Building a Talent Strong Texas expands on the successes of these previous plans by widening the lens for higher education. Building a Talent Strong Texas focuses on three measurable, data-driven goals: • Parent Nights and Student Presentations focused on higher education opportunities after high school graduation • Website updates to reflect policies, rules, and opportunities • Counselor contacts throughout the year for all service area ISDs, homeschools, and private schools • Dual Credit Coordinator contacts with ISD administrators • Partnering with ISD's to create academic and workforce dual credit courses that align with high school endorsements and degrees, certificates and credentials of value that can be earned after high school graduation. • Student advising to decrease the excess hours to degree completion Xxxxxxx College provides representatives to assist ISD's with dual credit as needed. 2.2 This Agreement also provides a mechanism for the Parties to collaborate to address conservation challenges and technical, governance or administrative issues with respect to Boreal Caribou recovery and protection, including with the Government of Alberta and organizations and persons that have a direct interest in the recovery and protection of Boreal Caribou but that are not Parties to this agreement.

Goals and Purpose. 2.1 The goal of this Agreement is to provide a framework for the collaboration and partnership of the Parties, and to set out and confirm the actions that the Parties have agreed to take in order to support the achievement of a self-sustaining population in the Cold Lake Boreal Caribou Range, consistent with the population and distribution objectives in the Recovery Strategy, that will support traditional Indigenous harvesting activities, consistent with existing Indigenous Rights (hereinafter referred to as the “Shared Recovery Objective”).
2.2 The purposes of this Agreement are to:
(a) Set out Conservation Measures that will be taken by the Parties within the lifespan of this Agreement, to support achievement of the Shared Recovery Objective; and
(b) Provide a mechanism for the Parties to collaborate to address key knowledge gaps and technical, governance or administrative issues with respect to Boreal Caribou recovery and protection, including with organizations and persons that have a direct interest in the recovery and protection of Boreal Caribou within the CLAWR but that are not Parties to this agreement.
Goals and Purpose. 2.1. The overarching goal of this Agreement is to achieve and maintain, in a manner consistent with the population and distribution objectives in the Recovery Strategy, self- sustaining populations of woodland caribou in Saskatchewan, by maintaining at the landscape scale the ecosystems they require, and by implementing conservation measures to achieve protection of woodland caribou and their habitat.
2.2. The purposes of this Agreement are to:
2.2.1. Set out conservation measures that will be taken by the Parties to support recovery of woodland caribou in Saskatchewan. These measures include landscape level planning, habitat management, mortality and population management, and population monitoring;
2.2.2. Provide for collaboration and partnership with First Nations and Xxxxx that have a direct interest in the recovery of woodland caribou;
2.2.3. Provide for collaboration and partnership with organizations and persons (e.g. industrial, recreational, municipal, non-governmental organizations and stakeholders) that have a direct interest in the recovery of woodland caribou;
2.2.4. Facilitate the integration of new information into updated recovery and planning documents; and
2.2.5. Coordinate engagement, education and communications; range planning; recovery planning; science and research; information sharing; monitoring and reporting efforts between Parties.

Goals and Purpose. 1.1 A primary goal of this Agreement is to offer a bi-national graduate education experience to students who wish to take advantage of education and research opportunities at both NCHU and USU. A second goal is to enhance scientific and technical collaboration between faculty and students at NCHU and USU, and thus between the two countries.
