RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYEE. 7.1. The Employee has the rights:
7.1.1. To conclude, to amend, to supplement, to terminate and to cancel hereof in the manner and under the terms stipulated by the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
7.1.2. To require of the Employer to fulfill the terms and condition hereof;
7.1.3. For safety and labor protection;
7.1.4. Of obtaining complete and reliable information about working conditions and labor protection;
7.1.5. For timely and full payment of wages in accordance with the provisions hereof;
7.1.6. For payment of idle time in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
7.1.7. To rest, including paid annual labor leave;
7.1.8. Of association, including the right to establish a trade union, as well as membership in, to provide protection of their labor rights, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
7.1.9. Of participation through representatives in collective bargaining and the drafting of a collective agreement, as well as acquaintance with the signed collective agreement;
7.1.10. Of compensation for harm caused to health in connection with the performance of labor duties;
7.1.11. Of Compulsory social insurance;
7.1.12. Accident insurance while performance the labor duties;
7.1.13. For guarantees and compensation payments;
7.1.14. For protection of own rights and interests by all legal methods;
7.1.15. For Equal pay for equal work without any discrimination;
7.1.16. To appeal for the resolution of an individual labor dispute consistently in the conciliation commission, the court in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
7.1.17. For workplace equipped in accordance with the requirements of safety and labor protection;
7.1.18. Provision with individual and collective protection equipment, special clothing in accordance with the requirements provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as this Contract;
7.1.19. To refuse to perform the work in the event of a situation that threat to his health or life, with a immediate notice to the manager or representative of the Employer;
7.1.20. To appeal to the authorized state labor authority and (or) the local labor inspectorate to conduct a survey of safety and health conditions in the workplace, as well as to participate in the verification and review of issues related to the improvement of work conditions, safety and labor protection;

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYEE. 6.1. The Employee shall be obliged to:
6.1.1. carry out work personally, on-time and in a qualitative manner. Carrying out of work within fixed time by third person shall be allowed only on the basis of agreement with the Employer;
6.1.2. carry out of activity in accordance with the Law of Georgia and this Contract, comply with the requirements of the Law of Georgia, this Contract, Employer’s Internal Regulations, indicated workload, Code of Ethics and Academic Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, programme implementation, education process and other governing regulations/rules, legal decisions and instructions of the Employer’s managerial bodies (entities);
6.1.3. provide vocational students with high-quality education, care about improvement of educational process and compliance with current educational standards within the scope of his/her competence, compensate contact/non-contact hours missed by him/her by means of additional contact/non- contact hours;
6.1.4. immediately notify the Employer about any fact that may prevent him/her in carrying out of his/her activity or endanger interests of the Employer or third person;
6.1.5. protect valuable property transferred to him/her in temporary possession for performance of duties, compensate damage caused to the Employer in accordance with the Law of Georgia;
6.1.6. not disclose/share (verbally, in writing, in social networks etc.) confidential (commercial etc.) information, which became known to him/her as a result of his/her activity;
6.1.7. fulfill the obligations specified for the Employee in accordance with the Law of Georgia.
6.2. The Employee shall be entitled to:
6.2.1. demand creation of relevant working conditions;
6.2.2. demand and get employee pay in the amount and in accordance with the terms and conditions determined under the Contract, demand fulfillment of requirements of this Contract, Employer’s Internal Regulations and the effective Law of Georgia, obtain full information about his/her legal status during labor relationships;
6.2.3. within the scope of his/her competence participate in the events planned by the Employer, including vocational student support programs, etc.;
6.2.4. take unpaid leave for at least 15 (fifteen) days in accordance with the rules determined by the Employer;
6.2.5. preliminary receive complete information about making of changes in labor contract;
6.2.6. enjoy other rights of the Employee in accordance with the effective Law of Georgia.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYEE. 19.1 The rights and obligations of the contract employee are strictly limited to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Accordingly, the contract employee shall not be entitled to any benefit, payment, subsidy, compensation or entitlement, except as expressly provided in this agreement.
19.2 The employee shall be solely liable for claims by third parties arising from the employee’s own negligent acts or commissions in the course of performing this agreement, and under no circumstances shall the Government of Bhutan be held liable for such claims by third parties.
19.3 The title rights, copyrights, and all other rights of whatever nature in any material produced under the provision of this agreement by the employee shall be vested exclusively with the Government of Bhutan.
19.4 The employee shall not, at any time during the continuance of his employment hereunder, acquire or attempt to acquire any option or concession in Bhutan for him/ herself or any other person.
19.5 The employee shall not draw, accept or endorse any bill on behalf of the employer or in any way pledge the credit of the employer except so far as he may have been authorized by the employer either generally or in any particular case.

Accordingly, the contract employee shall not be entitled to any benefit, payment, subsidy, compensation or entitlement, except as expressly provided in this agreement.
22.2 The employee shall be solely liable for claims by third parties arising from the employee’s own negligent acts or commissions in the course of performing this agreement, and under no circumstances shall the Government of Bhutan be held liable for such claims by third parties.
22.3 The title rights, copyrights, and all other rights of whatever nature in any material produced under the provision of this agreement by the employee shall be vested exclusively with the Government of Bhutan.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYEE. 11.1. The Employee shall have the following rights:
11.1.1 to enter into, amend and terminate this Contract of Employment in accordance with applicable legislation;
11.1.2 to require the Employer to perform the terms of this Contract of Employment;
11.1.3 for the timely and complete payment of Basic Pay in accordance with this Contract of Employment;
11.1.4 to have days-off including paid annual leaves (vacation) as set out in this Contract of Employment;
11.1.5 for the guarantees and compensations as set out in this Contract of Employment;
11.1.6 for the professional training as provided for;
11.1.7 for the workplace equipped in accordance with the requirements of safety and protection of labour;
11.1.8 for the protection of Personal Data/Sensitive Personal Data in accordance with the AIFC Data Protection Regulations No. 10 of 2017 (“AIFC Data Protection Regulations”);
11.1.9 to receive necessary information and materials required for the performance of job duties/functions/responsibilities;
11.1.10 appeal against the actions (inaction) of the Employer directly related to the employment of the Employee in accordance with the internal rules of the Employer;
11.1.11 to equal pay for equal work without discrimination;
11.1.12 to refuse to perform work under this Contract of Employment in situations that create a threat to health or life, with notice to the direct supervisor or the Employer’s representative;
11.2. The Employee shall have the following obligations:
11.2.1 to perform duties in accordance with this Contract of Employment and the Employee’s job description,;
11.2.2 to observe labour discipline;
11.2.3 to observe requirements of labour safety and industrial sanitary at the workplace;
11.2.4 to be careful about the property of the Employer and fellow employees;
11.2.5 to abide by the requirements of confidentiality as set out in section 18 herein;
11.2.6 to notify the Employer about any changes of personal data within 10 (ten) calendar days thereof;
11.2.7 to submit the termination checklist to the Human Resources Department 1 day prior the termination of this Contract of Employment;
11.2.8 to perform the Employee’s employment duties with reasonable diligence and care; and
11.2.9 obey the orders of the Employer to the extent that:
(i) the orders are consistent with the Employee’s employment duties; and
(ii) carrying out the orders will not expose the Employee to danger; and
(iii) carrying out of the orders will not constitute a contravention of any...
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYEE. The Rights and Obligation of the Employee are strictly limited to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The title rights, copyrights, and all other rights of whatever nature in any material produced under the provision of this agreement by the Employee shall be vested exclusively in the Food Corporation of Bhutan Limited. The Employee shall not be concerned or interested directly in any other business except of the Corporation. The Employee shall not, at any time during the continuance of his employment hereunder, acquire or attempt to acquire any option or concession in Bhutan for himself or any other person. The Employee shall not draw, accept or endorse any xxxx on behalf of the Corporation or in any way pledge the credit of the Corporation except so far as S/he may have been authorized by the Corporation either generally or in any particular case. The Employee shall be covered by the Pension & Provident Fund Scheme and government employee group insurance scheme as per existing FCBL service rule. The Employee shall be paid his post services benefits upon completion of his assignment under this agreement as per the Service Rule of FCBL. At the beginning of every financial year, on the approval of the budget by the Board, the Employee shall sign a compact of performance targets. The FCBL Executive Management Committee based on the recommendation of the HR Committee shall review and rate the performance of the Employee as per the performance compact. The Employee shall comply with the terms of the Corporation’s Code of Conduct and Ethics as laid down in the Service Rules if the FCBL.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYEE. As a subscriber to the Company's stock, the Employee shall enjoy the following rights and shall commit to certain obligations:

16.4 The Employee shall not be concerned or interested directly in any other business except that of the Employer.
16.5 The Employee shall not any time during the continuance of his/her employment hereunder acquire or attempt to acquire any option or concession in Bhutan for himself/herself or any person.
16.6 The Employee shall not draw, accept or endorse any xxxx on behalf of the Employer or in any way pledge the credit of the Employer except so far as he/she may have been authorised by the Employer either generally or in any particular case.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE EMPLOYEE. 4.1. The Employee has the right:
4.1.1. to make amendment, addition, termination and cancellation of this Contract in the manner and on the conditions stipulated by the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4.1.2. to require from the Employer to fulfill the conditions of this Contract, the collective agreement (if available);
4.1.3. for safety and labor protection;
4.1.4. to obtain complete and reliable information on the state of working conditions and labor protection;
4.1.5. to get timely and full payment of wages in accordance with the terms of this Contract, the collective agreement (if any);
4.1.6. to get payment of downtime in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4.1.7. to have rest, including annual paid labor leave;
4.1.8. for association, including the right to create a trade union, as well as membership in it, to express and protect their labor rights, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4.1.9. to participate through their representatives in collective bargaining and the development of a draft collective agreement, as well as familiarization with the collective agreement signed;
4.1.10. to get compensation for harm caused to health in connection with the performance of employment duties;
4.1.11. to get compulsory social insurance;
4.1.12. to get accident insurance during the performance of labor duties;
4.1.13. to get guarantees and compensation payments;
4.1.14. to get protection of their rights and legitimate interests by all means not contrary to the law;
4.1.15. to get equal pay for equal work without any discrimination;

9.2. The contract employee shall be solely liable for claims by third parties arising from the employee’s own negligent acts or commissions in the course of performing this agreement, and under no circumstances shall the Government of Bhutan be held liable for such claims by third parties.
9.3. The title rights, copyrights, and all other rights of whatever nature in any material produced under the provision of this agreement by the contract employee shall be vested exclusively with the Government of Bhutan.
9.4. The contract employee shall not be concerned or interested directly in any other business except that of the employer.
9.5. The contract employee shall not, at any time during the continuance of his employment hereunder, acquire or attempt to acquire any option or concession in Bhutan for himself or any other person.
9.6. The contract employee shall not draw, accept or endorse any xxxx on behalf of the employer or in any way pledge the credit of the employer except so far as he may have been authorised by the employer either generally or in any particular case.
