SECTION GENERAL. 1. The title sheet of both the plans and the specifications shall show the Regional Flood Control District of Xxxxx County as the funding agency.

This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by a writing signed by the Debtor and the Secured Party (subject to the provisions of Section 9.7 of the Loan Agreement), nor may the Debtor assign any of its rights hereunder. SECTION GENERAL. The company may or may not at its discretion, grant a leave of absence without pay to any employee requesting same. Seniority will con- tinue to accrue during such authorized leave. During an approved leave of absence for occupational or disability the company will pay all premium costs of the Ontario Health Insurance Plan and the Group Benefits Program for employees who are members of these plans, commencing with the first premium due after the 30th calendar day of such approved leave of absence.
SECTION GENERAL. (a) It shall be the responsibilities of the Trustees of the Plan to provide all necessary enrollment and administrative forms to the Company. It shall be the responsibility of the Company to provide the employee the necessary forms to enroll and make claim under the Plan. SECTION GENERAL. During the term of this agreement, the Company Serv- ice Credit for an employee for the purpose of determining eligi- bility for Benefits under Section and of computing the amount of such Benefits shall be determined in accordance with the Company Service Credit Rules set forth in Appendix
SECTION GENERAL. The following paid holidays shall be granted with pay to all regular employees covered by this Agreement. New Year's Day Good Friday Victoria Day Dominion Day Civic Holiday Labour Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Boxing Day One (1) additional holiday will be added to the above nine (9) paid holidays. The day shall be determined by mutual arrangement in the month of November to be either the normal working day preceding Christmas Day or the normal working day following Boxing Day. Section Three (3) floating holidays will be added to the above paid holidays and observance will be mutually agreed by the Company and employees. Employees hired after ratification date will be entitled to floating holidays based on the number of calendar quarters worked. In the event a Government establishes a new which the Company decides to observe, a floating will be replaced by the new A maximum of three (3) people per shift will be allowed a floating holiday on any work day except during July, August and September when it will only be allowed by mutual consent.

On request from the local lodge, the Company may grant leave of absence without pay to officials of the local lodge or their delegates for the transaction of Union business and attending trade union conventions. The number of approved leaves of absence, also the number of days granted, to be mutually agreed upon. On request from the local lodge, the Company will grant leave of absence without pay to an employee for the duration of his/her full-time employment by the local lodge of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers providing that the number of employees who at any one time shall be granted such leaves, shall be mutually agreed upon. Seniority shall continue to accrue during such leave of absence and such employee be rehired providing work for which he/she is qualified shall be available.
SECTION GENERAL. Should an Pilot on the seniority list as of the date of ratification suffer a reduction of Base, Status or pay, shall upon request provide the Association, in writing with the precise along with all supporting information and data, to explain such reduction as well as any other information relevant to the question of whether there has been a violation of this provision, provided that confidential or proprietary information shall only be provided to Association representatives subject to a confidentiality agreement. If, after receipt of these and information, a grievance arises concerning the basis for such reduction, shall have the burden to establish that such reduction is not the result of the entry into or operation of a contract provided for in this provision. For the term of this Agreement, the Company shall ensure that a minimum of one hundred (100) Block hours are flown at Air Canada Regional Inc. for every twenty- one (21) Block hours flown by Tier carriers that carry the Code. Upon request, the Company will provide the Association with route structure information, and when possible will meet the Association for the purpose of discussing any conditions which may be relative to the realignment of the company route structure.
SECTION GENERAL. Under extenuating circumstances and with mutual agreement with the Association, the Company reserves the right to revoke any flight duty releases for Association business.
