SICK LEAVE, PENSION AND GROUP MEDICAL AND HOSPITALIZATION PLANS. FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES‌ Part Time employees, upon completion of their probationary period, shall be paid bi-weekly, twelve percent (12%) of their earnings, exclusive of vacation pay, in lieu of any other sick leave, pension, group medical and hospitalization, life insurance and any other benefit. SICK LEAVE, PENSION AND GROUP MEDICAL AND HOSPITALIZATION PLANS. 24.1 Employees covered by this Agreement other than students hired exclusively for the summer period (May - September) shall be paid bi-weekly, 12% of their earnings, exclusive of vacation pay, in lieu of any other sick leave, pension, group medical and hospitalization, life insurance and any other benefit.

  • HEALTH & WELFARE BENEFITS Executive shall be eligible to participate in all health and welfare benefits provided generally to other employees of the Company.

  • HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS (Article 17 applies to full-time nurses only)

  • Dental specific medications for dental purposes, including fluoride medications (except for children less than five years of age with a non-fluorinated water supply);

  • Health Plans The health plans offered and benefits provided by those plans shall be those approved by the City's JLMBC and administered by the Personnel Department in accordance with LAAC Section 4.

  • Sick Leave Benefit Plan The Sick Leave Benefit Plan will provide sick leave days and short term disability days for reasons of personal illness, personal injury, including personal medical appointments and personal dental appointments.

  • HEALTH CARE PLANS ‌ Notwithstanding the references to the Pacific Blue Cross Plans in this article, the parties agree that Employers, who are not currently providing benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans may continue to provide the benefits through another carrier providing that the overall level of benefits is comparable to the level of benefits under the Pacific Blue Cross Plans.

  • Defined Benefit Pension Plan 1. The Employer and the Union hereby agree to the continuation of the existing Northern California Glaziers, Architectural Metal and Glass Workers Pension Trust Agreement ("Defined Benefit Pension Trust").

  • Group Health Benefit Plans, Carrier and Premiums 7.1.1. When enrolment and other requirements for group participation in various plans have been met, the Employer will sponsor such plans to the portion agreed upon and such sponsorship shall not exceed that which is authorized or accepted by the benefit agency.
