Dues and Service Fees. A. The Employer agrees to deduct from the wages of bargaining unit employees, all Union membership dues, initiation fees, and assessments uniformly required, if any, as provided in a written authorization in accordance with the standard form used by the Union, provided that the said form shall be executed by the employee.

Dues and Service Fees. All administrators employed by the Wilton Board of Education shall have the opportunity to join WASA or pay a service fee to WASA, or do neither. Any administrator who elects to pay a service fee shall pay a service fee equal to the proportion of WASA dues paid by members to underwrite the costs of collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance adjustment.
Dues and Service Fees. Each bargaining unit member shall, as a condition of employment, (1) on or before thirty (30) days from the date of commencement of duties or the effective date of this Agreement, whichever is later, join the union, or (2) pay a service fee to the Association, pursuant to the Association’s ―Policy Regarding Objections to Political-Ideological Expenditures‖ and the administrative procedures adopted pursuant to that policy. Payroll deductions made pursuant to this provision shall be made in bi-weekly equal amounts, as nearly as may be, from the paychecks of each bargaining unit member. Monies so deducted shall be remitted to the Association or its designee, no later that thirty (30) days following deduction.
