General Maintenance Requirements. The Airline will maintain and operate the Premises in a neat, orderly, sanitary, and presentable condition, and provide custodial services in accordance with Exhibit D. Should the Port determine that the Airline has failed to maintain the Premises, as required, the Port shall give the Airline seven (7) calendar days written notice of its intent to perform the work. If the Airline has not corrected the problem within that timeframe, or is not in the process of correcting the problem with all due diligence, the Port shall have the right to perform such maintenance and charge the Airline all costs incurred by the Port in performing the maintenance on behalf of the Airline, plus interest at the Delinquency Charge provided in Section 18.18 until the Port is repaid in full.
General Maintenance Requirements. MANAGER shall keep and maintain the Property and all existing improvements of any kind, and/or improvements that may be erected, installed, or made thereon, in good condition and in repair, making such replacements as appropriate or necessary, and as authorized by DISTRICT. Weed abatement, vector control and other services shall be consistently performed pursuant to applicable regulatory agencies’ standards. General Maintenance Requirements. Company shall, subject to the limitations herein, plow, maintain, and repair the Roads at its sole expense year-round, meaning both Winter Maintenance on a consistent basis during the winter months in accordance with Recital C and Section 2 and other provisions of this Agreement, and also meaning summer maintenance activities in accordance with Section 4 and other provisions of this Agreement, in effort to improve safety and reduce vehicle damage, from the intersection of CR361 and US 550 to CR26 and CR 26A, the entirety of CR26A, and the entirety of CR26C.

General Maintenance Requirements. It is agreed that the Contractor shall: a) Properly service, maintain, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on the leased vehicles and equipment. The Contractor is expected to furnish the parts and labor for the vehicles and the cost and labor are to be included in the cost per revenue hour for the fixed route transportation services. The vehicles are required to be kept in a safe mechanical condition according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, industry norms and Xxxxxx Transit Authority’s Required Maintenance Program set forth in Exhibit D, which may be amended by Xxxxxx Transit Authority throughout the term of this Contract. The Contractor is responsible for routine maintenance and repairs of the equipment and said costs are to be included in the cost per revenue hour for the fixed route transportation services. The Contractor will be responsible for all equipment parts, repairs and repairs by a third party that are deemed to be the responsibility of the Contractor due to negligence, misuse, misconduct, improper preventative maintenance, etc. All repairs and maintenance shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Subcontractor must have a full-time mechanic available at all hours of current operation. In addition, a maintenance program approved by Xxxxxx Transit Authority must be in place within one month of the execution of this Contract. Mechanics must be brake-certified. b) Not defer maintenance for reasons of shortage of maintenance staff or operable buses, nor shall service be curtailed for the purpose of performing maintenance without prior written consent of Xxxxxx Transit Authority. Preventative maintenance inspections and running repairs shall receive first priority in the use of the Contractor’s maintenance resources. Contractor shall adjust work schedules of its employees as necessary to meet all scheduled service needs and complete preventative maintenance activities required by Xxxxxx Transit Authority. Contractor shall retain additional personnel or the services of outside firms, if necessary, to meet Xxxxxx Transit Authority’s maintenance requirements. c) Promptly repair or make arrangements for the repair of vehicles damaged due to accidents. Contractor must notify Xxxxxx Transit Authority in writing by electronic means if a vehicle is removed from service for more than 48 hours and provide the following information: Bus number, reason for removal from service, information on the bus which ...
General Maintenance Requirements. Provide maintenance and management support of all property assigned to the contract issued as GFP (TE S). Provide a detailed Maintenance Management Plan that includes GFP to the KO not later than thirty (30) days after contract award. The plan shall include how the Contractor shall manage, perform maintenance (scheduled and unscheduled), dispatch, calibration, repairs, MILSTRIP, and adherence to policies in order to conduct technical inspections IAW AR 750-1, Army Materiel Maintenance Policy, to determine the serviceability, economic reparability, and Estimated Cost of Damages (ECOD) for GFP. 5.10.1. The Contractor shall prepare ECOD reports and Actual Cost of Damage (ACOD) reports IAW AR 750-1. The Contractor shall prepare cost estimates and determination of repair eligibility and level of maintenance. 5.10.2. The Contractor shall use GCSS-ARMY to track and report all GFP actions for repair parts, work orders, purchase orders, scheduled maintenance, technical inspections, Test Measurement Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) calibration status, and maintenance actions in a manner that captures the cost of repairs (labor and parts) monthly, reports equipment requiring maintenance, and a database for generating reports.
General Maintenance Requirements. Company shall, to the extent it deems reasonably necessary for its operations, and subject to the limitations herein including the authorization required by Section 2.e below, conduct Winter Maintenance on a consistent basis during the seasonal winter months in accordance with Recital C and Section 2 and other provisions of this Agreement.
