Pay for Work on Holiday. A. Employees other than those specified in "H" below working on a holiday not in excess of the length of a normal tour shall be paid at the overtime rate except as otherwise provided in this section.
1. Employees will be paid at the double time rate for time worked on an observed holiday, not in excess of the length of a normal tour, when such work time is in excess of 49 hours of work in the calendar week as computed under 4.01D.
2. Employees will be paid at the double time rate for time worked on an observed holiday, not in excess of the length of a normal tour, when such work time occurs on an observed holiday falling on Friday or Saturday and is in excess of 5 normal tours as determined in computing weekly overtime in 4.01C.
B. Employees working on a holiday shall be paid at 2-1/2 times the basic rate for all time worked in excess of the length of a normal tour.
C. When work on a holiday is a "call-out" as defined in 1.03, employees shall be paid under "A", "B" and "D" of this section, as appropriate, at the rate applicable for the time worked with a minimum of 2 hours pay at the overtime rate if the call-out starts at or after 7:00 A.M. and before 7:00 P.M. and a minimum of 3 hours pay at the overtime rate if the call- out starts at or after 7:00 P.M. and before 7:00 A.M.
D. Where the weekly work schedule is the equivalent of 5 normal tours and it includes a holiday part tour of less than 1/2 a normal tour, employees shall be paid (in addition to pay under "A" above for the time worked) at the regular rate for the difference in time, if any, obtained by subtracting the scheduled time (and connecting time, if any) worked from 1/2 the length of a normal tour.
E. Where the weekly work schedule is in excess of the equivalent of 5 normal tours and it includes a holiday part tour of less than 1/2 a normal tour, employees working such part tours shall be paid as if the hours were worked on a call-out under "A", "B" and "C" above.
F. Where a scheduled holiday is shifted by the Company from a work day to an off-day without 12 hours notice, employees shall be paid on the holiday for 2 hours at the overtime rate unless paid under 4.03A1 or A2.
G. Pay under this section is in addition to pay under 4.03.
H. Part-time employees engaged or re-engaged on or after January 1, 1981.

Pay for Work on Holiday. Pay for work on a holiday shall be provided for work performed on the actual day of the holiday. If an employee is scheduled to work on a fixed holiday, the employee shall, in addition to the above holiday pay receive two (2) times their regular straight-time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on such holiday including all applicable differentials and premiums. There shall be no premium pay for a floating holiday not taken.
Pay for Work on Holiday. Any employee entitled to General Holidays with pay, if required to work on such a day, shall receive in addition to their regular pay, two (2X) times their regular hourly rate for each hour worked on said holiday. The Employer will schedule all employees to work on General Holidays on a fair rotation basis.
Pay for Work on Holiday. Any employee entitled to Statutory Holidays with pay, if required to work on such a day, shall receive in addition to their regular pay, two (2) times their regular hourly rate for each hour worked on said holiday.
Pay for Work on Holiday. An employee required to work on a holiday named in Section shall be paid two (2) times his regular straight time hourly rate for all work performed in addition to any holiday pay allowance under Holiday Pay Allowance. In the event that one or more of the above-named holidays occurs during the employee’s vacation, he shall be paid for such and the additional days will be added to his vacation time. The observance of the above holidays may be transferred by mutual agreement to other days than the date proclaimed or provided above.
Pay for Work on Holiday. A. Employees working on a holiday shall be paid at one and one- half (1 1/2) times the basic rate except as otherwise provided in this section.
B. Employees working on a holiday shall be paid at the overtime rate for work in excess of a normal tour.
C. Pay under this section is in addition to pay under Section 8. Section 10: Equalization of Overtime Pay Work
A. Opportunity to work at the overtime rate shall be equalized insofar as practicable within each work group. Scheduled time, worked on Sundays and holidays is not covered by this section, but is rotated in accordance with other provisions of this Agreement. D
B. The cumulative total hours of overtime worked will be reset to zero at the beginning of each calendar year. Employees will be contacted by seniority for overtime opportunities when overtime hours are equal. The overtime equalization report will be updated bi-weekly. When the Company fails to offer overtime assignments to available qualified employees in the inverse order listed on the report and offers the assignment to another employee or employees, N the by-passed available qualified employee or employees will be allowed to work the equivalent amount of overtime and receive the equivalent pay at the applicable overtime rate. The opportunity to work this additional overtime will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the employee and the supervisor and worked by the employee no later than 14 calendar days of notifying the Company of the error. This penalty pay will be due only if the employee was available and qualified but was not offered the assignment. The number of employees who are due penalty pay under this section will not exceed the number of employees who erroneously worked the overtime assignment.
C. The Company has a right to require an employee to work on overtime, call-out or nonscheduled assignment.

Pay for Work on Holiday. If an employee is scheduled to work on such holiday, the employee shall, in addition to the above holiday pay receive one and one-half (1-1/2x) the straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on such holiday. A holiday is defined as beginning at midnight or 0000 hours, and ending at 11:59 p.m., or 2359 hours on the actual day of the holiday.
