HIRING AND PROBATIONARY PERIOD. 1. An employment contract is made in writing based on a template (Xxxxx- xxx).
2. The probationary period is four (4) months.
3. Special training provided to the supervisor enables a probationary period of six (6) months to be agreed.
HIRING AND PROBATIONARY PERIOD. Employer may hire employees from any source and shall be the sole judge of the fitness of any applicant for the job. A probationary period of ninety (90) days from the date of first hiring shall be established for newly hired full-time, part-time employees and per diem employees. During the probationary period, the employee may be discharged for any reason which, in the opinion of the employer, is just and sufficient, and there shall be no recourse to the grievance procedure and arbitration.

The Facility may hire employees from any source, but the Union shall be notified of vacancies in departments under its jurisdiction for the purpose of referring Union applicants to the Facility. Any person may be employed who, in the judgment of the Facility, will make the best employee, and the Facility shall be the sole judge of the fitness of any applicant for the job.
B. A probationary period of ninety (90) days from the date of first hiring shall be established for new Regular Full-time and Regular Part-time employees. For Short-hour and Casual employees, the probationary period shall be three hundred sixty (360) hours worked from date of first hire. By mutual agreement the probationary period may be extended for an additional ninety (90) day period or even seven hundred twenty hours (720) for Part-time employees. During such probationary period the employee may be discharged for any reason which in the sole discretion of the Facility is just and sufficient.
HIRING AND PROBATIONARY PERIOD. A deliverer who will be at least 14 years of age during the year when an employment contract is concluded may be hired. Guardian approval is required to conclude an employment contract for employees under the age of 15. The employment contract shall be in writing. The employment contract shall clearly indicate the delivery dates valid when the employment contract is concluded, the compensation of the delivery district for the first product, sorting and delivery compensation for subsequent products, extra pay for folding and other remuneration, and the district classification. The probationary period shall be agreed in the employment contract. The maximum duration of the probationary period is one (1) month. During the probationary period either party may termi- nate the agreement without regard to the term of notice.

In determining salary placement and longevity entitlements, the Employer shall honor the requirements of Section 153 of the Town Law, where applicable.

Any person may be employed who, in the judgment of the Medical Center, will make the best employee, and the Medical Center shall be sole judge of the fitness of any applicant for the job. A probationary period of ninety (90) days from date of first hiring shall be established for new employees, except that for per diem employees the probationary period will be the longer of 90 calendar days or 720 hours worked. During such probationary period, the employee may be discharged for just cause. Such terminations are not subject to the grievance procedure.
HIRING AND PROBATIONARY PERIOD. Kindred may hire employees from any source and shall be the sole judge of the fitness of any applicant for the job. A probationary period of ninety (90) days from the date of first hiring shall be established for newly hired full-time employees, and a probationary period of 120 days for part-time employees and per diem employees. During the probationary period, the employee may be discharged for any reason which, in the opinion of Kindred, is just and sufficient, and there shall be no recourse to Article 26, Grievance Procedure and Arbitration.
HIRING AND PROBATIONARY PERIOD. A. Subject to the provisions of Article 12, Job Postings, the Hospital may hire employees from any source. The Hospital may employ person(s) who, in the judgment of the Hospital, will make the best employee(s). The Hospital shall be the sole judge of the fitness and qualifications of an applicant for a job, and of the relative fitness and qualifications of two or more applicants for a job.
B. The probationary period for new employees, or rehired employees (i.e., those returning from a break in service excluding laid off employees who are recalled to their former position pursuant to Article 33, Layoff and Recall Procedure), shall be 90 days from the date of employment or rehire. All employees shall be required to serve a probationary period of 90 days from the date of any change in job classification (except for a change within the same job series). New employees, or rehired employees, will be subject to a 90-day waiting period for all fringe benefits. Probationary employees may be discharged for any reason without recourse to the grievance procedures of Article 28, and shall not be eligible for recall. Upon completion of such probationary period, an employee shall accrue Seniority retroactively from the latter of the date of hire and rehire. The Hospital may extend an employee’s probationary period for up to an additional 45 days.
C. All the internal applicants who apply for a position within the seven (7) day posting period specified in Article 12, Job Postings, will be considered for the position. The Hospital will notify all internal applicants in writing regarding the outcome of their application.
