Note I means the Promissory Note, as defined in Section 3.1, and any other promissory note now or hereafter evidencing Line of Credit I and all modifications, extensions and renewals thereof. "Note II" shall mean the Promissory Note, as defined in Section 3.2, and any other promissory note now or hereafter evidencing Line of Credit II and all modifications, extensions and renewals thereof.
