Other Required Training. Other Battelle sponsored training identified as required for performance of the contract work will be provided to the Contractor at no cost for the trainer and/or course fees. Documentation evidencing that training on the topics has been completed must be maintained in the personnel file of the staff member at all times. PASSE HCBS provider owned/leased/rented residential settings must be fully accessible by the beneficiary, compatible with the services being provided to the beneficiary, and compatible with the needs of each beneficiary and their staff, as provided in the beneficiary’s PCSP. Each PASSE HCBS provider owned/leased/rented residential facility must be in compliance with U.S.C. § 12101 et. seq. “American with Disabilities Act of 1990,” and 29 U.S.C. §§ 706 (8), 794 – 794(b) “Disability Rights of 1964.” The PASSE HCBS provider must ensure that each PASSE HCBS provider owned/leased/rented residential settings provide a safe and comfortable environment tailored towards the needs of the beneficiary, as provided for in their PCSP. This shall include, but not be limited to: 1. All PASSE HCBS provider owned/leased/rented residential settings must meet all local and state building codes, regulations and laws. 2. The temperature must be maintained within a normal comfort range for the climate. 3. The interior and exterior of the residential setting must be maintained in a sanitary and repaired condition.
Other Required Training and Meetings The following trainings or meetings are required for all Subrecipients when provided by DOH or WA SNAP-Ed for the staff listed. Unless more staff attendance is required, minimum of one (1) staff person required to attend to satisfy requirements. Multiple staff may attend if costs for attendance are covered in Subrecipient’s annual budget. • Fiscal training – fiscal agent or project coordinator, whoever is most responsible for creating and monitoring budget, procurements, invoices, budget decisions, or budget amendments for the SNAP-Ed program. • Food handler training – all staff who will handle, prepare, cook, assemble, and/or serve food or drink to participants or the public. • Training on data collection and reporting – project coordinator or any staff person responsible for collecting, reporting, or entering SNAP-Ed related data. • Regional meeting(s), when provided – project coordinator or any qualified designated staff person. • Annual State SNAP-Ed forum, when provided - project coordinator or any qualified designated staff person. • SNAP-Ed Curriculum training (either in person or online) (only required for On-time completion of all required trainings by required SNAP-Ed staff. Attendance of required or appropriate staff person(s) at all required meetings. Demonstration of satisfactory understanding of the information and concepts included in required trainings. SNAP-Ed Curriculum: On-time completion of required training for specific curriculum to be used in direct education strategy by project coordinator or qualified designated staff person responsible for delivering SNAP-Ed curricula to SNAP-Ed eligible audience. Food handler training: Completion of a Washington State authorized food handler or food worker training by all staff who will handle and serve food to the public. Coordinator meetings: Attendance of project coordinator or qualified, designated staff person to at least 50% of all coordinator meetings provided. Regional meetings: Attendance of project coordinator or qualified, designated staff person to at least 50% of all regional meetings provided. State Forum: Attendance of project coordinator or qualified, designated staff person to all state forums provided. SNAP-Ed Systems Approaches for Healthy Communities: Demonstrate satisfactory understanding of the information and concepts included in the training.   • Required Training For training that is required by the Agency, manager or supervisor, the Agency shall reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of all related necessary and legitimate expenses, including but not limited to tuition, books, travel expenses, travel time, and attendance time. When practical, the Agency will attempt to adjust the employee’s hours if the approved training activity is scheduled during the employee’s normal work hours.

  • SPECIALIZED SERVICE REQUIREMENTS In the event that the Participating Entity requires service or specialized performance requirements not addressed in this Contract (such as e- commerce specifications, specialized delivery requirements, or other specifications and requirements), the Participating Entity and the Supplier may enter into a separate, standalone agreement, apart from this Contract.   • Funding for Training (a) In furtherance of the objectives of clause 33 hereof, and as a further initiative to enhance the employment and career opportunities of the Employees, the Parties to this Agreement will continue to facilitate on- going training to improve OHS in the industry and to improve Employees’ work skills so as to advance progression to higher industry skill levels.   • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16.   • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff. 3.3.5.2 The CONTRACTOR shall provide an initial orientation and training as well as ongoing training, including training targeted to different types of staff, to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Including targeted training regarding: 3.3.5.2.1 Care Coordination; 3.3.5.2.2 Nursing Facility Level of Care Determinations; 3.3.5.2.3 Setting of Care Submissions; 3.3.5.2.4 Community Benefit Services and Supplemental Questionnaire; and

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.

  • Additional Training Should the introduction of new methods of operation create a need for the perfection or acquisition of skills requiring a training period longer than one (1) year, the additional training time shall be a subject for discussion between the Board and the Union.
