During. Tenant's operating hours" as hereinafter defined, central heating and air conditioning during the seasons of the year when these services are normally and usually furnished, and within the temperature ranges and in such amounts normally or usually furnished in comparable office buildings in the immediate vicinity. For the purposes of this paragraph b, the term "Tenant's operating hours" shall mean the periods from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. daily. The legal holidays observed by Landlord are New Year's Day, Memorial Day observed, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Landlord shall provide the aforesaid services at other times, at Tenant's expense, provided Tenant gives Landlord notice by 1:00 p.m. on weekdays for after-hour service on the next weekday, by 1:00 p.m. the day before a holiday for service on a holiday, and by 1:00 p.m. on Friday for after-hour service on Saturday or service on Sunday. Such after-hour, holiday or special weekend service shall be charged to Tenant at rates to be calculated by Landlord based on Landlord's costs, which rates shall be given to 13 Tenant on request. Failing this, the employee will be laid off. II On emergency breakdown which can include unplanned events from machine breakdown to material shortage, the employee whose job is down will fill a vacancy or be provided with alternate work in any area. Failing this, the junior not the area will be reduced prior to bumping. In cases where a line is shut down to accommodate another production area, the employees not from the area will be reduced out prior to bumping. When a reduction takes place part time employees are reduced and the position is filled like a normal vacancy.

The participant will permanently maintain contact with the co-ordinators appointed to monitor the activities, both from the course organizer and the sending school. They will alert the Receiving Organisation in the event of any problems. The participants will be encouraged to come up with a Personal Development Action Plan, and select activities which they would like to try out and develop in their own classes.
