Shift work rosters. The shift roster, commencement and finishing times may be altered by agreement between the Company and the majority of affected employees. In the absence of agreement, the Company may give seven days' notice of such alterations or in cases of changes necessitated by circumstances outside the control of the Company by 24 hours notice.
Shift work rosters. Shift rosters shall specify the commencing and finishing times of ordinary working hours of the respective shifts.
Shift work rosters. 23.2.1 The hours of work of employees on shift work shall be an average of 38 per week. Subject to the exemption hereinafter provided, ordinary hours of work shall not exceed eight hours per day (or ten hours per day when the roster is similar to that described in 19.3.2 hereof) continuously (except for crib breaks) on one of the following basis:
Shift work rosters. 40.1 Rosters showing ordinary, daily, weekly and fortnightly hours of work of all employees shall be exhibited by the employer at a place reasonably accessible to the employees and unless for good and sufficient reasons shall not be altered and without seven days notice being given to the employee or employees concerned.

Shift work rosters. (i) The hours of work of full time employees on shift work will be as per clause 15 - Hours of Work, in this Agreement. Part time and casual employee hours will be as per their roster and no more than outlined in clause 15(a).
