Regular Part-Time Employee Benefits. Regular part-time employees covered by this Agreement shall earn and be granted sick leave and vacations at one-half (1/2) the rate of full-time employees. The Employer will pay the premium for single coverage under the Employer's hospitalization insurance program subject to Section 14.1 and will also provide Five Thousand and No/100 ($5,000.00) Dollars term life insurance with accidental death and dismemberment. Regular part-time employees shall not be entitled to longevity. Regular part-time employees shall receive holiday pay only if they work on a holiday recognized by this Agreement. Regular part-time employees are not entitled to any other fringe benefits.

Regular Part-Time Employee Benefits. Regular part-time employees shall accrue and be allowed vacation and sick leave with pay on a pro-rated schedule based on their hours worked using the hourly equivalent accrual rate for full-time employees, holiday pay only if the holiday occurs during their normally scheduled hours, and premiums for the employee only paid by the City for health related insurance.

Regular Part-Time Employee Benefits. Other articles of this Agreement notwithstanding, regular part-time employees shall be eligible for the following benefit entitlements: eligibility for benefits shall commence after completion of their probationary premium contributions for group life insurance, medical, extended health benefits, and dental plans shall be the same as those required for regular -time employees; The level of statutory holiday, vacation and sick leave benefits shall be prorated on the basis of hours actually worked.
