Non-Work Hours. 17:1.5.1 In order that the Pension Plan Trustees may properly adjudicate any pension credits that may be due to an employee during periods of absence from work due to disability, the Employer agrees to provide to the Plan Administrator, on a monthly basis, a report of all hours of work lost by any employee due to disability for which the employee is receiving temporary time loss benefits from WorkSafeBC, Weekly Indemnity (WI), or Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits under a group insurance plan provided pursuant to this Agreement, or Maternity/Parental benefits under the Employment Insurance Act. This report shall be provided no later than the twentieth (20th) day of the month following the month in which the employee suffered loss of hours due to disability or Maternity/Parental Leave. 17:2 TEAMSTERS’ NATIONAL BENEFIT PLAN

The Company shall make contributions of two thousand-five hundred ($2,500) dollars per year, in each year of this Agreement. Non-Work Hours. 1) Voluntary training - Time spent beyond the employee's regular work hours shall not be compensated when the employee attends the training on a voluntary basis.

  • Work Week and Work Day (a) (Applicable to full-time employees only) The normal or standard work week shall be an average of thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours, with a normal or standard work day of seven and one-half (7½) hours except in those Hospitals where agreements already provide a standard or normal work week of less than thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week and seven and one-half (7½) hours per day. (Those Hospitals with the lesser required hours shall reflect in the salary rates a pro-rata lesser amount compared with salaries for other Hospitals based on the ratio that the standard or normal hours of work at the Hospital concerned are to thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours and shall appropriately reflect such hours in this Article). The length of time over which the hours of work per week are to be averaged shall be determined locally and shall be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix.
