Insurance and Welfare. 6.1. Both Parties shall pay for their respective social insurance as required by relevant regulations of the State and local government.
Insurance and Welfare. 1. Party A shall pay all social insurance premiums for Party B in accordance with national regulations and Party B's due payment may be deducted and paid by Party A from Party B's salary.
Insurance and Welfare. 23.01 The Company and the union agree that the following mentioned plans shall be part of this Collective Agreement. Any difference arising from the application and interpretation of this benefit plan may be resolved by means of the grievance procedure. The Company will pay on behalf of all eligible employees the full costs for the following benefits included in: 1/ Benefit Plan Document with Manulife Financial, Contract No. 80069 for the Group Health & Dental Benefit Program 2/ Benefit Plan Document with Manulife Financial, Contract No. 30164 for the Group Insurances Program Including any amendments agreed to during the 2005 contract negotiations.
Insurance and Welfare. 2.2.1 During the Agreement term, both Parties shall contribute various social security funds, such as pension, unemployment and work accidents as required by state, provincial and municipal regulations. Meanwhile, the Company shall periodically notify the Executive of the status for the contribution of social insurance funds.

The Company, Union and Employee will work jointly to expedite prompt processing of claims. All new employees may be required to take a medical examination and satisfy the insurance carrier of the ability of the employee to qualify for coverage. The cost of this medical examination will be the employer’s responsibility.

Insurance and Welfare. Article 10. Party A and Party B shall purchase social insurance according to the applicable laws and regulations stipulated by the state and Anshan City. Party A shall handle the procedures regarding the social insurance for and on behalf of Party B.
Insurance and Welfare a) The Company agrees to pay the full premium cost of the Insurance and Welfare as set forth in Appendix "B" attached hereto and forming part of this Collective Agreement for all eligible fulltime employees.
Insurance and Welfare. 20.01 The Company shall contribute the full cost of the premiums for the following welfare benefits to bargaining unit employees. However, all of the welfare benefit plans contained in this Article shall be more particularly described and set forth in the respective benefit plans and policies. The Company confirms that it will not reduce the welfare benefits contained in Article 20 of the Collective Agreement during the term of the Collective Agreement. The provisions of the respective plans shall be amended to provide the benefits set out below. Summary of Benefits:
Insurance and Welfare. The Company agrees to make the following contributions for each eligible employee towards the cost of Insurance and Welfare Plans and remit same to Local Union in monthly instalments by the tenth (10th) day of each calendar month: report affecting the employee. Any reply by the employee shall become part of his employment record. The record of any disciplinary action shall not be referred to or used against him at any time after eighteen 8) months following such action. Failure to grieve previous discipline, or to pursue such a grievance to arbitration, shall not be considered to be an admission that such discipline was justified. ARTICLE BEREAVEMENT PAY
