Pay for Jury Duty. An employee who loses time from work during their regular schedule of hours because of jury duty shall be paid the difference between their pay for jury duty pay and their regular pay. When jury duty occurs outside of work shift, every effort will be made to reassign the officer so that jury duty occurs during work time. Employees are required to immediately notify supervisor upon notice from the court of possible jury duty. If jury duty is completed during any daily work shift, staff is required to return to work unless released from duty by a supervisor.

Pay for Jury Duty. An employee who loses time from work during his/her regular schedule of hours because of jury duty or to testify pursuant to a subpoena shall be paid the difference between the employee's pay for jury duty or witness fee and the employee's regular pay. An employee temporarily excused from attendance at court shall report for work during the excused period if normally scheduled. An employee who does not lose time from assigned schedule of work, but who, nevertheless, has performed jury duty service or testified pursuant to a subpoena within the eight (8) hour period immediately before the beginning of his/her shift, at his/her request, may have an amount of time off work equal to the time the employee was required to spend in court during that eight (8) hour period. In such a case, the employee will be paid for this time off, with fees offset against such pay, in the same manner as if the employee had lost time from work. An employee who is required to report for jury duty service or testify pursuant to a subpoena following completion of a shift which ends after 11:30 p.m., will be excused from work at 11:30 p.m. and paid for such lost time at his/her hourly rate plus shift premium if applicable. Jury duty and witness fees shall be offset against such pay, in the same manner as if the employee had lost time from work while performing the jury duty or witness service. This section shall not be applicable to employees subpoenaed for arbitration hearings.

Pay for Jury Duty. 21.01 The Company shall pay an employee who is required for Jury Duty, for each day of service, the difference between his average straight time hourly rate for the number of hours he normally works on his shift, and the payment which he receives for Jury Duty. The employee must present proof of service and the amount of pay received.
Pay for Jury Duty. The Local Management will pay an employee who is called for jury service or who has been subpoenaed as a witness in a court of law or who has been subpoenaed to appear before a government agency in a matter as to which the Company has no detrimental interest, for each day of such service, his average straight time hourly rate for the number of hours he would have otherwise worked, but not more than eight (8).The employee will present proof of service. Pay for Jury Duty. An employee who is impaneled and serves as a juror on any jury of the State of Indiana or any Federal jury, shall, for time lost from his or her regular shift, be paid the difference between eight (8) times the basic hourly wage rate and the payment received for jury service for those days served on the jury. An employee qualifying under the provisions of this Section must present proof of service and of the amount of pay received for such service. Payment of the difference provided for herein shall not exceed twenty one (21) days in any one (1) calendar year.
Pay for Jury Duty. 19.1 Any employee with seniority who is called to and reports to qualify or serve on Jury Duty (including coroner's juries) or who is subpoenaed to appear as a witness, shall be paid the difference between his regular wages for the number of hours, up to eight (8) that he otherwise would have been scheduled to work -and the money he receives for each day partially or wholly spent in performing the duties of a juror or a witness, if the employee otherwise would have been scheduled to work for the Company. In order to receive payment under this section, an employee must give the Human Resources Department prior notice that he has been summoned or subpoenaed and must furnish satisfactory evidence of the summons or subpoena and the fact that he reported and as a result lost time on the days for which he claims such payment. 19.2 An employee who is subpoenaed to serve as a witness in a Federal or State court of law in the state in which he is working or residing will not be eligible for pay under this article If he: a) is called as a witness against the Company or its interests; or FORMSPRAG LLC AND UAW LOCAL 155-LABOR AGREEMENT EXPIRES 12:01 A.M. JUNE 2, 2008 b) is called as a witness on his own behalf in an action in which he is a party; or c) voluntarily seeks to testify as a witness; or d) is a witness in a case arising from or related to his outside employment or outside business activities. 19.3 An employee assigned to the third shift will not be required to work on the shift immediately preceding the time such employee is to report or if the hours scheduled or the distance to be traveled substantially results in such employee losing the scheduled workday prior to or following the day of duty, such employee will be paid his regular wages for such day. An employee assigned to the first shift, and an employee assigned to the second shift will not be required to work on the day such employee is to report.
Pay for Jury Duty. An employee who serves as a juror or as a Crown Witness on his scheduled working day shall be paid the difference between the pay received for such jury duty and his scheduled hours times the straight time rate he otherwise would have received. To be eligible, an employee must have at least ninety (90) days of continuous service.
