Insurance and Welfare. 6.1. Both Parties shall pay for their respective social insurance as required by relevant regulations of the State and local government. 6.2. The Employee shall enjoy paid maternity leave and other paid vacation, as provided by relevant labor laws and regulations. 6.3. The Company shall comply with relevant labor laws and regulations in discharging its obligations in the case of the Employee’s sick leave or medical treatment for either work-related or non-work-related diseases and/or injuries.

Insurance and Welfare. 1. Party A shall pay all social insurance premiums for Party B in accordance with national regulations and Party B's due payment may be deducted and paid by Party A from Party B's salary. 2. Party A will not pay any social insurance premium for Party B after this labor contract is terminated or expired. 3. If Party B has any work-related disease, injures suffered at work or not at work, his salary and medical insurance shall be treated in accordance with the national related regulations. 4. Party B legally enjoys the national statutory paid rest, holiday, holidays for marriage or funeral, maternity leave, and the detailed information sees Party A's related regulations.

Insurance and Welfare. 2.2.1 During the Agreement term, both Parties shall contribute various social security funds, such as pension, unemployment and work accidents as required by state, provincial and municipal regulations. Meanwhile, the Company shall periodically notify the Executive of the status for the contribution of social insurance funds. 2.2.2 The Company shall provide “Five Periods” work-related welfare (period, pregnancy, birth, lactation and menopause) for female employees and medical treatment shall the Executive abides by the “One Family One Child” policy in accordance with regulations on the state, provincial and municipal level. 2.2.3 In the event the Executive suffers any disease or work-related injuries during the contract term, the salary for her sick leaves, disease relief fees and other fees for medical treatment provided shall be implemented according to the standard not lower than the State, provincial and municipal mandatory standards. 2.2.4 In the event of the Executive’s demise, whether it is work-related, such relevant compensations shall be paid by the social security or the Company respectively in accordance with regulations as stipulated by the State or the municipality thereof. 2.2.5 During the period which the Company stops operation and production due to reasons not attributable to the Executive, benefits for various leaves, social insurance and medical treatment entitled to the Executive in accordance with regulations as stipulated by the State shall remain unchanged. 2.2.6 The employee has 14 days paid annual leave to serve the company in the position of CEO. 2.2.7 Other social welfares and benefits which the Executive may enjoy shall be implemented in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Company according to laws and regulations.
Insurance and Welfare. 23.01 The Company and the union agree that the following mentioned plans shall be part of this Collective Agreement. Any difference arising from the application and interpretation of this benefit plan may be resolved by means of the grievance procedure. All new employees may be required to take a medical examination and satisfy the insurance carrier of the ability of the employee to qualify for coverage. The cost of this medical examination will be the employer’s responsibility. 21.02 The Insurance and Welfare Program shall consist of the following: a) O.H.I.P. including private or semi-private xxxx coverage (Ministry of Health Schedule); b) Major Medical Plan (as per schedule) including a Drug Plan which will pay for all drugs with an annual $50.00 deductible per family and $25.00 deductible per single. Use of the drug card will be discontinued and all applicable drug bills submitted to the carrier via our office. c) Life Insurance and A.D.&.D. (as per schedule) increased to $25,000.00. d) A weekly Indemnity Plan - with benefits of 75% of employee’s weekly earnings, to a maximum equal to $600.00 (six hundred dollars), earned on first day of a non-compensable accident, or hospitalization, and on the fourth day of illness, that prevents the employee from attending regularly scheduled work and continuing thereafter for a maximum of twenty-six (26) weeks, payable weekly in arrears. The parties agree that the employee shall apply for long term disability benefits as soon as eligible and that should the employee receive long term benefits for the same time period for which the employee received weekly indemnity benefits, then the employee shall pay over to the employer the long term disability payments, whenever received, to the extent and in order that the employee received a maximum of $600.00 (six hundred dollars) in benefits while eligible for weekly indemnity. e) Long-Term Disability Plan to pay a maximum of $1,000.00 per month (wage related) commencing on 18th week of disability (effective August 11, 1988). f) The Company and Union agree the terms of the drug plan shall require doctors to first prescribe generic drugs where such are a reasonable replacement for brand name drugs. g) A Basic dental plan covering 80%, with nil deductible, 6 month recall, $1,000 annual cap, will commence April 1, 2010. 21.03 The Company's contribution toward the cost of insurance and welfare plans listed above shall be 100% (except in relation to th...
Insurance and Welfare. 11. Party A and Party B shall take part in social insurance according to the related regulations of the state and the City of Beijing. Party A shall handle related social insurance procedures for Party B. 12. Party B’s expenses related to medical treatment for illness or non-work-related injuries shall be dealt with according to the related regulations of the state and the City of Beijing. Party B’s salary during sick leave shall be paid according to the related regulations of Party A, which shall be no less than 80% of the minimum salary standard implemented in the City of Beijing for that year. 13. The treatment for Party B with respect to occupational diseases or work-related injury shall be dealt with according to the related regulations of the state and the City of Beijing. 14. Party A shall pay Party B for various allowances and welfare payments according to Party A’s relevant regulations.
