Military Pay Differential. It is the policy of the Employer to recognize employee obligations to perform temporary or short-term military duty such as summer training for reservists. To the extent practicable and consistent with an orderly prosecution of the work, employees will be granted absences from work to fulfill such military obligations and will receive allowance as provided herein below.

Military Pay Differential. An employee attending annual encampments of or training duty in the armed forces, State or National Guard or U.S. Reserves shall be granted a military pay differential, computed as set forth below, for a period of up to 20 working days of such military service, during each calendar year. The employee shall be granted service credits for such 20 working day period or portion thereof during which he/she is absent. Such military pay differential shall be the amount by which the employee's normal straight-time wages or salary, calculated on the basis of a workweek up to a maximum of 40 hours, which the employee has lost by virtue of such absence, exceeds any pay received for such absence from the Federal or State government, recalculated to exclude the Government pay applicable to Saturdays and Sundays. Such items as subsistence rental and travel allowance shall not be included in determining pay received from the Government. An employee who does not exhaust the 20 working day (160 hours) period during the calendar year for his/her annual encampment or training duty and who is required during the same calendar year to attend a weekend period of training shall be granted a military pay differential provided that the 20 working day (160 hours) period of military service in the same calendar year is not exceeded. Such military pay differential shall be the amount by which the employee's normal straight-time pay, calculated on the basis of a non-premium workday, up to a maximum of eight (8) hours (9 hours if scheduled for a 9 hour day), exceeds any pay received for such day or days of absence from the Federal or State government, recalculated to exclude the Government pay applicable to Saturdays and Sundays. An employee who is called out by the National Guard or the U.S. Reserves to perform temporary emergency duty (other than duty under an order by the President or Congress activating members or units of the Reserves or National Guard) due to a fire, flood or domestic civil disturbance, or other such disaster will be paid a military pay differential calculated as described above, for the pay lost by reason of such emergency duty, for a period not to exceed four weeks in any calendar year, and shall be granted service credits for such absence up to four weeks. Military Pay Differential. A. The Company strongly supports those bargaining unit members who are veterans or serving in the active reserves of our armed forces. The company complies fully with USERRA and Massachusetts rights for military personnel. No veteran will be adversely affected in their employment rights as a result of their military service. B. Military pay differential shall be granted to employees having fifty-two (52) or more weeks of continuous service who enter the Armed Forces for active military duty. This differential applies only to employees who have been activated by their reserve or guard unit while actively at work (or who are receiving pay while absent) and who enter service within thirty (30) days.   • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration. This shift differential shall not apply to those employees who have requested and have been granted flexible work scheduling.

  • Night Differential An employee shall be paid a night differential, bi-weekly for hours worked between midnight and 7:00 a.m. at a rate of $3.00 per hour. Seller may remit to Buyer funds in an amount up to the outstanding Purchase Price of the Purchased Mortgage Loans, to be held as unsegregated cash margin and collateral for all Obligations under this Agreement (such amount, to the extent not applied to Obligations under this Agreement, the “Buydown Amount”). The Buydown Amount shall be used by Buyer in order to calculate the aggregate Price Differential, which will accrue on the aggregate Purchase Price then outstanding minus the Buydown Amount, applied to Transactions involving the lowest Pricing Rate. The Seller shall be entitled to request a drawdown of the Buydown Amount or remit additional funds to be added to the Buydown Amount no more than one time per week. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event that a Margin Call or other Default exists, the Buyer shall be entitled to use any or all of the Buydown Amount to cure such circumstance or otherwise exercise remedies available to the Buyer without prior notice to, or consent from, the Seller. Within two (2) Business Days’ receipt of written request from Seller, and provided no Margin Call or other Default exists, Buyer shall remit any portion of such Buydown Amount back to Seller.

Classifications C4115, C4116, C4207, C4209, C4211, C4213, C4215, C4221, C4223, C4225: Prevailing basic rates in specific geographical areas for employment of limited duration less than one hundred twenty (120) days will be approved.
