PAY AND WORKING CONDITIONS. If there is a general collective wage agreement or nationwide collective wage agreement for the relevant industry, the subsequent sections will apply. In respect of areas covered by the Regulations relating to Generalised Collective Wage Agreements, the Supplier shall ensure that its own and any subcontractors' employees who contribute directly to the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under the Agreement do not receive pay or have working conditions that are inferior to those stipulated in the Regulations relating to Generalised Collective Wage Agreements. In areas not covered by generalised collective wage agreements, the Supplier shall ensure that the same employees do not receive pay or have working conditions that are inferior to those stipulated in any applicable nationwide collective wage agreements relating to the relevant trade. This applies to work performed in Norway. All agreements that are entered into by the Supplier and that involve the performance of work that contributes directly to the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under the Agreement shall include corresponding terms and conditions. If the Supplier fails to comply with this obligation, the Customer will be entitled to withhold part of the contract price corresponding to approximately two times (twice) the saving made by the Supplier, until it has been documented that the issue has been remedied. Fulfilment of the Supplier's obligations as mentioned above shall be documented in Appendix 5 by means of either a self-declaration or a third-party declaration showing conformity between the relevant collective wage agreement and the actual pay and working conditions relating to compliance with the Supplier's and any subcontractors' obligations. The Supplier shall, at the request of the Customer, disclose documentation relating to the pay and working conditions which are applied. Each of the Customer and the Consultant may request that the information be submitted to an independent third party appointed by the Customer to examine whether the requirements of this provision have been complied with. The Supplier may require the third party to sign a declaration that the information will not be used for any purpose other than to ensure fulfilment of the Supplier's obligations pursuant to this provision. The documentation obligation also applies to subcontractors. Further details of the implementation of this clause may be agreed in Appendix 5.
PAY AND WORKING CONDITIONS. 15.01 In the event an employee is injured while at work and unable to continue work, his pay shall continue for the remainder of his regularly scheduled hours of work for that day.

The Company shall provideeachemployee coveredbythisAgreement, with a separateand detachable or printed itemized statement in respect of all wage payment made to such employee. Such statement shall set forth the dated pay period, the total hours worked or paidfor, the total milesdriven, the total overtimeworked at the applicablewage rate and all deductions made from the gross amount of wages. If an error occurs in the payroll computation of an employee's paycheque and the amount isequal to one (1) days pay or more, he shall beentitled, on request, to receive same within two (2) working days from the time he notifies the Company of said error. If an employee improperly completes his time card or pay claim, or does not turn them in immediately on completion of his trip or tour, any pay so affected will be included with the next regular pay period. Upon discharge, the Company shall pay as soon as possible, all money due to the employee. Upon quitting, the Company shall pay all money due to the employee, on or before the payday in the following such quitting. When an employee a personal injury, while on duty, which preventshimfrom completing his shift, he will be paid only the hours actually worked, except that if the injury is of a nature requiring hospitalization or immediate care by a medical physician, the employee will be for the full shift on that day. No employee shall be asked to make a written or verbal agreement with Company covering hours of work, wages or conditions during the term of this Agreement. Full-time employees shall be notified before quitting time if they will not be required to work their next regular work day. There shall be no "split shifts", and the hourly paid Full-time Employee's work week must be designatedto him on the last day of the precedingweek. This clause does not apply to over-the-road drivers.

Present Working Conditions It is agreed that present Company practices and conditions of employment not mentioned in this Agreement, and not contrary to any terms of this Agreement, will continue in force and effect during the term of this Agreement.

Duties will include reporting to Dispatch at the designated reporting time, pre/post trip of unit, pick-up and/or drop off of passengers either in Fort XxXxxxxx, designated terminal/equipment base, client site or camp. All runs that do not have a return attached to the Bid Work Trip will be considered complete at drop off, and the Driver is then available for extra work. All pay and trip disputes will be returned to the employee with an explanation within three (3) days of the date filed, excluding weekends and holidays.
