Orientation of Employees. The supervisor shall acquaint each employee with the evaluation procedures and evaluation form to be used. No formal evaluations may take place until such orientation has been completed and the employee has been provided a form or his/her signature stating such.
Orientation of Employees. 1. Management shall inform all new employees that the Union is the exclusive representative of employees in the Bargaining Unit and provide a copy of the written designation of Union officials (see Article 5.1c). When the Union supplies Management with a Union packet, Management will provide it to new employees during their first 30 days. All applicable subordinate agreements that apply to the Bargaining Unit may be included in the packets.

c. Links to the Albuquerque Service Center, Human Resource Management Web site, the Master Agreement, the National Federation of Federal Employees-Forest Service Council Web site, and the SF-1187 payroll deduction form.
3. Upon request, Management will give the appropriate level of the Union a list of all employees added to the Bargaining Unit for the period requested.
4. Where practical to do so, supervisors will arrange to introduce new employees to a local Union official.
5. Discussions held with new Bargaining Unit employees where working conditions are discussed may constitute formal meetings (See Article 5.4).
6. The Union will be granted a period of time to speak at group orientation sessions that are held for employees. Such time will normally not exceed 1 hour, although additional amounts may be negotiated at the appropriate level. The Union will receive a reasonable notice at least 7 days prior to local sessions and at least 30 days prior to regional or national sessions.
7. Further details of Union participation in the orientation process may be negotiated at the appropriate level.
Orientation of Employees. 1. All new employees shall be informed by Management that the Union is the exclusive representative of bargaining unit employees assigned to the Centers. When the Union supplies Management a packet of Union representational information, it will be provided to bargaining unit employees in the new employee orientation package.
2. Representatives of the Union will be invited to speak at orientation sessions which are held for bargaining unit employees. The local parties may negotiate the amount of time needed, normally presentation time will not exceed one (1) hour. Union representatives must request official time in accordance with Article 5 procedures. The Union will receive a reasonable notice of at least seven (7) days prior to the sessions(s).
3. Upon request, but not more frequently than monthly, the local Union will be given a list of all employees added to the bargaining unit for the period requested.
4. Union representatives may remain in attendance during all of the orientation session(s) while conditions of employment are discussed in accordance with official time request and approval per Article 5.
Orientation of Employees. A. At the annual meeting of all employees prior to the opening of school for students, the Co- Presidents of the Association or designee(s) shall have time to address the employees. The time allowed shall be on a prorated basis, one (1) hour if the annual meeting is a full day, one-half (1/2) hour if the annual meeting is a half day.
B. Employees new to the District shall be provided an orientation by their principal before classes begin. The Association Co-Presidents or designee shall be allowed up to one (1) hour during the meeting to provide orientation information.
C. Employees new to the District, who did not attend the orientation in B above, shall be provided up to thirty (30) minutes, during paid time, to meet with an Association Co-President or designee. The parties agree to attempt to schedule this meeting during the employee’s first week of employment but no later than the first ninety (90) days of employment.
