CURRENT ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The CJSCPP XxXX Project has a number of parallel workstreams, providing the interim hosting and support services and also a range of inter-organisational agreement and plans for the eventual transition to the strategic environment. The requirement within this RFP is for just the interim hosting and support services. The customer for this requirement is the CJSCP Programme, which will provide: • Overall project management; • Overall service architectural direction, via the Programme’s service architect; • A basic operational capability, built by a small interim team of Technical Architects and DevOps specialists; • A limited range of processes and procedures, developed by an interim Technical Author. The successful bidder will need to provide the various new roles and services set out in this specification, which may include replacement of some of the existing interim services currently in place as those procurements come to an end. An initial set of resources are required, as proposed by the supplier. The first set of deliverables will be set out in the SoW attached as Schedule 7.
