HOURS OF WORK & HOLIDAYS. 6.01 The regular workweek shall consist of 35 hours and shall be worked as follows: 7 hours daily, Monday through Friday, starting at 9:00 a.m. and quitting at 4:30 p.m. The employer may initiate hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for individual employees. Employer will canvas on a volunteer basis, based on seniority.

Service Provider may not collect waste or recyclables between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. in or adjacent to a residential neighborhood. Service Provider will maintain reasonable and consistent office hours along with an all-hours emergency contact. New Year’s Day, Christmas Day, and Thanksgiving Day are considered holidays under this Agreement. If any of Service Provider’s regularly scheduled service days fall on a holiday, Service Provider will provide collection service on the next regular work day.
HOURS OF WORK & HOLIDAYS. 4.1 Due to the nature of the employment there are no set hours of employment and the Player will make himself available to play and/or train on any day of the week, including Sundays and Bank Holidays, as required and notified to the Player in advance, subject to the Player’s obligation to take at least one day’s complete rest per week, such rest day to be directed by the Club, or the Loan Club as applicable.
