The Contractor shall submit a Maintenance Schedule provided to the City scheduling the Maintenance Operations, including but not limited to the tasks identified in the below chart. The suggested regularity with which these tasks are to be scheduled are as recommended below or as needed per the direction of the City Representative, whichever achieves the desired service level. CONTRACTOR’S WORK SCHEDULES. Contractor, promptly after entering into this Agreement, shall prepare and submit for the Developer’s information a Contractor’s Work Plan. The Work Plan shall not exceed time limits required by the time schedule provided by Developer, shall identify all proposed personnel on site for Developer pre-approval (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), shall be coordinated with other work of Developer or other contractors for the Project, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work. Contractor shall schedule the Work to coincide with Owner’s schedule and shall have all materials, equipment and necessary work crews on the job in order to perform the Work on schedule. Contractor agrees to have adequate personnel on the job site every scheduled work day, so as not to delay the Project or other work of Owner. Contractor shall take all necessary actions required to remedy any delay due to the fault of Contractor or anyone working under Contractor, including, without limitation, providing additional forces to perform the Work, or working overtime at Contractor’s sole cost and expense.

The Contractor shall notify the City in writing at least five (5) working days prior to the date and time of all “Specialty” type of maintenance operations. CONTRACTOR’S WORK SCHEDULES. (a) Contractor shall provide a work schedule to Broward Health at the time of the execution of this Agreement (the “Work Schedule”). The Work Schedule to be provided shall (a) reflect the date of commencement of the Work and the Completion Date; (b) indicate the proposed starting and completion dates for the various items, components, and subdivisions of the Work; (c) indicate the totality of the Work set forth in the Work Schedule; (d) indicate early and late start dates for the various Work activities and items; (e) disclose the relationship in number of days and types of linkage between all linked activities; (f) identify, coordinate, and integrate design schedules that are required to perform the Work, Broward Health’s responsibilities, including any Broward Health direct purchases, the dates for all appropriate and necessary approvals of governmental authorities, the early access dates for certain phases of the Work by Broward Health, and other activities necessary for the timely completion of the Work; and (g) depict all critical off-site Work and activities, including procurements and fabrication and delivery of materials as individual activities with the relationships of such critical off-site Work and activities to the commencement of on-site Work and activities. (b) Contractor shall update the Work Schedule each month and deliver it to Broward Health before the end of each month in electronic PDF format. Each monthly update to the Work Schedule shall contain a comparison of the actual progress of the Work with the planned progress of the Work as stated in the original Work Schedule. If any Work Schedule update indicates that Contractor may achieve Completion of the Work after the Completion Date (as the same may be extended as provided in this Agreement), then Contractor shall prepare and deliver to Broward Health, along with such monthly Work Schedule update, the following: (i) a written narrative describing the means and methods that Contractor shall employ to expedite the progress of the Work to mitigate the delay and achieve Completion by the Completion Date; and (ii) a written time impact analysis illustrating the impact of the events, facts, or circumstances that caused the delay to the Work. The time impact analysis shall include a fragmentary network analysis demonstrating how Contractor proposes to incorporate the delay into the Work Schedule and mitigate or reduce the delay to the Work.   • Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the work schedules meet federal and state laws.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Flexible Work Schedules An employee may request a modification of their current work schedule to another schedule. The Employer, or its designees, may approve or deny flexible work schedules and retain the responsibility for determining exemptions from, or terminations of, flexible work schedules which adversely affect the operation of the Minnesota Judicial Branch or the level of service to the public.

  • Alternative Work Schedules Employees may request alternative work schedules such as a nine (9) day - 80 hour two week schedule or a four (4) day - 40 hour week schedule. Management will respond to an employee's request within 15 calendar days. Any changes from existing work schedules will be based on the needs of the service as determined by Management. Employees covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act will not be placed on alternate work schedules that mandate the payment of overtime under the Act.

  • Alternate Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established for overtime-eligible employees by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the alternate work schedules meet federal and state law. When there is a holiday, employees may be required to switch from their alternate work schedules to regular work schedules.

  • Project Work Plan The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • THE WORK The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor necessary to produce such construction, and all materials and equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in such construction.

  • Contract Documents This Contract consists of these Terms and Conditions and the documents ("Exhibits") listed below in descending order of precedence. A conflict in these documents shall be resolved in the priority listed below with these Terms and Conditions taking precedence over all other documents.
