I acknowledge that, in limited cases, Experiential Global Learning may book a mandatory group flight on my behalf for my Program. A. I understand that I can determine if my Program includes round-trip flight by checking the Program’s Budget Sheet. If my Program includes round-trip flight, the Program budget sheet may indicate this expense as a billable item. B. I understand that if my Program includes round-trip flight, Experiential Global Learning may purchase tickets for the entire group participating in the Program. Experiential Global Learning arranges group flights for Programs based on specific factors and needs. C. I verify that, if I am a participant of a Program that provides group flight, I must partake in this mandatory student group flight. 2. In the event that I am unable to participate in the Program’s mandatory student group flight, I understand that I must provide Experiential Global Learning with a written explanation prior to my Commitment to the program that details why I cannot join it. I understand that Experiential Global Learning will review my statement and determine if the reason identifies an extenuating circumstance giving sound justification to release me from the Program’s mandatory student group flight. 3. I understand that, if Experiential Global Learning does not list airfare as a billable expense on my Program’s Budget Sheet, then I am responsible for booking my own flight. Experiential Global Learning may recommend a flight on which I may travel with other Program participants. If I participate in this flight, I may have access to an airport transfer if my Program provides it. If I do not participate in this recommended flight, I realize that I am responsible for my own airport transfer and ground transportation. I acknowledge that I may need to arrange my flight in advance of acquiring my visa or other legal status documents and take responsibility for arranging these tasks in a timely manner.

Flights. We are neither a carrier nor a provider of flight accommodation. Each journey (whether undertaken or not) by land, sea or air is governed by the conditions of the carrier. Some of these conditions limit or exclude liability and are often the subject of international agreements. Copies of applicable conditions are available from the supplier. As all of our challenges are different, airlines used differ with each challenge. In prepared itineraries, transport timings are provided by the carrier concerned and are subject to such matters as weather conditions, maintenance requirements, the ability of passengers to check-in on time, and in the case of flights, to air traffic control restrictions. Accordingly, the times of flights and other forms of transport are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Internal flights are particularly vulnerable to change. We have no control and accept no liability whatsoever for cancellations and delays, which are subject to operational decisions by airlines and/or traffic control authorities. You are responsible for checking-in for flights at the correct time and for presenting yourself to take up all pre-booked components of your challenge. If flight delays mean that any additional transfers are required to enable you to join the group these costs must be met immediately by you and if covered by your travel insurance policy, claimed at a later date. If you wish to organise your own flights to the destination country, you will have to pay the registration fee at the time of booking. Under the SF option, we will invoice you for the balance of your challenge costs less the cost of UK group flights and air taxes. Under the MS and FX options, you will need to raise the same level of minimum sponsorship. We will invoice your charity for the balance of your challenge costs less the cost of the UK group flights and air taxes. It will be for the charity to process any refund to you in form of a revised sponsorship package. Please note that due to strict fundraising guidelines we are unable to process any refunds directly to you. Your charity is under no obligation to refund you and the final decision will rest with them in terms of your fundraising agreement. If you are joining the challenge locally (i.e. the country the challenge takes place in) our responsibility does not commence until the appointed time at the designated meeting point. If you fail to arrive there at the appointed time, we shall not be responsible for any addition...

When this information is provided at the time of booking or subsequently it is subject to change. Any such change will not entitle you to cancel or to transfer to another holiday without paying our normal charges. Flight timings given and on booking are for general guidance and subject to change. Flights. It is extremely important that you provide us with names exactly as per passports as once flights are booked, it is not possible to change even one letter in a name. The Company is not liable if there is any change to a departure/ arrival time previously given to you or shown on your ticket. Please be aware that airlines do sometimes change their schedules after bookings have been taken. Such matters are completely beyond our control. Where a flight schedule change causes a problem with your tour arrangements, we will do our best to find a suitable replacement flight to minimise the disruption to your holiday. You will be notified if this results in any additional cost to you. Please note that a flight described as "direct" will not necessarily be non-stop. All departure/arrival times are provided by the airlines concerned and are estimates only. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operational/maintenance requirements and the requirement for passengers to check in on time. The Company is also unable to make any special arrangements for you if you are delayed; these matters are in the sole discretion of the airline concerned. Your ticket is your document of travel and the information on the ticket is deemed correct unless the Company is advised by you within 72 hours of receipt.
