General Maintenance Requirements. MANAGER shall keep and maintain the Property and all existing improvements of any kind, and/or improvements that may be erected, installed, or made thereon, in good condition and in repair, making such replacements as appropriate or necessary, and as authorized by DISTRICT. Weed abatement, vector control and other services shall be consistently performed pursuant to applicable regulatory agencies’ standards. At a minimum, the Property and all such improvements shall be maintained in accordance with a Golf Course Maintenance Program approved by Director. MANAGER shall take necessary and appropriate action to maintain such a standard of condition and repair, satisfactory to the Director. MANAGER shall promptly notify Director of maintenance, repair and replacements items which are expected to exceed MANAGER’S authorized budget and expense! in order to address such issue pursuant to applicable procedures described herein.

General Maintenance Requirements. The PMSA shall maintain and repair surfaced areas in accordance with the same California Transportation Department (CALTRANS) Standard Specifications as applicable to the City of Monterey. The PMSA shall repair street and other paved areas such as pothole repair. The PMSA shall also repair cracks and seal alligatoring and spalling, as well as perform resurfacing and rehabilitation through an IJO when applicable.
General Maintenance Requirements. All operations will be conducted to provide maximum safety for the public and minimize disruption of the public use of City streets. While performing work of any type, the tree worker should inspect for any obvious hazards related to trees. All hazardous situations should be corrected or promptly reported to the City. Any structural defect or weakened tree shall be reported to the City’s Representative. During operations, the Contractor shall clean sidewalks, roadways, and any other areas littered or soiled by operations. Upon completion of any tree work, the Contractor shall remove remaining excess materials, waste, rubbish, debris, and his/her construction and installation equipment from the premises.
