Plans, Specifications and Estimate a. The Utility shall, at its own expense, perform and provide all engineering, design and related services related to the Utility Work necessary to enable the Department and/or its consultant to generate construction plans, specifications and an estimate of material quantities for the Utility Work to be included in the Project contract. The Utility will be responsible for locating and recording the location of all Utility Work, including services and other appurtenances within the Project area. To the extent possible and consistent with laws, practices and policies of the Department and the industry, the Utility Work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications provided by the Utility and, if applicable, the most recent version of the Department’s Standard Specifications. b. All plans shall be on sheets of the same size used by the Department and be reproducible by black and white printing. Specifications shall be on 8 ½ x 11-inch paper, suitable for binding with the Department’s specifications. The estimate of quantities shall be in the form prescribed by the Department. In the event of field changes to the Utility Work, the Utility shall prepare any additional plans and specifications and the Department shall prepare a Project change order and amend this Agreement incorporating any changes therein. All plans and specifications will be marked with the Federal Aid Project Number referenced in this Agreement. c. The Utility will provide the Department with the plans, specifications and an updated estimate as described in Appendix A no later than one month prior to the scheduled advertise date for the Project. d. The Utility shall be responsible for obtaining a Utility Location Permit from the Department in accordance with Title 35-A M.R.S.A. Chapter 25 and for recording the location of all utilities in a manner and form to be specified by the Department.

A total of three (3) site visits are anticipated. • New roadway signs will be designed based on the recommended strategy and standards established by the M.U.T.C.D., PennDOT and the Commission. All roadway signing will be shown on the final design drawings. New signs will be designed using “GuidSign” software. • Roadside safety devices will be designed for the protection of sign structures and shown on the final drawings. • Perform detailed survey in vicinity of new sign structure foundations. • Perform required subsurface exploration including soil borings and foundation recommendations. • Perform sign structure and support designs in accordance with PennDOT standards. • Plans and details will be prepared for M&PT, including detours as required for the construction of the new signs and structures. As many as six (6) detours may be required. Final M&PT design drawings will be prepared to scale, and will show the work zones, lane widths, temporary signing, striping, temporary traffic control devices, and details. XXX will also develop the construction staging of the improvements. M&PT plans will be prepared for review and comment at the 60% and Pre-Final stages, prior to final submission to the Commission. • Construction details for traffic roadway signing and supports, roadside safety devices, temporary M&PT devices and temporary signing will be prepared. PennDOT or NJDOT details will be utilized where appropriate. • XXX will prepare quantity calculations for all proposed items of work. Based on the quantity estimate we will prepare a cost estimate for the fabrication and erection of the proposed and temporary items. • Prepare specifications for the construction contract based on PennDOT standard specifications. • Prepare Plans, Specifications and Estimate Submission for Sign Structures D, Y, A, E, G, S1 and S2. Plans, Specifications and Estimate. VWL and its consultants shall provide HDOT with the Plans, Specifications and Estimate for the Project (“PS&E”), which shall conform to HDOT standards for review, in a timely manner, and which shall be designed to complete the Project for a base construction contract amount (excluding escalation and any construction contingency) not to exceed the Grant amount of $20 million. HDOT shall review and approve the PS&E and provide timely comments and necessary revisions to VWL. The final PS&E shall be approved by HDOT and FHWA, in HDOT and FHWA’s reasonable discretion. The final plan tracings and original calculations shall be stamped and signed by professional engineers licensed in the State of Hawaii, submitted to the appropriate federal, State, county, and municipal departments and agencies or approval, and become the property of HDOT. Once approved, HDOT shall take full ownership of the final PS&E and accept sole responsibility for the complete performance of the PS&E on the Project.
Plans, Specifications and Estimate. Based on the direction from the City of Xxxxx, CEC will prepare construction plans to implement the installation of storm water solutions for each project area. CEC will design these new systems and their appurtenances in accordance with current BCS Design Guidelines except where physical constraints make it impractical to do so. As with any storm water rehabilitation project existing adjacent utilities in the area of the rehabilitation may come in conflict with the new proposed storm sewer system. Where these situations occur, CEC will design a conflict resolution. The construction plans will be phased, and each phase will be the preferred drainage solution for each project area.   • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • General specifications For the purpose of this Regulation, the vehicle shall fulfil the following requirements:

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.

  • Equipment Specifications All equipment must meet the contract specifications and all federal and State safety codes and regulations in effect at the date of manufacture. All equipment must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment unless otherwise stated in the contract. All products, materials, supplies, replacement parts, and equipment offered and furnished must be new, of current manufacturer production, and must have been formally announced by the manufacturer as being commercially available, unless otherwise stated in this Contract.

  • Corrections to Factual Inaccuracies In the event that the LEA determines that the Provider is maintaining Student Data that contains a factual inaccuracy, and Provider cooperation is required in order to make a correction, the LEA shall notify the Provider of the factual inaccuracy and the correction to be made. No later than 90 calendar days after receiving the notice of the factual inaccuracy, the Provider shall correct the factual inaccuracy and shall provide written confirmation of the correction to the LEA.

  • Approval of Plans and Specifications The Plans and Specifications will conform to the requirements and conditions set out by applicable law or any effective restrictive covenant, and to all governmental authorities which exercise jurisdiction over the Leased Premises or the construction thereon.

  • Packing Specifications 7.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.

  • Plans and Specifications Tenant shall be solely responsible for the preparation of the final architectural, electrical and mechanical construction drawings, plans and specifications (called “plans”) necessary for Tenant to construct the Premises for Tenant’s occupancy, which plans shall be subject to approval by Landlord’s architect and engineers and shall comply with their reasonable requirements to avoid aesthetic or other conflicts with the design and function of the balance of the Building. Landlord’s approval is solely given for the benefit of Landlord, and neither Tenant nor any third party shall have the right to rely upon Landlord’s approval of Tenant’s plans for any purpose whatsoever other than that Landlord does not object thereto under this Lease. Landlord’s architects and engineers shall respond (with approval or disapproval) to any plan submission by Tenant within 8 business days after Landlord’s receipt thereof. If Landlord fails to respond to any such submission within such 8 business day period, which failure continues for more than 2 business days after Tenant gives Landlord a written notice (the “Deemed Approved Notice”) advising Landlord that such plan submission shall be deemed approved within 2 business days of Landlord’s receipt of the Deemed Approved Notice, then such plan submission shall be deemed approved hereunder. The Deemed Approved Notice shall, in order to be effective, contain on the first page thereof, in a font at least twice as large as the font of any other text contained in such notice, a legend substantially as follows: “FAILURE TO RESPOND TO THIS NOTICE WITHIN TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIPT HEREOF SHALL CONSTITUTE LANDLORD’S APPROVAL OF SUBMITTED PLANS.” In the event Landlord’s architect’s or engineers’ approval of Tenant’s plans is withheld or conditioned, Landlord shall send prompt written notification thereof to Tenant and include a reasonably detailed statement identifying the reasons for such refusal or condition, and Tenant shall promptly have the plans revised by its architect to incorporate all reasonable objections and conditions presented by Landlord and shall resubmit such plans to Landlord. Landlord’s architects and engineers shall respond (with approval or disapproval) to any plan re-submission by Tenant within 8 business days after Landlord’s receipt thereof. Such process shall be followed until the plans shall have been approved by Landlord’s architect and engineers without unreasonable objection or condition. Without limiting the foregoing, Tenant shall be responsible for all elements of the design of Tenant’s plans (including, without limitation, compliance with law, functionality of design, the structural integrity of the design, the configuration of the Premises and the placement of Tenant’s furniture, appliances and equipment), and Landlord’s approval of Tenant’s plans shall in no event relieve Tenant of the responsibility for such design. Tenant agrees it shall be solely responsible for the timely preparation and submission of all such plans and for all elements of the design of such plans and for all costs related thereto. (The word “architect” as used in this Section 3.2 shall include an interior designer or space planner.) Tenant shall reimburse Landlord Landlord’s reasonable out-of-pocket expense incurred in connection with the review of Tenant’s plans.

  • Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.
