Staffing Requirement. This Agreement mandates consistent, high quality medical performance. Ambulance units used to meet coverage requirements shall be staffed as required by Administrative Rules 400-210 and 400-270. Any failure to meet the minimum staffing requirement shall be subject to a penalty or fine as established by the County. All Metro West Ambulance personnel assigned to staff emergency ambulances utilized to meet the requirements of this franchise agreement shall:
Staffing Requirement. Customer Care Representatives (CCRs) Based on the information provided, the Supplier will staff this account to provide Voice, E-mail, chat and Data Processing Support for 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Data Processing, Voice & E-mail Support will be staffed to ensure that incoming volumes are handled such that service level requirements and productivity targets are achieved. Appropriate staff levels is a topic of regular discussions between the Program Manager and all clients, and our Program Manager will continually analyze the appropriateness of the current staff levels in order to ensure that Client Service Level Requirements are being met.
Staffing Requirement. The AUTHORITY recognizes the importance of appropriate staff as it pertains to the delivery of supportive services cited in this Agreement. The CONTRACTOR shall honor the staffing terms stated in the original Grant Application that was approved by the AUTHORITY. If changes in staffing terms must be made, the CONTRACTOR agrees to seek the approval of the AUTHORITY prior to any staff adjustments.
Staffing Requirement. A. The CONTRACTOR’s staffing will at least meet the minimum licensing requirements as set forth in the CCR Title 9, Title 19, Title 22, and Medi-Cal regulations.

Contractor shall ensure that at least two (2) staff are present at each Learning Center during all hours of operation, not including days that the Learning Center is closed due to meetings, special events, trainings, and other circumstances. Contractor shall make efforts to ensure that peer staff working in the job category of Peer Support Specialist or equivalent, who provide Medi-Cal billable Peer Support Services, shall: • Achieve California Statewide Certification as Peer Support Specialists within twelve (12) months of the launch of the statewide program; and/or within nine (9) months of their hire date, whichever is sooner; • Maintain certification as required by the California Statewide Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Training and Certification Program. In addition, Contractor shall comply with all DHCS requirements for Medi-Cal Certified Peer Support Specialists, including but not limited to appropriate supervision, approved training for supervisors, etc.
Staffing Requirement. A. CONTRACTOR staffing will be provided at least at the minimum licensing requirements as set forth in the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 9, Title 19, Title 22 and Medi-Cal regulations.
