SPECIAL CLOTHING ALLOWANCE. Where the Employer requires an employee to wear special clothing, the Employer shall provide such special clothing and an allowance of five cents per hour worked and employees shall have the responsibility of cleaning their special clothing and maintaining special clothing in a good state of repair.

SPECIAL CLOTHING ALLOWANCE. Where the Employer requires an employee to wear special clothing, the Employer shall provide such special clothing and the Employer will maintain and launder such items as set out below. These will be replaced as needed, but not more than once a year. The Employer shall provide all employees work uniform shirts, as per the Chart well standards/policy. Additional uniform shifts shall be provided upon request should there be excessive wear and tear or stains which cannot be removed through normal laundering.
SPECIAL CLOTHING ALLOWANCE. The Board shall reimburse cooks up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) with receipts each year for approved apparel required for the job. The Board shall reimburse custodian/maintenance personnel one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) with receipts for work boots each year as required for the job. Such payment shall be made to the employee one (1) time each year after submission of a receipt to the Treasurer’s office.

Paid Holiday Calculation for Regular EmployeesHoliday pay for full-time employees who works regular hours will be computed on the basis of the number of hours the employee would have worked had there been no holiday, at his/her regular rate of pay. Holiday pay for part-time employees will be calculated by dividing the employee's total wages, excluding overtime, earned in the 30 day period by the number of days worked. Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest‌ If one of the above named holidays occurs on a full-time regular employee's scheduled day off, or during his/her vacation period the employee will receive an additional day off with pay in lieu of the holiday. Lieu days arising from designated paid holidays will be scheduled with mutual agreement within a period of four weeks after the holiday, subject to operational requirements. If mutual agreement cannot be reached the lieu day will be paid out on the first pay period after the four weeks. Absences on a Paid Holiday‌ The Employer may require an employee scheduled to work on a holiday who does not report for work to provide verification of illness from a medical doctor. No Pyramiding‌ There will be no pyramiding of overtime pay, sick leave pay, or other paid leave provisions. Holiday Pay for Regular Full-Time Employees‌ Eligible full-time employees who are required by the Employer to work on a designated holiday will receive: one and one-half times the regular rate of pay for the first 12 hours worked on that day, hours worked in excess of 12 hours on a paid holiday will be paid at double-time; and another day off with pay to be scheduled by mutual agreement within a period of four weeks after...
