UPGRADE PAY. An employee, who at the direction of the Company, works more than one (1) hour per day in a higher paid classification, using the highest level of the classification, (not a level within a classification) that is outside their regular job classification, shall be paid the higher rate of pay for actual hours worked. Employees with a hazmat endorsement on their CDL will receive an additional $4.00 per hour for each hour assigned to operate the vehicle, including travel time "leaving and returning to" the employee's reporting location.

UPGRADE PAY. Certain employees covered by this Agreement may be eligible to be compensated for work performed in a classification other than the one in which they are currently classified. To qualify for such compensation employees must be assigned to work in the Power Plant Control Room. In addition, employees must be assigned by a representative of management and work a minimum of four (4) consecutive hours in a higher classification than that to which they are currently assigned. It is understood that for every hour so worked employees shall be paid their current hourly wage plus $.50 per hour, or the minimum of the pay scale for the position to which they are assigned, whichever is higher.
UPGRADE PAY. Whenever an employee is assigned the duties of a higher classification such as detective duties for more than thirty (30) consecutive days that employee shall be compensated for such shifts at the higher rate.
UPGRADE PAY. When an employee is qualified for and temporarily required by the Employer to serve and accept the full duties and responsibility of a higher class of position for at least one (1) hour of continuous duty, unless the employee is assigned to a higher classification for the purpose of on-the-job training for advancement purposes, the employee shall receive the starting rate of the higher classification or a five percent (5%) salary increase, whichever is greater, for the time spent working in the higher classification. When an employee is qualified for and temporarily assigned by a supervisor or above to perform and accept the full duties and responsibility for work in a higher class of position, he/she shall normally receive an approximate five (5) per cent pay differential for assuming those responsibilities. If this latter differential does not place the employee on a higher pay rate than the employee for whom the upgraded employee is responsible, then he/she shall receive a pay differential which shall place him/her at least an approximate five (5) per cent over the subordinate employees. b. This assignment of additional responsibility must be for a period of at least two (2) hours, for employees to receive the upgrade pay for the duration of the time spent working in the higher classification. c. The senior, most qualified, and available employee on the same schedule, crew, or section shall be given first consideration for the upgrade assignment. Actual assignment will be based on the following criteria: is a senior employee in the classification; is the most qualified for the duties to be performed; and is available for such assignment. d. The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to an employee who is performing the duties of a higher classification for the purpose of training and experience while under the direct supervision of a qualified employee. e. Apprentice classifications shall not be eligible for upgrade work.

UPGRADE PAY. 7.6.1 In case of an hourly paid employee being employed at two classifications in the same half-day, the employee shall receive the highest rate of pay for the half day. 7.6.2 Xxxxxxx/Lineman/Serviceman performing Superintendent duties receive pay at the General Xxxxxxx rate. If the General Xxxxxxx is upgraded to the position of Superintendent, an increase will be granted in proportion to the difference between the Line Xxxxxxx rate and the General Xxxxxxx rate. Pay upgrades will be for actual time worked in the position when additional responsibilities are assumed and not for "covering" in the event of very short absence of the supervisor. 7.6.3 Customer Service personnel performing the duties of the Belfair Office Supervisor and Customer Service Manager will receive pay at Step 7 of the Consumer Service Representative pay scale plus five percent (5%). Customer Service personnel performing the duties of the Customer Service Office Coordinator will receive pay at Step 7 of the Consumer Service Representative pay scale plus two percent (2%). The pay upgrades will be for actual time worked in the position when additional responsibilities are assumed and not for “covering” in the event of very short absence of the supervisor. 7.6.4 When traditional line crew work is being performed by two or more persons (at least one of whom is a journeyman lineman) one person shall be in charge and shall receive an upgrade to line xxxxxxx pay. Traditional line crew work shall not include work which is ordinarily performed by a serviceman or a service crew. 7.6.5 Other provisions of this agreement notwithstanding, upgrade to Storekeeper pay will occur for the position of Warehouseman Class 1 after completion of 6 months training in the essential duties of the storekeeper. 7.6.6 The following classifications will receive an upgrade to the xxxxxxx rate only under the following conditions: a. Mechanic when supervising two (2) mechanics; b. Meterman when supervising two (2) journeymen metermen or one journeyman and one apprentice; and x. Xxxxxxx when supervising two (2) journeymen or one journeyman and one apprentice. 7.6.7 Meter readers will receive a minimum of two (2) hours in upgraded pay for out-of-classification work performed. 7.6.8 Other provisions of this agreement not withstanding, upgrade to Meter Reader/ Installer “A” will occur for the position of Utility Person under the following conditions: a.   • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Scheduled Overtime Scheduled overtime is overtime which is assigned by the end of the employee's last worked shift prior to the overtime assignment and which does not immediately precede or immediately follow a scheduled work shift. Unless notified otherwise in advance of the scheduled starting time of the scheduled overtime assignment, any employee who is scheduled to report for work and who reports as scheduled shall be assigned at least two (2) hours work. If work is not available, the employee may be excused from duty and paid for two (2) hours at the employee's appropriate rate. If the employee begins work but is excused from duty before completing two (2) hours of work, the employee shall be paid for two (2) hours at the employee's appropriate rate.

  • INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of such Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas. The Promoter shall endeavour that the committee responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Common Areas will be required to provide manpower for maintaining the Common Areas, wherever required, and to collect maintenance charges and also guest charges and the user charges for the utilities being provided on “pay by use” basis, if any. The maintenance and management of Common Areas by the committee will primarily include but not limited to maintenance of water works, common electrical installations, DG Sets, landscaping, driveways, parking areas, lobbies, lifts and staircases, AMC’s etc. It will also include safety and security of the Project such as fire detection and protection and management of general security control of the Project. The Rules/ Bye Laws to regulate the use and maintenance of the Common Areas shall during the interim maintenance period shall be framed by the Promoter with such restrictions as may be necessary for proper maintenance and all the Allottees are bound to follow the same. After the Common Areas of the Project are handed over to the Association, the Association may adopt the Rules and the Bye laws framed by the Promoter, with or without amendments, as may be deemed necessary by the Association.

  • Monthly Base Rent With respect to any Payment Date and any Lease Vehicle (other than a Lease Vehicle with respect to which the Disposition Date occurred during such Related Month), the “Monthly Base Rent” with respect to such Lease Vehicle for such Payment Date shall equal the pro rata portion (based upon the number of days in the Related Month with respect to such Payment Date that were included in the Vehicle Term for such Lease Vehicle) of the Depreciation Charge for such Lease Vehicle as of the last day of such Related Month calculated on a 30/360 day basis.

  • Mileage Reimbursement Subject to the current Vehicle Rules and Regulations established by the Board, an employee who is authorized to use a private automobile in the performance of duties shall be paid the Internal Revenue Service Standard Mileage Rate for the Business Use of a Car for each mile driven during each monthly period.

  • REPORT OF CONTRACT USAGE All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. The report is to be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided in Microsoft Excel 2003, or newer (or as otherwise directed by OGS), to the attention of the individual shown on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, Award Number, Contract Number, Sales Period, and Contractor's (or other authorized agent) Name, and all other fields required. OGS reserves the right to amend the report template without acquiring the approval of the Office of the State Comptroller or the Attorney General.

  • Unscheduled Maintenance Unscheduled maintenance may be required to resolve issues that are critical for Customer and/or performance of the Cloud Services. Druva will use its commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer at least six (6) hours prior to the unscheduled maintenance.

  • Vehicle Allowance Vehicle allowances for all distances travelled while on employer business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. This does not include travel to and from work. Vehicle allowance shall be 40¢ per kilometre. Vehicles driven on employer business will be in compliance with ICBC Regulations.
