Provide coordination and supervision for members at all times while volunteering.
B. Ensure all members adhere to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
C. Ensure all members adhere to park rules, procedures, and instructions of the Division’s Project Supervisor at all times while volunteering.
D. Ensure members do not interfere with Division employees’ duties at any time while volunteering.
E. Prohibit members from possessing firearms at any time while volunteering. This does not apply to certified law enforcement officers who are authorized by his or her agency to carry a firearm.
F. Ensure members do not possess and are not under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs at any time while volunteering.
G. Obtain formal parent or guardian consent for the attendance and participation of all juvenile (under eighteen (18) years of age) members. This includes consent for the use of photos and video of members or other likenesses in publications, including web pages.
H. Immediately notify the Division’s Project Supervisor supervising the Group’s activities in the event a member is involved in any accident or exposed to potential liability while performing any assigned duties or services under this Agreement.
I. Prohibit any member from performing any work which may adversely affect an existing, known medical condition.

GROUP RESPONSIBILITIES. 1.1 Group will require the employed and contracted Clinicians assigned by Group to deliver Services to Partner’s patients during the scheduled times set forth in the Statement of Work and Exhibits added to this Agreement.
1.2 Group will at all times be and remain legally organized and operated to provide the Services (as defined on each Statement of Work addenda and Exhibit B) required by this Agreement in a manner consistent with all applicable state and federal laws, rules and regulations.
1.3 Clinicians will be licensed, in good standing, in the states in which Services are provided, which will be documented in the Statement of Work addendum, and will deliver Services in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations, and Partner’s reasonable policies and procedures, to the extent copies are provided to Group at least 30 days’ prior to the Commencement Date.
1.4 Group will be solely responsible for compensating Clinicians who perform the Services hereunder, including the provision of all benefits, and for making all tax withholdings and paying such payroll or other employment related taxes required by law.
1.5 If desired by the parties, Group shall use reasonable efforts to assist Partner’s efforts to enroll/credential Group Clinician(s) as participating providers under Partner’s contracts with managed care organizations or health plans, which shall be limited to supplying relevant information and documentation to Partner that would support partner’s completion and processing of enrollment applications.
GROUP RESPONSIBILITIES. 1. Group shall comply with each of its obligations described in this Agreement, applicable Exhibits/Appendices hereto and Applications.
2. Group shall specify to IBC which Services IBC is to provide or otherwise make available in Applications.
3. Group shall execute an Exhibit/Appendix when required for a Service IBC is to provide or otherwise make available. Each Service Selection Sheet Exhibit/Appendix will contain the Administrative fee, if any, for such Service and any other relevant information pertaining to the specific Service.
4. Group shall pay IBC Administrative fees in the amount and manner specified in the applicable Service Selection Sheet Exhibit/Appendix, or as otherwise invoiced by IBC. Group understands that each Service has a different Administrative fee which, depending on the specific Service, may be a fee based on the number of Service Participants or a flat fee for the whole Service, regardless of the number of Service Participants. Administrative fees shall be due as specified in the appropriate Exhibits/Appendices.
5. Unless otherwise specifically delegated to and accepted by IBC, it shall be Group’s sole responsibility and duty to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local employment and employee benefit laws/regulations/ordinances as each may relate to the Services.
6. Group understands and agrees that certain of the Services may require prior execution of a IBC-approved consent or authorization by employees and/or Plan members/participants (Authorized Service). Accordingly, unless otherwise agreed to by IBC, it shall be Group’s sole responsibility to obtain such consents or authorizations prior to the initiation of an Authorized Service. Group further understands and agrees that IBC shall be fully excused from its obligation to perform an Authorized Service to the extent Group was unable to procure the required consents and/or authorizations.
7. Group understands and agrees that certain of the Services may, in whole or in part, require information from Group or a vendor of Group (e.g., pharmacy benefits manager, dental insurer or vision insurer); and, further, that the disclosure of such information may require the execution of agreed-upon nondisclosure agreements between IBC and one or more of Group’s vendors. Group further understands and agrees that IBC shall be fully excused from its obligation to perform a Service to the extent it was unable to procure the required nondisclosure agreements; provided, however,...
GROUP RESPONSIBILITIES. 4.1. The Group must provide final lists of all travelers to Varsity in accordance with the cut-off dates listed in Attachment C and subject to the penalties and costs listed in that document.
4.2. The Group agrees to make all payments and deposits outli- xxx in Attachment C to this Agreement as scheduled. Failure to make any payments as scheduled therein will constitute a mate- rial breach of this Agreement.
4.3. The Group must inform Varsity of any changes or revisions to the Tour or its Itinerary as early as possible. All type of amend- ments are subject penalty fees imposed by Varsity and or its ven- dors in addition to possible changes in price at the time of reboo- king. A change of destination constitutes a cancellation, and will be subject to full cancellation fees.
4.4. The Group is responsible for ensuring that all Travelers have complied with all applicable health requirements. Required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by an individuals’ health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate which each Traveler must carry for proof of inoculation where required. Individuals with heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness should not participate in these xxxx- xxxx travel programs.
4.5. The Group is responsible for ensuring that all Travelers have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with their respec- tive consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas are required.
4.6. The Group is responsible for ensuring that every Traveler behaves in a manner that will not endanger the health or safety of the Traveler, his property, or any other person or property. The Group acknowledges that prudent behavior is required by each Traveler when traveling in a foreign country and the Group assu- mes responsibility for the behavior of each Traveler to ensure each Traveler behaves in a prudent manner at all times while on the Tour. The Group warrants that each Traveler has been made aware of the risks and hazards inherent in travel and in participating in any activity associated with the Tour, and that each Traveler hereby elects voluntarily to join said Tour.
4.7. Should the Group, or any member of the Group, be engaged in a sports activity while on the Tour, the Group shall be responsi- ble for any damages, injury or death of a Traveler that shall occur in connection with the Traveler’s participation in said sports activi- ty.
