Union Representative Access. 5.01 The Port agrees to allow reasonable access to Port facilities for Union Representatives who have been properly authorized by the Union. Such access shall be permitted in a manner as not to interfere with the functions of the Police Department (hereinafter referred to as the Department) or the Port. This Article shall apply within the constraints of federal or state regulations, statutes, and the Airport Security Plan.

Union Representative Access. An authorized representative or executive officer of the Union shall be permitted, after notifying the Manager, to talk with an employee regarding Union matters during regular working hours. Said talk shall take place in a location provided by the Company. Time taken for such interview in excess of five (5) minutes shall not be on Company time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, time taken for such talk(s) shall not disrupt the serving of the Company’s customers. Union representatives may request copies of payroll records including work schedules. Upon prior notification to management, union representatives who are wearing authorized identification will be permitted access to locations where bargaining unit employees are working. Said access shall not disrupt the operations of the Company.
Union Representative Access. The Employer agrees that the Local Business Agent for the Union shall be given access by the Employer to members of the Union at the places of business of the Employer during hours of operation, providing the Agent does not disrupt the normal School District operations.
Union Representative Access. 9.1. The duly authorized representative of the Union may visit Employer’s nursing home premises and may confer with the employees of Employer thereat, provided such visitation does not interfere with the proper conduct of employees’ duties and care of the patients or residents.
9.2. Union representative will be permitted to attend New Employee Orientation for fifteen (15) minutes upon mutually agreed upon times and dates.
Union Representative Access. An authorized representative of the Union shall be permitted to enter the various stores at any reasonable time in the interest of the employees covered by this Agreement, provided that Management is first contacted, and that there will be no disruption of employees' duties. The Authorized representative, if they intend on entering non-customer areas, shall be required to wear shoes meeting Company and governmental safety requirements.
Union Representative Access. The non-employee representative for the Union shall have access to a conference room or meeting room designated by the Employer to attend a scheduled grievance meeting between the Employer and the Union, or to attend some other meeting with and at the invitation of management. Nothing in this Section 5.4 shall be construed to require that any such grievance meetings or other meetings with management be held on the Employer’s premises. The representative for the Union shall not, while on the premises, engage in any activity that may be disruptive, that may interfere with resident or patient privacy, that may interrupt any employees on the premises, or that may otherwise be inconsistent with proper decorum in light of the activities undertaken by the Employer at its premises.
Union Representative Access. The Representatives of the Union shall be granted access to the Company’s facilities during operational hours for the purpose of investigating grievances, complaints or other matters arising out of the application of this Agreement provided access is scheduled in advance. They will notify the Human Resources Representative or Labor Relations Representative for each visit and such visit will be subject to reasonable regulations as may be made from time to time by the Company.
Union Representative Access. 1. OEA professional staff shall have the right to contact employees during off duty time (before and after work hours and during lunch break) on Employer premises. Such contacts shall not interrupt work time of employees. The OEA professional staff and Union officers shall report to the building office to notify the appropriate administrator when visiting work locations other than their own. Upon prior approval of the Superintendent/designee, Union representatives may meet with employees and/or the Administration during duty hours.
2. To facilitate employment relationships and to provide for a means of better communication and understanding amongst the Employer, its management, its employees, and the Union, without the necessary utilization of the contractual grievance arbitration machinery, a Labor- Management Committee will be established. Said Committee will meet at least once every three (3) months at a time, date and place agreed upon by the Superintendent/designee and the Union President. At said meeting, the Employer and the Union shall be permitted no more than three (3) representatives unless mutually agreed otherwise prior to said meeting. Meetings may be convened more frequently upon mutual agreement of the parties at a mutually convenient time and place.
Union Representative Access. Authorized representatives of the Union may have 11 reasonable access to its members in County facilities for transmittal of information or representation 12 purposes before or after work (without accrual of Overtime) and during lunch breaks or other regular 13 breaks as long as the work of the County employees and services to the public are unimpaired.
