Accrual and Accumulation. Each full-time employee shall accrue vacation credits, based on regularly scheduled work hours and paid leave hours, at the following rates, and have maximum hourly accumulations as follows: Length of Service (Complete Years) Hourly Accrual Rate Annual Rate Maximum Accumulation (hrs.) Employees receiving sick leave donations, on leave of absence without pay or other unpaid status or lay-off from the City will not accrue vacation hours during such period. Overtime hours shall not be used when computing an employee’s vacation accrual. The annual vacation days employees accrue are based on the appropriate hourly accrual rate multiplied by 2,080 (the average hours employees are scheduled to work each year).
Accrual and Accumulation. The rates of sick leave accrual described within this agreement are applicable to eligible state benefited employees only. An eligible, full-time employee shall accrue sick leave at the rate of four (4) hours per pay period of continuous employment beginning with their date of eligibility. An employee being paid for less than eighty (80) hours in a pay period shall have his/her sick leave accrual pro-rated. Eligible employees on an unpaid military leave shall earn and accrue sick leave as though actually at work. An eligible employee who is appointed, reappointed or rehired to service with the Program within four years from the date of separation, provided they separated in good standing within Minnesota State government, or transfer without a break in service shall have his/her previous sick leave balance, if any, restored. However, any employee being reappointed or rehired after receiving severance pay shall not have his/her leave balance restored. The rates of sick leave accrual described within this agreement are applicable to eligible state benefited employees only.
Accrual and Accumulation. An eligible employee shall accrue vacation leave each pay period in accordance with the schedule applicable for their position as set forth below. An eligible employee being paid for less than a full 80- hour pay period shall have his/her vacation accrual prorated. Vacation leave may be accumulated to a maximum of 300 hours. In emergency situations, the Program Administrator, at their discretion, may temporarily suspend the maximum number of hours that may be accumulated for all employees or on a case by case basis. In the event such a suspension is authorized, the Program Administrator shall determine and communicate a date by which any exceeding balances must be reduced. Any exceeding balances beyond the communicated date shall be deemed lost. The rates of vacation accrual described within this agreement are applicable to eligible state benefited employees only. All eligible employees shall accrue vacation leave according to the following rates: • 0 through 1 Years= 4 Working Hours per pay period • After 1 through 2 Years= 4.5 Working Hours per pay period • After 2 through 5 Years= 5 Working Hours per pay period • After 5 through 8 Years= 5.5 Working Hours per pay period • After 8 through 12 Years= 7 Working Hour per pay period • After 12 through 18 Years= 7.5 Working Hours per pay period • After 18 through 25 Years= 8 Working Hours per pay period • After 25 years through 30 years = 8.5 • After 30 years = 9 Changes in accrual rates shall be made effective at the beginning of the next payroll period following completion of the specified Length of Service Requirement Eligible employees being paid for less than a full eighty (80) hours pay period shall have their vacation accruals pro-rated in accordance with the employee's FTE as set forth in Appendix A.
Accrual and Accumulation. A. Full-time employees shall accrue annual leave at the following rates: First 0-47 Months from date of hire: one (1) contract day per month 48-107 Months from date of hire: one and one quarter (1.25) contract days per month 108- and all subsequent months thereafter: one and one half (1.5) contract days per month
B. Part-time employees shall accumulate annual leave on a pro-rated basis based upon hours worked.
C. Annual leave may be accumulated up to thirty-six (36) days. After thirty-six (36) days of annual leave are accumulated, the employee shall not accrue further annual leave until annual leave is taken to reduce the total below the thirty-six (36) day maximum. The Agency shall provide an employee the opportunity to take annual leave prior to an employee reaching the thirty-six (36) day limit.
D. Employees may cash out any portion of earned annual leave in excess of ten (10) days at the end of the fiscal year provided the request to do so is in writing and submitted at least ten (10) workdays in advance and funding is available. Employees shall be paid for all earned annual leave at the end of their employment.
E. Accrued annual leave is available for use after an employee’s initial ninety (90) calendar days of employment.
Accrual and Accumulation. 10.1.2.1 Employees will accrue sick leave at the rate of .58 of a day per biweekly pay period. An employee paid over twenty-six (26) biweekly pay periods would accrue .58 of a day x 26 pay periods for approximately fifteen (15) days sick leave.
10.1.2.2 Accrual of sick leave is unlimited. However, for purposes of any compensation for unused sick leave program, the maximum number of days which may be purchased is 190.
10.1.2.3 Upon separation, employees with at least ten (10) years of service in Washoe County shall be entitled to payment for accumulated sick leave in accordance with Washoe County School District Regulation 4242.
1. For purposes of this section, years of service shall include years of service in a non-bargaining unit position. Regulation 4242.1 shall not be incorporated into this Agreement by reference and thus shall not be subject to the grievance procedure.
10.1.2.3.1 For purposes of this Article, “separated” shall mean retired, resigned or deceased.

Employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of one (1) day per month, up to twelve (12) days per year, with a maximum accumulation of one-hundred twenty (120) days (960 hours). Any employee retiring after twenty years of service or duty-related disability is entitled to receive payment for 25% of accumulated sick leave. No sick leave days may be accrued in any month in which the employee receives no compensation.
Accrual and Accumulation. For each completed week of service an Employee will accrue Personal/Carer’s Leave on the following basis: 7 and 8 hour shifts 2.0192 hours 105 hours 9 hour shifts 2.0770 hours 108 hours 10 hour shifts 2.1154 hours 110 hours 12 hour shifts 2.0770 hours 108 hours
Accrual and Accumulation. An employee shall accrue sick leave at the rate of twelve (12) hours per month of continuous service and shall have the right to accumulate unused sick leave up to a maximum of one thousand four hundred forty (1440) hours.
Accrual and Accumulation. Effective September 1, 2015:
1. Full-time Employees will accrue sick pay benefits at a rate of 4.0 hours per payroll period (104 hours per year).
2. Nine hundred and sixty (960) hours of sick leave may be accumulated.
3. Part-time Employees will accrue sick pay benefits at a rate of 4.0 hours for each eighty (80) hours worked, not including overtime hours.
4. Sick leave shall not be accrued by emergency or temporary Employees.
