TNTP proposes supporting SFUSD in conducting a comprehensive K-5 English Language Arts curriculum audit to determine whether students in these grades across the system have access to grade-appropriate assignments and strong instruction and providing recommendations for their curriculum policies. TNTP has supported multiple districts in auditing their curriculum to support answering these questions. If TNTP or SFUSD determines that providing the Services on-site is not possible or practical based on CDC guidance, state and local regulations and guidance, or the internal policies of TNTP or SFUSD, TNTP and SFUSD will mutually agree on how the Services will be provided remotely. If the parties agree that the Services will be provided on-site, school, district and TNTP staff will be instructed to follow all healthy and safety procedures, including the use of the requisite Personal Protective Equipment prior to commencing on-site work. TNTP reserves the right to discontinue on- site work at any time if TNTP determines that cessation of on-site work is necessary to protect the health and safety of its personnel.
