BARGAINING UNIT OR SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all employees referred to in the preamble paragraph hereof, and particularly for those set out in the schedule of occupational classifications and wage rates included herein on Schedule "A". 2.02 The parties agree that no private agreement will be made with any employee by either party to the Agreement which would in any way conflict with provisions of this Collective Agreement. 2.03 The Employer will supply each xxxxxxx, each committee member, the Union office and the Union bulletin board with a list of all supervisory personnel who may be involved in the administration of this Agreement. These lists will be by department and revised every six (6) months, or as necessary. 2.04 The Union will supply the names and titles of all Stewards and members of Union Committees and the Employer will post a copy of such lists on the Union bulletin board. These lists will be revised every six (6) months or as necessary.

  • SINGLE BARGAINING UNIT The parties to this Agreement, along with all those employees whose employment is governed by this Agreement, constitute a single bargaining unit for the purposes of negotiating and implementing the terms of this Agreement. The form and operation of this single bargaining unit will be subject to this Agreement.

  • Definition of Bargaining Unit The bargaining unit of employees represented by the Association shall include all full time and part time regular classroom teachers, guidance counselors, nurses, librarians, speech therapists, and regularly employed specialists such as art, music, and physical education teachers.

  • Bargaining Units The bargaining units shall consist of: (A) All full-time, sworn police officers below the rank of Sergeant who are employed by the City of Columbus, Ohio, Division of Police. (B) All full-time, sworn police officers holding the rank of Sergeant or above who are employed by the City of Columbus, Ohio, Division of Police, but excluding the Chief and Deputy Chiefs.
