Lieu of Benefits. Employees, who are not eligible for medical plans, shall receive a 5% supplement based on wages, as per Article 24, in-lieu of medical and benefit coverage.

Lieu of Benefits. Where a part-time employee elects to participate in then the percentage in lieu of benefits shall be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Employer's contribution.
