Central Team. 11.1 The Joint Committee shall establish a Central Team to be managed by the PARTNERIAETH Lead Officer to be responsible for the day to day management of matters relating to the operation of the PARTNERIAETH and the Joint Committee. The Central Team shall provide monitoring reports as requested from time to time by the Joint Committee and the Strategic Group and all other duties as set out in Schedule 11. 11.2 The Central Team shall be employed by the Lead Council having responsibility for the Function in accordance with clause 10.
