Work Year and Holidays. 4.41 For 2014-15, the work year for regular full time unit members shall be 184 days total; with 180 days of instruction, 3 staff development days and 1 teacher work day. The 2014-15 calendar conditionally approved by the School Board on February 12, 2014 shall be included as a contract Appendix.
